Hola queridos amigos de @theAnimeRealm un gusto y muchos saludos, para hoy día les traigo un anime del género romántico, de amor en la época de estudiantes, pero también muy peculiar a los que he visto en este estilo, ya que la personalidad tóxica que se presenta al principio bueno te hace pensar en que verdad tener una pareja así no ayuda, aunque a veces el saber realmente porque se volvió de esa manera lo puede cambiar todo, se trata de Hananoi-kun to Koi no Yamai o también conocida como Una enfermedad llamada Amor. Cuenta con una temporada de 12 capítulos.
Se trata de la historia de dos jóvenes estudiantes Hotaru Hinase y Saki Hananoi, que con apenas 16 años están experimentando por primera vez lo que es realmente el amor, aunque en cada uno desde un punto de vista diferente, primero hablemos de Hotaru, es una chica que nunca se a enamorado, es simple, muy educada, dedicada a sus estudios, familia y enfocada en ayudar cuando la necesitan pero a la vez muy penosa en decir las cosas de frente, es el tipo de persona que prefiere evitar y decir algo mal antes de crear cualquier conflicto, esta chica sin querer en un momento ayudara a Hananoi y a partir de ese instante su vida se unirá a él.
En el caso de Hananoi es un joven que ha buscado su alma gemela, pero cada vez que intenta avanzar en una relación simplemente se estanca y lo dejan, por muy lindo que sea por fuera hay algo en su personalidad que algunos no le cuadran o no lo dejan conocer bien, por lo que hasta que se encuentra de nuevo con Hotaru todo cambia para él, porque si la conocía antes pero ya ahí sería un spoiler deberán verlo para saber porque la conocía antes jeje.
Hananoi es el típico muchacho que quiere tener su pareja solo para él, quiere estar pegado y no alejarse, de respetar si lo hace y le da su espacio para que todo fluya, sin embargo, el hecho de que quiera que solo sea para ella, que lo tenga en prioridad más que a sus amigos y familia hará que todo se complique, aunado a que Hotaru es una joven que nunca ha tenido novio y por ende no sabe cómo llevarlo, pero como todo en la vida ira aprendiendo a la marcha y acoplándose a su nueva relación sin dejar de ser ella misma, en el caso de Hananoi deberá aprender a no ser tan toxico y dar el espacio que se requiera.
Es una relación que, aunque parece algo engorrosa por tanto apego o aparente obsesión, se verá que es algo bonito que ambos irán aprendiendo uno del otro y aunque sean diferentes en el sentido de uno no apegado al amor y el otro exageradamente apegada entenderán que las cosas hay que darle su tiempo y el comprometerse implica muchos cambios, pero no para dejar ser uno sino para mejorar como persona, siendo apoyo y motivación al otro.

Hello anime fans. Today I want to talk about an anime series of the romance genre that got a lot of attention both for its plot as well as for its main characters. A RomCom of those typical ones that are never missing in any season, but that in this case managed to capture the attention of a certain part of the public, including me as every fan of this genre. While it is not the best anime of its kind, it has a couple of interesting points in its favor that make it stand out among the majority, as well as something that easily identifies it from the others. Based on the manga series of the same name written and illustrated by Megumi Morino, this anime adaptation was produced by East Fish Studio. This is an anime that can be so but so romantic that it can even be cloying, but it also has a humorous tone and characters that you can easily feel identified with. I invite you to get to know one of those interesting romantic comedy anime that we got this year.

