How did Goku become so famous? Almost everyone, at some point, tried to do at least a Kamehameha, or a fusion, or perhaps control our Ki or, to the extent of our imagination, reach the Super Saiyan state... without forgetting the idea of searching for the Dragon Balls to wish for something.

When you're a child, or don't completely lose that childish essence, it's obvious that the last thing you want is for an anime like Dragon Ball to end, that is, why do good things always have to end? That was the case with Goku. After entire years of enemies, threats, time travel, space travel, more enemies, and countless adventures, Akira Toriyama, may he rest in peace, brought an end to that entire universe with what was the Majin Buu saga, or so we thought.

Dragon Ball GT, personally, was not my most favorite saga. I felt a deep disconnection with the events of that story arc, even more so when it wasn't a story of Akira Toriyama's own making. At least I preferred to think that GT never existed.

I always longed for Toriyama to decide to release a new collection of episodes. After the remastering of Dragon Ball Z, and the new batch of OVAs in which Beerus, God of Destruction, appeared, the idea of a new Goku adventure was no longer so crazy.

And then, Dragon Ball Super appeared.

Dragon Ball Super was a great surprise for me. At that time, I started watching its broadcast on Cartoon Network. The first seasons included the appearance of Beerus and the resurrection of Frieza, something that had already been shown in two corresponding OVAs. Then, the future Trunks arc was incorporated, and the Tournament of Power.

For a more specific review, I will divide the story into two major arcs.

First Arc

What marked the new wave of Goku's adventures and battles was the awakening of Beerus. Dragon Ball was always an anime deeply rooted in mystical themes, openly presenting heaven and hell, as well as the various deities that govern them. The god of Destruction is what would be new here, also being considered one of the most powerful entities in the universe.

There was almost nothing new between the Beerus OVA and its inclusion in the anime, except for some minor details. It was not a very exciting series of chapters, although I admit they had quite epic moments, like the battle between Goku and this god.

One of the great elements of Dragon Ball has always been its Openings. In this new collection of episodes, they returned with a slightly more nostalgic touch, although I always preferred those with the original Japanese audio.

Frieza's resurrection also followed the same events as the OVA. He was always one of my favorite villains, mostly because he was the first with whom Goku had to break his limits to defeat him. His return was not so epic, perhaps because I had already seen a lot of it in the OVA. His presentation as "Golden Frieza" at the time surprised me a lot, although I feel it could have been exploited more.

Starting with the tournament between Universe 6 and 7, Dragon Ball Super began to take a different direction. For me, the reincorporation of Future Trunks, along with the appearance of Goku Black and Zamasu, revived the classic style of villains that Goku used to face.

Let's not talk about the timelines here (😂).

Beyond the fact that poor Future Trunks was born to see everyone die, this Goku Black saga is the best of the first arc of Dragon Ball Super. A total success to see an evil Goku for the first time, even if it's not "Goku" exactly speaking.

Second Arc

The Tournament of Power was the pinnacle of Dragon Ball Super, with the best warriors fighting each other for survival, facing the threat that a defeat would lead to them being erased from existence.

What an opening! From the very first moment, the tournament story was presented to us with energy. Without a doubt, one of the best openings in all of Dragon Ball.

Something that always characterized Dragon Ball were the tournaments. If you're knocked out of the combat arena, you lose. This was taken to a much higher level than Cell's, because if I recall correctly, the latter only wanted to see if there was a stronger warrior than him, with the consequence of an epic battle that ended up destroying him at the hands of Gohan. Something almost similar happened when Goku defeated Piccolo Daimaō, or even in the initial tournament in the Majin Buu saga.

However, in Dragon Ball Super, the idea was presented that all universes, and the best warriors from each, would face each other in a death match in a battle ring in the middle of the void. I really liked it, and I suffered a lot with the last duels.

The incorporation of Frieza into Universe 7's team, along with Goku, Vegeta, Majin Buu, Master Roshi, Krillin, Androids 17 and 18, Tien Shinhan, and Piccolo was masterful. The diversity of rivals, who more than being enemies sought to survive, added an extra layer of emotion to the matter.

The final duel between Goku and Jiren was brutal. The unexpected ending regarding Universe 7's victory, I didn't expect it, especially since I was always used to Goku or Gohan defeating their rivals without anyone's help.

