    Resumen: Your Lie in April

The series is a bittersweet journey of self-discovery and healing, in which music becomes the language that unites Kosei and Kaori. As Kosei rediscovers his love for the piano and begins to enjoy music again, he also confronts the harsh truth of Kaori's illness, which adds a layer of urgency and sadness to their relationship.

is one of those anime that remain embedded in your soul, and honestly, I don't consider that there is an exaggeration in that statement. From the very first episode, the series captivates you with its sad yet heartwarming storyline. The narration of Kosei, the virtuoso pianist who loses his ability to "hear" music after a trauma, resonated within me intensely. Who hasn't ever experienced the feeling of losing something essential in their life, something that characterized them? That feeling of emptiness and the battle to recover is what attracted me from the beginning, since it is a universal emotion, even if it does not manifest itself through music.

The real value of this series lies in how the relationship between Kosei and Kaori is forged. Kaori is a whirlwind of energy, a natural power that enters Kosei's gray life in order to bring it to life and give it color. I admit that initially, her personality was a bit "over the top" for me, almost becoming overwhelming with her perseverance, but I quickly understood that this was just her magic. She doesn't take "no" for an answer when it comes to passion, and that's something Kosei desperately needed. Their interaction is pure chemistry, full of funny, tender and, of course, heartbreaking moments.

Now, if I must cite something that generated a certain conflict for me, it would be the pacing in some sections. At times, I experienced the feeling that certain fragments went on a bit longer than necessary, particularly in Kosei's moments of reflection. I understand that this is crucial to the character's growth, however, there were times when the narrative was perceived as being overly burdened. However, this represents a minor aspect in relation to the overall beauty of the work. Additionally, the animation of the musical excerpts is, without exaggeration, sublime. The representation of the notes, the feelings flowing through the instruments, is simply captivating and immerses you totally in the experience.

As for the music, what a soundstage! It is impossible to mention "Your Lie in April" without highlighting the relevance of classical music in the plot. Personally, I am not a specialist in the matter, but the series managed to make me value each piece, to experience the emotion hidden in each note. The performances are so powerful that they take your breath away, and the way they are used to represent the emotions of the characters is outstanding. It is a lesson that music is not just noise, but a universal language that can express the deepest part of the human soul.

Of course, we can't overlook the elephant in the room: the denouement. The ending... Yes, it was utterly devastating, but simultaneously, utterly essential and beautifully pulled off. It left me with a lump in my throat and my eyes filled with tears, and even today, as I reminisce about it, I feel a twinge. Some might see it as a "negative part" because of the sadness involved, but for me, it's what gives the series its lasting effect. It's not only about the melancholy, but also the message that our legacy and influence on the lives of others lives on far beyond our physical lives.

In conclusion, "Your Lie in April" is a masterful work that rips your heart out and then heals it in an unexpected way. It is not perfect, as no work of art is, but its flaws are so minimal that they are barely noticeable in the face of the magnitude of its beauty and message. It is a series that leads you to meditate on life, death, love, friendship and the relevance of following your passions despite the difficulties. If you haven't watched it, I fervently suggest it, but yes, have tissues at the ready, as you will require them.

  2. Review: Your Lie in April // Music, Memories, and a Goodbye@itznur378d

Some anime do not just let you cry, they stay with you after a long time of the final scene, it's like a song in your thoughts like that you cannot forget. Your lie in April is one of them for me.

Their life replaces, no sound, no color, just existing. As long as Kori Miazono enters like a cracker.

That everything is not Kousei. loud. Wild. Unexpected. She plays violin like a storm - careless, joyful, emotional. She does not care about killing the right notes - she plays to feel something. And she takes Kosi back to the music world with her.

    That moment changes everything.

First, Kosi protested. It was painful to see him struggling with the piano again. Those scenes where he sits on the keyboard, trying to play, while notes fade in silence ... I could feel worried about it. His trauma. His fear of disappointing people again.

But Kaori doesn’t let him stay afraid. She pushes her, shouts at her, encourages her and slowly, she starts playing again. Not just like before, better. More emotional.

This is the place where Anime has a heart. It is not about winning competitions or being the best musician. It is about treatment. Not about learning to love piano because someone forced you - rather because it talks to your soul..

Their performances are magical. I mean it. The animation during their concerts is jaw-dropping, colors swirl, the lighting shifts, the camera dances with the music. You don’t just hear the performance, you feel it. Especially when Kousei is on stage with Kaori. It likes to see two souls colliding.

    But.

There is always a "but," not there?

Kaori is hiding something. She says that she is just a careless girl who loves music, but she is clearly not well. She collapses. She lies. She smiles through pain. And slowly, we realize the truth, the ticking clock behind every laugh, every note, every fake smile she gives.

When the truth is finally revealed… I cried. I really cried. Not a tear or two. I’m talking full-on, ugly crying. Because everything about Your Lie in April leads to this: the lie in April.

The title makes perfect sense by the end. And it hurts.

Kousei finally opens his heart, starts to play again, starts to feel love again — only to be told that the person who helped him do all that… is dying.

And she knew. The whole time.

She knew her time was limited, and still, she chose to light someone else’s life before hers went out. She chose to lie just a little  to spend her remaining days making someone else smile. How selfless is that?

Her final letter to Kousei in the last episode? That destroyed me. Every word was a goodbye wrapped in gratitude. This was not appropriate. But this is life, isn't it? This rarely happens.

The anime ends not with resolution, but with acceptance. Kousei plays his heart out for Kaori, for himself, for everything he lost and found again. And while she’s gone, her music lives on in him. The colors she brought into his world don’t fade.