El día de hoy les quiero hablar acerca de una serie animada del género de romance que llegó a llamar mucho la atención tanto por su trama como también por sus personajes principales. Un RomCom de esos típicos que nunca faltan en cualquier temporada, pero que en este caso consiguió capturar la atención de cierta parte del público, incluyéndome como todo fanático de este género. Si bien no es el mejor anime de su tipo, tiene un par de puntos interesantes y a favor que le sirven para destacarse entre la mayoría, así como algo que lo identifica fácilmente de los demás. Basada en la serie de manga homónima escrita e ilustrada por Megumi Morino, esta adaptación animada fue producida por East Fish Studio. Este es un anime que puede llegar a ser tan pero tan romántico que te puede empalagar incluso, pero además tiene un tono de humor y unos personajes con los que fácilmente te puedes sentir identificado. Te invito a que conozcas uno de esos animes de comedia romántica interesantes que nos dieron este año.
The anime introduces us to Hinase Hotaru, a 16-year-old girl who lives with her parents and siblings, as well as having a cheerful life with her friends and classmates. El anime nos presenta a Hinase Hotaru, una joven de 16 años que vive con sus padres y hermanos, además de tener una vida alegre con sus amigos y compañeros de clase. Sin embargo, ella nunca ha experimentado lo que es el “amor” (más en específico el amor romántico) con una persona. Su desconocimiento e inexperiencia la hizo tener un concepto un tanto general de la misma palabra, lo cual le causó algunos problemas cuando era más pequeña con sus antiguos compañeros de clase. A partir de ese momento, ella siente que nunca conocerá lo que es el amor en su vida… hasta que por azares del destino presencia una ruptura abrupta y en público en un cafetín cerca de su escuela. El chico y casualmente compañero de clase a quien le rompieron el corazón se llama Hananoi Saki y se encuentra sentado en un banco en una plaza mientras está todo repleto de nieve. Al verlo solo, nuestra amable protagonista se le acerca para prestarle su paraguas para que no se congele con la nieve. Este la mira y parece que se enamora inmediatamente de ella… o eso es lo que él le dice al día siguiente en la escuela mientras se le declara públicamente y le pide que sea su novia, a lo cual ella lo rechaza.
As a fan of the romance genre and more specifically the "RomCom" which is very popular in the anime world, watching this particular series this year was for me a journey of emotions. While it is curious that in this anime we are presented with a teenage girl who does not know what love is, the development given to her throughout the episodes is more than enough for many to feel completely identified. Despite being a story of two young people who are together, fall in love, date and live their lives full of love and affection, the way in which we are introduced to each character and how they develop makes you think about how deep it can all go. In the end... I ended up convinced that I saw just another love story, without many plot twists but with some very emotional and somewhat strong moments. It may not stand out so much in the end, beyond being just another RomCom, but rather for one of the main characters, that being Hananoi for the reasons I'll talk about below. But in the end it entertains and offers a somewhat different story to tell, or at least that's how I see it.

Como fanático del género de romance y más específicamente del “RomCom” que es muy popular en el mundo del anime, el haber visto esta serie en particular este año fue para mí todo un viaje de emociones. Si bien es curioso que en este anime nos presenten como protagonista a una adolescente que no conoce lo que es el amor, el desarrollo que le dieron a lo largo de los episodios es más que suficiente como para que muchos se sientan identificados completamente. A pesar de tratarse de una historia de dos jóvenes que están juntos, se enamoran, salen y viven sus vidas repletas de amor y cariño, la forma en la que nos presentan a cada personaje y cómo estos se van desenvolviendo te hace pensar en cuán profundo puede llegar a ser todo esto. Al final… terminé convencido de que ví una historia más de amor, sin muchos giros de guión pero con algunos momentos muy emotivos y un tanto fuertes. Puede que al final no se destaque tanto, más allá de ser solo un RomCom más, sino más bien por uno de los protagonistas, siendo este Hananoi por las razones que hablaré a continuación. Pero al final entretiene y ofrece una historia un tanto diferente de contar, o al menos así lo veo yo.