The Super Dragon Balls and the final wish were the necessary retribution for the bitter taste that Android 17 left me in Dragon Ball GT. For me, a character ending quite in line with 17's evolution, at least compared to 18. Come on! The guy also needed a happy ending.

Dragon Ball Super was, at least to some extent, the necessary closure to an anime with a historic trajectory. A continuation that, without a doubt, filled us with emotions and good battles. Of course, after a long time, seeing Goku and his friends again is something that excites anyone who loves their adventures.

Akira Toriyama left a wonderful legacy with his most popular work. For me, Dragon Ball Super marked Toriyama's style, leaving the anime with a very pleasant ending, without a Goku who rides a dragon to disappear forever (I didn't like that GT ending, 😂).

Until the very last moment, Toriyama granted us good emotions. Dragon Ball is and will be one of the best animes of all time.

Synopsis: Bull, a middle-class dog with an above-average sexual libido, unexpectedly discovers that he will have to deal with a physically painful reality with unknown "psychological" consequences: he will be neutered. Upon learning this, he decides to experience a night of adventures unlike anything he had ever experienced before.

It wasn't long before, at a certain point, I wondered what I was watching as the movie's plot absurdly unfolded within an admittedly funny, but also genuinely disgusting, concept. The idea of following the inhospitable adventures of a dog about to be neutered, living like a madman for a night with his pack, seemed like a waste of time, but the script had the courage to be quite audacious in some ways, creating an anarchic atmosphere and offering some excellent "reflections," which, if truly analyzed from beginning to end, evoke "Freudian" concepts (in this case, the fixation on sex).

Cartoon Brew

At first, it seemed quite surreal to imagine how dogs react to certain situations, especially neutering. However, the movie’s script overuses clichés to make itself understood by the audience (even the most conservative viewers), creating absurd situations (and sometimes physically violent and blood-soaked... literally) to poke fun at a topic that's sensitive to all males. Even if some jokes are overly exaggerated, it's impossible not to laugh at practically everything that happens here, because Bull and his friends embody all these fears.

From the very first minutes, the movie's script clues the audience in on what's to come, as the project is entirely based on a skillfully neurotic approach to animalistic fears and behavioral concepts that don't differ much from human behavior in the same situations (acknowledging the necessary changes, of course). Bull is a horny dog who has a serious problem controlling his libido, and as he is about to be neutered, he begins to face some dilemmas, among them, losing the great love of his life (a purebred dog, who loves him in secret) and at the same time dealing with a possibly less virile phase.

Anime Ac

In a thoughtless and purely rebellious act, Bull decides to run away from home for a night of countless crazy adventures. However, in the midst of this wild adventure, he gets into trouble and is saved by his friends (Rocco, Fetch, and Lucky). From there, they decide that Bull should either take advantage of his testicles while he still has them to procreate and perpetuate his own breed, or simply enjoy the privilege that other dogs no longer have. The entire script plays with these situations very well, even opting for clichés that are sometimes even "embarrassing," especially due to their excessive insertion into the plot (which, despite being simple and direct, is intelligent and functional).

Bull and his friends run amok through the streets of the big city, causing all sorts of mischief. The script employs some truly unbelievable situations to emphasize the sexual aspect of the plot (such as the group of friends' trip to a dog brothel in a dangerous part of town). It also uses "dirty" language to create an identity that makes its protagonist more easily recognizable, as well as to establish the story's sexually charged tone. However, other behavioral themes are also explored within the narrative, such as class differences, frustrated perceptions, and "bourgeois morality" itself.

But Why Tho?

Using highly charismatic characters to its advantage (something I personally find a bit difficult to see in adult-oriented animation), the script manages to be simultaneously outrageous and intelligent. While its execution opts for mere escapist conventions to wrap up its narrative, it still manages to bring in truly interesting narrative elements worthy of closer examination. The voice acting team (which, by the way, is very synergistic and competent) includes names like Adam Devine, Idris Elba and Kathryn Hahn, and they all have moments that make their respective characters shine in an effusive and truly captivating way.

I can't imagine Netflix taking on projects like this in a more expansive manner, but I'm glad the company had the courage to think outside the box this time, even if it remains within a pre-packaged formula. Technically, the project is simple, but it features a relatively "peculiar" set of lines, shapes, and colors. It tends to be somewhat different due to its aesthetic, which creates a rustic yet modern atmosphere. The visual aspect plays a significant role here, as it aids in the development of the plot, which features fast-paced scenes amidst the frenetic events, enveloping a good soundtrack.

What’s on Netflix

Fixed is a politically incorrect movie, but delightfully entertaining within its own premise (and that's its greatest merit). There's no shame in the script's narrative, which, incidentally, was partially written by the director himself (Genndy Tartakovsky, who joined forces with Jon Vitti and Steve Greenberg to bring the project to the screen). Tartakovsky, in turn, bought into the story and immersed himself in its anarchic, profanity-filled take on dogs' perceptions of the human race. Here's a comedy with acidic jokes, yet, in some ways, sensitive within its "lunatic" approach. A pleasant (and somewhat messy) surprise.

Sinopsis: Bull, un perro de clase media con una libido sexual por encima de la media, descubre inesperadamente que tendrá que lidiar con una realidad físicamente dolorosa con consecuencias "psicológicas" desconocidas: será castrado. Al enterarse, decide vivir una noche de aventuras como nunca antes había vivido.

No tardé mucho en preguntarme qué estaba viendo mientras la trama de la película se desarrollaba absurdamente dentro de un concepto ciertamente divertido, pero también genuinamente repugnante. La idea de seguir las inhóspitas aventuras de un perro a punto de ser castrado, viviendo como un loco por una noche con su manada, parecía una pérdida de tiempo, pero el guion tuvo el coraje de ser bastante audaz en algunos aspectos, creando una atmósfera anárquica y ofreciendo excelentes "reflexiones", que, analizadas de principio a fin, evocan conceptos "freudianos" (en este caso, la fijación sexual).

Al principio, parecía bastante surrealista imaginar cómo reaccionan los perros ante ciertas situaciones, especialmente la esterilización. Sin embargo, el guion de la película abusa de los clichés para hacerse entender por el público (incluso por los más conservadores), creando situaciones absurdas (y a veces físicamente violentas y sangrientas... literalmente) para burlarse de un tema sensible para todos los machos. Aunque algunos chistes sean exagerados, es imposible no reírse con prácticamente todo lo que sucede, porque Bull y sus amigos encarnan todos estos miedos.

Despelote es una película políticamente incorrecta, pero deliciosamente entretenida dentro de su propia premisa (y ese es su mayor mérito). No hay vergüenza en la narrativa del guion, que, por cierto, fue escrito en parte por el propio director (Genndy Tartakovsky, quien unió fuerzas con Jon Vitti y Steve Greenberg para llevar el proyecto a la gran pantalla). Tartakovsky, a su vez, se involucró en la historia y se sumergió en su visión anárquica y llena de blasfemias sobre la percepción de los perros hacia la raza humana. Uma vez sabendo disso, ele decide viver uma noite de aventuras como nunca havia vivido antes.

Não demorou muito para que, em um certo momento, eu me perguntasse o que eu estava assistindo enquanto a trama desse filme ia sendo absurdamente desenvolvida dentro de um conceito reconhecidamente engraçado, mas também, genuinamente asqueroso. A ideia de acompanhar as aventuras inóspitas de um cachorro prestes a ser castrado vivendo como um alucinado durante uma noite ao lado da sua matilha me parecia ser uma perda de tempo, mas o roteiro teve a coragem de ser bem audacioso em alguns aspectos, criando uma atmosfera anárquica e trazendo ótimas “reflexões”, que se realmente forem analisadas do início ao fim, remetem a conceitos “freudianos” (neste caso, a fixação pelo sexo).

Em um primeiro momento, me pareceu ser algo bastante surreal imaginar como os cachorros reagem a determinados tipos de situações, principalmente a castração. No entanto, o roteiro desse filme usa e abusa de alguns clichês para se fazer entender para o público (até mesmo para aqueles telespectadores mais conservadores), criando situações muito absurdas (e por vezes, fisicamente violentas e banhadas de sangue... literalmente) para fazer piada com um tema que é sensível para todo espécime da raça masculina. Mesmo que algumas piadas sejam demasiadamente excessivas, não há como não rir de praticamente tudo o que acontece aqui, porque Bull e seus amigos personificam todos esses medos.