Let's start by talking about the main characters, whom we meet at the beginning, Hotaru being the one we meet first. She is a cheerful and at the same time loving and kind girl who cares about others. On the other hand we meet Hananoi, a boy who is not very sociable and who has just gotten out of a relationship, or well, he was terminated, rather. Both meet the moment they see each other's eyes, as if fate or love brought them together for some reason. However, not having any experience or knowledge about what love is, Hotaru rejects the sudden proposal that Hananoi makes to her (just the day after they meet) to go out with him. But it doesn't end there, because even though she worries about hurting him because she doesn't feel the same way he feels for her, she still wants to learn what love is. It is at that moment that they decide to go out for a while as a test to see if she manages to fall in love with him or not. Aside from never giving up, this teaches us a valuable lesson of self-love or having a little selfishness when it comes to allowing ourselves certain things or experiences in our lives.
After this there is not much to say about the story of this teenage couple, other than the way Hananoi acts and thinks, who at the beginning of the relationship goes out of his way to please and please Hotaru always, making her happy at all times even though she has to do things that are practically not healthy at all. Whether it's because of some dependency, lack of self-love or something else that we don't know yet at the time but later we realize, this way of acting, although it is a bit exaggerated, doesn't end up being surrealistic at all. In a relationship it is always good to have certain limits regarding certain things. When it comes to please or make your partner happy, it is good to sacrifice, but not to the point of leaving aside your health for the other person. In the end, in order for you to give love to someone important to you, you must first give love to yourself. Another thing we learn from this beautiful love story is the value of the time and details that we have or give to that person, how important it is to always be there for them, regardless of whether or not we are physically together.
One point I do like about this anime is that it almost never resorts to "Fanservice" something that is common in RomComs of this style. Although it has comedy, it is not as childish or suggestive as in other anime. Another detail is the way the characters are developed, giving them an origin or a somewhat turbulent or troubled past in some sense to both of them. Curiously both Hotaru and Hananoi show to have certain problems that they solve little by little during the episodes. Whether it's the absence of a parent or a bad childhood experience, they're both bound together by something so strong that it's impossible not to call it fate. Sure, it's not like it's some of the best character development you'll find in an anime of this style, but it's remarkable how much they both change from the beginning to the end of the anime. What seemed to many to be a "toxic" relationship, in my opinion this is the story of a couple who have never had the opportunity to receive genuine love in their lives and when they get it, it is normal for them to have a hard time reacting correctly to everything. The feelings and thoughts that are captured in this series are so palpable that it is easy to feel identified many times in one way or another.

Empecemos hablando de los protagonistas, los cuales conocemos al principio, siendo Hotaru quien conocemos primero. Ella es una chica alegre y a la vez cariñosa y amable que se preocupa por los demás. Por otro lado conocemos a Hananoi, un chico que no es muy sociable y que acaba de salir de una relación, o bueno, le terminaron, mejor dicho. Ambos se conocen al momento que se ven a los ojos, como si el destino o el amor los uniera por algún motivo. Sin embargo, al no tener nada de experiencia ni conocimiento sobre lo que es el amor, Hotaru rechaza la repentina propuesta que le hace Hananoi (justo al día siguiente de conocerse) de salir con él. Pero no todo termina aquí, ya que si bien ella se preocupa en llegar a lastimarlo por no sentir lo mismo que él siente por ella, aún así quiere aprender lo que es el amor. Es en ese momento que deciden salir por un tiempo como prueba para ver si ella consigue enamorarse de él o no. Aparte de no rendirse nunca, esto nos enseña una valiosa lección de amor propio o tener un poco de egoísmo al momento de permitirnos ciertas cosas o experiencias en nuestras vidas.