Desde os primeiros minutos o roteiro deste filme já mostra ao público o que vem por aí, porque o projeto é totalmente pautado em uma abordagem habilmente neurótica sobre medos e concepções comportamentais animalescas que não diferem muito do comportamento dos seres humanos frente aos mesmos tipos de situações (reconhecendo as devidas alterações, obviamente). Bull é um cachorro tarado que tem um problema grave em controlar à própria libido, e como ele está prestes a ser castrado, ele começa a enfrentar alguns dilemas, dentre eles, perder o grande amor da vida dele (uma cachorra de raça pura, que o ama em segredo) e ao mesmo tempo lidar com uma fase possivelmente menos viril.

Em um ato impensado e puramente rebelde, Bull decide então fugir da sua casa para viver uma noite de incontáveis loucuras, porém, no meio dessa aventura selvagem, ele se mete em uma confusão e é salvo pelos seus amigos (Rocco, Fetch e Lucky). A partir daí, eles decidem que Bull deve aproveitar enquanto ele ainda tem os testículos para procriar e perpetuar a própria raça ou simplesmente aproveitar o privilégio que outros cães não mais possuem. Todo o roteiro brinca muito bem com essas situações, mesmo optando por apostar em clichês que às vezes são até “constrangedores”, principalmente pelo excesso de sua inserção dentro da trama (que apesar de simples e direta, é inteligente e funcional).

Bull e seus amigos correm loucamente pelas ruas da cidade grande causando diferentes tipos de confusões, e o roteiro aposta em algumas situações realmente inacreditáveis para enfatizar o aspecto sexual da trama (como a ida do grupo de amigos para um bordel canino em uma região perigosa da cidade), bem como faz uso de uma linguagem “suja” para criar uma identidade que torne o seu protagonista em uma figura mais facilmente reconhecível, assim como para fixar o tom da estória, que é voltada para questões sexuais. No entanto, há também outras questões comportamentais que são usadas dentro da narrativa, como a diferença de classes, percepções frustradas e a própria “moralidade burguesa”.

Usando personagens altamente carismáticos a seu favor (algo que eu particularmente acho um pouco difícil de ver em animações que são voltadas para o público adulto), o roteiro consegue ser simultaneamente ultrajante e inteligente, e ainda que à sua execução opte por meras convenções escapistas para dar um fim à sua narrativa, ainda consegue trazer elementos narrativos realmente interessantes para serem discutidos com um olhar mais atento. No time de dubladores (que por sinal, é muito sinérgico e competente), há nomes como Adam Devine, Idris Elba e Kathryn Hahn, e todos eles têm momentos que fazem os seus respectivos personagens brilharem de uma maneira “efusiva” e realmente cativante.

Eu não consigo imaginar a Netflix fazendo projetos como esse de uma maneira mais expansiva, mas que bom que desta vez a empresa teve coragem de pensar “fora da caixa”, ainda que se mantenha dentro de uma “fórmula pré-moldada”. Tecnicamente, o projeto é simples, mas tem um conjunto de traços, formas e cores relativamente “peculiares”, e tende a ser algo diferente pelo seu visual estético que cria uma atmosfera que é rústica, mas ao mesmo, também é bastante moderna. O peso do aspecto visual é um personagem importante aqui, porque ele ajuda no desenvolvimento da trama, que tem uma edição de cenas rápida em meio aos acontecimentos frenéticos, envelopados por uma boa trilha sonora.

O Dia da Castração é um filme politicamente incorreto, mas deliciosamente divertido dentro da sua própria proposta (e esse é o seu maior mérito). Não existe o menor pudor dentro da linha narrativa do roteiro, que aliás, foi parcialmente escrito pelo próprio diretor (Genndy Tartakovsky, que somou forças com a dupla Jon Vitti e Steve Greenberg para trazer o projeto para as telas), e este por sua vez, comprou a ideia da estória e mergulhou no seu aspecto anarquista e cheio de palavrões sobre a percepção dos cachorros sobre a raça humana. Eis aqui um filme de comédia com piadas ácidas, e ao mesmo tempo, em alguns aspectos, sensíveis dentro da sua abordagem “lunática”. Uma grata (e sujinha) surpresa.

Plot

The film begins by showing us, in the format of a news channel, a completely dystopian world where wars and conflicts abound everywhere. The city of Detroit is no exception, with endless cases of crime and organizations and mafias of all kinds. However, the mega-corporation in charge of the city's security, Omni Consumer Products (OCP), presents a model of a droid at a meeting that is supposed to fight crime. Despite the terrible failure of the demonstration, the president of OCP gives executive Bob Norton the opportunity to present his own project: RoboCop.

While OCP searches for a body to serve as a model for creating this new weapon, we see that the Detroit Police Department is on the verge of collapse due to the increase in crime and the lack of available personnel. So they transfer a police officer to the Metro West office. This officer's name is Alex Murphy, and he begins working with Anne Lewis, an officer who is very skilled in combat. Personally, I admit that I remembered the remake of this great film more than the original work itself. This is probably because I saw this film when I was too young to remember anything about it. I vaguely remember that it was shown very occasionally on a channel that only broadcast classic films, and once or twice I watched a complete RoboCop marathon (all three films). It wasn't until now, when I gave it another chance, that I remembered the story well. Still, it doesn't change much from what I've seen repeatedly in Jose Padilha's 2014 version, which I've seen more often in the last decade. Even so, when talking about a remake of a work, I prefer to talk about the original film this time.

We've talked before about classics of the science fiction genre with dystopian themes that became popular in the industry (such as Terminator, for example). But something I've noticed is that Paul Verhoeven had a significant influence on this subgenre with some of his films that became popular in the 80s and 90s. In this case, we can say that RoboCop was one of his most successful and memorable projects, even today. This idea of a dystopian future plagued by crime, chaos, and war is one with which we now seem quite familiar because of how things are in real life. But, of course, it is both the main character and the messages in this film that make it a cult classic.

Me pareció bastante buena ,recuerdo que hace unos años cuando salió la primera temporada se viralizaron algunos clips de Adam DeVine ,y me dejó con la curiosidad de verla, y la verdad no me decepcionó , es muy divertida y como expone todo este mundo tan poderoso económicamente, es bien interesante, también dejó muy claro a mí parecer que aunque es una serie algo satírica sobre como está familia experimenta la fé ,a su conveniencia, también en muchos momentos deja en claro que de una forma muy abstracta , la fé también es la que los guía en los peores momentos, al igual que la familia y esos valores que les inculcó su madre ,una mujer realmente honesta y bondadosa ,terminan saliendo a flote por más horribles y caprichosos que parezcan ser sus personajes. Sin duda es una película visualmente fuerte sobre todo con creaciones grotescas que pueden generar asca en algunas escenas pero todo está tan bien hecho que te atrapa y quieres saber que más pasará y hasta donde llegarán las protagonistas para alcanzar la fama y el poder, es una crítica hacia la industria actual que busca los rostros y los cuerpos más perfectos para vender, se las recomiendo muchísimo si aún no la han visto. It is certainly a visually strong film especially with grotesque creations that can generate disgust in some scenes but everything is so well done that catches you and you want to know what else will happen and how far the protagonists will go to achieve fame and power, it is a criticism of the current industry that seeks the most perfect faces and bodies to sell, I highly recommend it if you have not yet seen it. I finally got around to seeing the new Superman movie. It took me a while because I couldn't make it to the theater when it first came out, so I wanted to do it justice and watch it in good resolution. I finally found a 4K version, which I think is a must for evaluating and enjoying a film so full of effects, CGI, and action. It wasn't easy to wait that long; there's so much content on different platforms, and I wanted to avoid spoilers to form my own opinion without being swayed by others.

Análisis y crítica de la nueva película de Superman ¿Demasiado vulnerable?

Finalmente pude ver la nueva película de Superman, me tomo un tiempo hacerlo porque no pude ir al cine en el momento que se estrenó, entonces quería hacerle justicia y verla con una buena resolución, finalmente la encontré en 4k que creo que es lo justo para poder evaluar y disfrutar una película tan cargada de efectos, cgi y mucha acción. No fue fácil esperar tanto para verla, hay demasiado contenido en distintas plataformas y no quería tener spoilers, para tener una opinión propia sin verme afectado por el criterio de otros.