Luego de esto no hay mucho qué decir sobre la historia de esta pareja de adolescentes, más que la forma de actuar y pensar de Hananoi, quien al principio de la relación se esfuerza de sobremanera en complacer y contentar siempre a Hotaru, haciéndola feliz en todo momento a pesar de que tenga que hacer cosas que prácticamente no son para nada saludables. Ya sea por alguna dependencia, por falta de amor propio o por alguna otra cosa que no sepamos aún en el momento pero que después nos vamos dando cuenta, esta forma de actuar si bien es un poco exagerada, no termina siendo para nada surrealista. En una relación siempre es bueno tener ciertos límites en cuanto a ciertas cosas. Al momento de complacer o hacer feliz a tu pareja, es bueno sacrificarse, pero tampoco hasta tal punto de dejar de lado tu salud por la otra persona. Al final, para tú poder dar amor a alguien importante para tí, primero tienes que darte amor a tí mismo. Otra cosa que aprendemos de esta linda historia de amor es el valor del tiempo y los detalles que nosotros tenemos o le damos a esa persona, lo importante que es estar siempre ahí para ella, a pesar de estar o no juntos físicamente.
Un punto que sí me gusta de este anime es que casi nunca llega a recurrir al “Fanservice” algo que es común en RomComs de este estilo. Si bien tiene comedia, no es un tipo de humor tan infantil o sugerente como en otros animes. Otro detalle es la forma de desarrollar a los personajes, dándole un origen o un pasado un tanto turbulento o problemático por algún sentido a ambos. Curiosamente tanto Hotaru como Hananoi demuestran tener ciertos problemas que van solucionando poco a poco durante los episodios. Ya sea por la ausencia de unos padres o por una mala experiencia en la infancia, ambos los une algo tan fuerte que es imposible no llamarlo destino. Claro, no es como si fuera de los mejores desarrollos de personajes que se puedan encontrar en un anime de este estilo, pero es notable el cambio que ambos tienen desde el principio hasta el final del anime. Lo que a muchos les pareció ser una relación “tóxica”, a mí parecer esta es la historia de una pareja que no han tenido nunca la oportunidad de recibir un amor genuino en sus vidas y que al momento de conseguirlo es normal que les cueste reaccionar correctamente ante todo. Los sentimientos y pensamientos que se plasman en esta serie son tan palpables que es fácil sentirse muchas veces identificado de alguna u otra manera.
On the technical side I don't have much to say, to tell you the truth, apart from having a good animation and character development work. Yes, it's not the best animation work you can find in an anime of this genre, but it does a good job of detailing every shot and every moment, with a good drawing job and a very vivid and bright color palette. While the story itself doesn't have some of the most incredible moments for the studio to show what it's made of, it fulfills its mission of making every moment as emotional as possible to capture the viewer's attention. The sound effects are fine, but they don't stand out too much either. The soundtrack, on the other hand, is very well done, managing to convey every feeling and every twist or situation with a drama and a somewhat moderate level of humor. But the part I like the most of all is the Opening itself, which I love either for the song, its rhythm or its animation. Anyway, this teen romance anime is one that you can like only if you are a fan of the genre like me.
Personally, I give it a rating of 8/10 as far as the romance and comedy genre is concerned.

En el lado técnico no tengo mucho qué decir, la verdad, aparte de tener un buen trabajo de animación y de desarrollo de personajes. Si, no es el mejor trabajo de animación que se pueda encontrar en un anime de este género, pero cumple con detallar muy bien cada plano y cada momento, con un buen trabajo de dibujo y una paleta de colores muy vívida y brillante. Si bien la historia en sí no tiene de los momentos más increíbles como para que el estudio demuestre de lo que está hecho, este cumple con su misión de hacer cada momento lo más emotivo posible para así capturar la atención del espectador. Los efectos de sonido están bien, pero tampoco es que resalte demasiado. La banda sonora, por otro lado, está muy bien hecha, logrando transmitir cada sensación y cada giro o situación con un drama y un nivel de humor un poco moderado. Pero la parte que más me gusta de todo es en sí el Opening, el cual me encanta ya sea por la canción, su ritmo o su animación. En fin, este anime de romance juvenil es uno que te puede gustar solo si eres un fanático del género como yo.
Personalmente, le doy una calificación de 8/10 en lo que respecta al género de romance y comedia.