I mention this because it's hard to watch this movie without being tempted to compare it to previous films and series, especially Zack Snyder's Man of Steel, even with 12 years between them. This new movie doesn't focus on Superman's origins like the others. Instead, it offers a brief timeline mentioning that metahumans appeared on Earth three centuries ago, leading up to the arrival of Kal-El. It's established that he was announced as Superman three years ago and just three weeks ago, he prevented a war, immediately showing the character's global impact.

Esto lo digo porque es difícil no ver esta película sin estar predispuesto a establecer una comparativa con películas y series anteriores, en especial con la de Man of Steel de Zack Snyder aunque haya 12 años de diferencia entre ambas. Esta nueva película no se centra mucho como las anteriores en hablar de los inicios de Superman, aunque ofrece una breve cronología mencionando que los metahumanos aparecen en la tierra hace tres siglos, hasta la llegada de Kal_El, que se anunció hace tres años como Superman y hace tres semanas evita una guerra, definiendo de entrada el impacto global que tiene el personaje.

The plot is a bit of the same old, same old: Superman's fight against Lex Luthor, who openly declares himself his enemy and seeks to destroy his image to get him out of the way and achieve his goals. There are many "modern" details about the plot I could mention, but I'm more interested in highlighting the positive and negative aspects I noticed. First, the biggest change is immediately obvious: the colorful tone of this new movie contrasts sharply with the darker, grittier feel of the previous ones. You can even see it in Superman's suit, which is a much brighter blue.

La trama es un poco más de lo mismo, la lucha de Superman contra Lex Luthor, quien se declara abiertamente su enemigo y busca destruir su imagen para quitarlo del camino y alcanzar sus fines. Hay muchos detalles "modernos" con respecto a la trama que puedo mencionar pero me interesa más resaltar los aspectos positivos y negativos que observe. Primero: el primer gran cambio se observa a la primera, el tono colorido de esta nueva película contrasta con las anteriores que son más oscuras, y eso se nota también con el traje de superman, es azul más brillante.

I've been thinking a lot about how to describe this aspect, and I'd say the movie is self-contained. It isn't a typical film that ends by blatantly setting up a sequel or a spin-off. This is remarkable because it's been called the start of a new DC universe, and we're so used to Marvel where every movie is a prelude to the next. Even the post-credit scenes don't refer to a new film.

He pensado mucho en cómo definir este aspecto, y se me ocurre que la película se contiene a si misma, es decir, no es la típica película que está anunciando una secuela o spin off sin haber terminado. Esto es destacable porque la han calificado como el inicio de un nuevo universo para DC, y estamos tan acostumbrados con Marvel que cada película es una antesala de una que está por venir, incluso las escenas post creditos no te hacen referencia a una nueva película.

Another thing I'm not sure is entirely positive is how vulnerable Superman is, both physically and mentally. We see this in one of the first scenes, where he has a couple's argument with Lois Lane that made me uncomfortable and even a bit annoyed because it felt so immature. That's why I'm not sure it's a positive, but I do understand why they did it this way. It's an attempt to show a hero who is constantly struggling with his own identity while having to prioritize saving others and finding the good in people, even when they don't have it.

Otra cosa que no se si es positiva, es que Superman es vulnerable tanto física como mentalmente, eso lo vemos en una de las primeras escenas donde tiene una discusión de pareja con Lois Lane que incluso me incomodo y hasta llegó a irritarme porque lo sentí inmaduro, por eso digo que no se si es tan positiva, pero si entiendo el porque de hacerlo de esta manera, es una idea de mostrar a un héroe que lucha constantemente con su yo teniendo que priorizar la salvación de los demás y ver su lado bueno, aun si no lo tienen.

The performances by Nicholas Hoult as Lex Luthor and Rachel Brosnahan as Lois Lane are quite good. Luthor's character is very well developed; you can really feel his hatred and envy. Lois doesn't feel as fragile as in previous films, which I liked. She even ends up saving Superman. I also really liked other characters like Mr. Terrific, Jimmy Olsen, and Metamorpho played by Anthony Carrigan. I hope they continue in future installments, and well, Krypto reminded me why I haven't had a dog in so long, lol.

Las actuaciones de Nicholas Hoult como Lex Luthor y Rachel Brosnahan como Lois Lane son bastante buenas. El personaje de Luthor está muy bien desarrollado su odio y envidia se llega a sentir, Lois no se siente tan frágil como en las películas anteriores y eso me gusto, incluso ella llega a salvar a Superman. Otros personajes como el de Mr. Terrific de Jimmy Olsen y el Metamorfo de Anthony Carrigan me gustaron mucho, ojala continuen en futuras entregas y bueno Krypto me hizo recordar porque no tengo perro desde hace tanto tiempo jeje.

There are a lot of characters to mention, and this is probably a negative point—there are so many that some are left underdeveloped, with just a few lines. This was the case with Perry White, played by the great actor Wendell Pierce, who I think was a victim of editing cuts, which feels like a waste. Another negative is the forced humor. There were definitely several moments where a joke didn't fit into a scene, interrupting the flow and making it obvious how hard they were trying to make it more "family-friendly."

Son muchos personajes que mencionar y quizás este si es un punto negativo, son tantos que quedan sin desarrollo, con unas pocas líneas como el caso de Perry White interpretado por el gran actor Wendell Pierce que creo que fue víctima de los recortes de edición, lo que me parece un desperdicio. A este le podemos sumar el humor forzado, definitivamente hubo varios momentos donde un chiste no encajaba en una escena interrumpiéndola, dejando claro lo mucho que se querían enforzar por hacerla mas family friendly.

In summary, you could say that this new Superman movie is a good start for the DC universe. While I wasn't thrilled to see a Superman so vulnerable, I know that more traditional fans approve of it, saying it sticks close to the comics and the source material. That's a good thing because it satisfies them, and with its colorful tone and plot, it also pleases the general audience by creating excitement and giving hope that the superhero genre can be fun again.

En resumen, se podría decir que esta nueva película de Superman es un buen inicio para el universo DC, aunque a mi no me causó gran emoción ver a un Superman tan vulnerable, pero se que los fanáticos más ortodoxos lo aprueban declarando que se apega mucho a los cómics, como referencia a las bases de la historia, lo cual eso es bueno porque los deja satisfechos y además con su colorido y trama, también complace a la audiencia en general porque causó emoción, dando esperanza que el género de superhéroes vuelve a ser divertido.

To release some stress of from the long week, I’ve been binging this show and I think it’s one you’d love you much. If you love drama and you have a great sense of humour , this is the one for you.

THE PLOT

- - - This show dives into the life of Morgan, a single mother of 3 kids. Morgan us a struggle mom who works as a cleaner in the Los Angeles Police department. She has to juggle her cleaning job with taking care do her toddle and other two children who are a little bit older. With the help of her kids Dad, Ludo and her next door neighbor who baby sit for her, her life isn’t that bad at all.

As someone with a positive spirit, Morgan always tries to see things positively even though she’s struggling. But one thing is so special about and that’s her IQ and thinking capacity. Morgan has an IQ of 160 which is way higher and this makes her very smart. You can imagine what the inside of her brain will look like.

Good enough, her son Elliot happens to also have this trait and that makes them inseparable. However, Morgan’s life takes a quick turn when she moves during one of her cleaning sessions at the department, she rearranges some evidence on the board. She thought she was helping them with the case but after the officers and detectives checked the cameras, they found her guilty of tampering with the board and they bring her in. In there, she’s able to help the police put the bits and pieces together and that’s how she landed a job as a consultant in the police department.

With her kind of free spirit, she does her job with an open heart and with little information on how the police works, she finds herself doing some things the wrong way but learns very fast after being corrected. She and detective Karadec who was her partner did not always see eye to eye but they managed to find a way to work things out for the good of all. With this gig, she’s able to cater for her family and solve cases also. It’s a win win for both end. She also uses this opportunity to find out what happened to her ex husband after her left home to buy diapers and never returned.

I’d rate this movie a 10/10 because it’s just what I needed to see. It makes you laugh while also keeping your brain spinning all along. Somehow, I found myself trying to outsmart this lady by putting bits and pieces together before she could. It was fun and I enjoyed every bit of it.

I’d recommend this show to anyone out there cos it’s a great one.