    They stay.

If you’ve ever felt lost, broken, or numb, Your Lie in April might hurt but it’ll also help. It’s about grief, trauma, healing, and how art (especially music) can bring color back into our lives. I’d recommend this anime to anyone who:

Loves emotional, character-driven stories, Is into music and beautiful animation. Doesn’t mind crying over fictional people. Needs a reminder that even short-lived connections can change us forever

Just make sure to bring tissues. And perhaps don't see that if your heart is already in a delicate place, because it does not pull a punch. But if you are ready for something real, raw and unforgettable?

    Hit the play button

  3. Your Lie In April: the anime that will make you cry every time you remember April@mig1440d

Hello, friends of Hive! Today I'm here to tell you about an anime that is a classic, especially because of the name. You just have to read it: it's become a tradition to watch it in April just because of the title. Evidently, I had never seen it before until today, so this month I took my time to watch it slowly, enjoy it enough and now bring you this review. The only downside to this anime being so popular is that you'll find spoilers everywhere. I already knew from the beginning that there was a tragic ending and that, supposedly, everything before that would make me cry in the process. But does it really achieve its goal or are we looking at audience hype? In my opinion, I don't think absolutely this anime is overrated: it's very good, and that's what makes people love it so much and watch it so many times. Although I don't think I would be able to do it; it wouldn't have the same impact on me, since the first time is always where you're most surprised. We're talking about a tragic drama mixed with music, a curious combination but one that works perfectly. My only doubt is how the manga manages to convey the musical pieces. I'll have to read it someday to check it out, so let's start with the review of Your Lie in April!

The anime begins by introducing Kousei, a protagonist who, as a child, was known for being practically a “robot” by playing impossible notes for his age, always respecting the score 100%. Any deviation was considered a disgrace by his mother, who taught him to play the piano. These events left him with a trauma that prevents him from hearing the notes of the instrument, plunging him into a darkness where he does not know what he is playing, as if the piano reflects his suffering. Everything changes when his best friend invites him and his childhood friend to join him on a date with a girl named Kaori. What Kousei didn't know is that the “date” consisted of listening to her play in a competition in the same auditorium where he performed as a child. During her performance, Kaori impresses him with her free and emotional way of interpreting the music, moving away from the score. Even so, she manages to advance through the round, captivating the audience. From there, Kaori sets out to bring Kousei back to the world of music, from which he has resigned himself to flee because of his traumas.

    <img src="https://i.pinimg.com/originals/bc/63/4e/bc634ecb37de8d0891be1087c981d9a5.gif https://joshuaagar.wordpress.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/04/your-lie-in-april.gif?w=664" />

The centerpiece of the story is undoubtedly Kaori, who will go to great lengths to rescue Kousei. She represents the light against his darkness, a visual parallelism reflected in scenes where Kousei appears in shadows, symbolizing his wounds, while Kaori shines with her bold personality. At a certain point, however, the roles are reversed: Kaori loses her glow and Kousei struggles to maintain his hope. Be warned: it all culminates in impossible love. The secondary characters provide their own plots, though some can feel forced. Kousei's best friend, for example, is irritating at times, but her attitude is understandable upon analysis (though disliked by many, like my sister). The musical scenes stand out, though: each one is a gateway to emotions, with impeccable art direction that prepares you to cry.

    <img src="https://i.pinimg.com/originals/3e/b1/53/3eb1532f87ee35e0d54805774b86f8b6.gif https://i.pinimg.com/originals/97/0a/dc/970adcc66b70dccaca0fe84a04677568.gif" />

Your Lie in April is a deep anime, full of symbolism if you analyze it carefully. Its animation shines in the musical interpretations, either with piano or violin, and its soundtrack is magnificent (I recommend listening to it with headphones). As I finish this review, I can now join the meme: “April is here, I got sad, NOOOO!”. I summarize the play as a well-constructed drama, albeit with slow moments because of the childhood friend plot. Kousei's best friend, while not very relevant, stands out for his loyalty. Anyway, this is Your Lie in April I hope you enjoyed this read!

    <img src="https://i.pinimg.com/originals/bc/63/4e/bc634ecb37de8d0891be1087c981d9a5.gif https://joshuaagar.wordpress.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/04/your-lie-in-april.gif?w=664" />

    <img src="https://i.pinimg.com/originals/3e/b1/53/3eb1532f87ee35e0d54805774b86f8b6.gif https://i.pinimg.com/originals/97/0a/dc/970adcc66b70dccaca0fe84a04677568.gif" />

  4. Your lie in April - Review@zoe01452d

    credits Spoilers ahead!

I'm really glad that I have found this beautiful anime and the name is Your Lie in April, this anime has expressed a lot of feelings which most of the people can't express in words. The rollercoaster for all kind of emotions, whether joy or sadness, everything have been expressed with elegance. Specially the cherry blossom scenes has reached my heart.  I'm writing this blog on April and also, in Japan late March to mid-April is the month of the spring.

    credits

The story of Your Lie in April is well written and perfectly produced. It is a romance anime which I highly like to see. If you're searching for a romance anime then it should be in your watchlist. Basically this anime is music oriented which is western classical music. Just like other romance animes this anime is also set on school life, but school life isn't that much involved in this anime.

    credits

The anime protagonist is Kōsei Arima, in his entire life he only has learnt playing piano music. At the age of 12 he had achieved the ability to be  known as the most well known accomplished pianist, but then something happened in his life which made him quit piano. After that he felt stuck in life nothing goes forward or backward. At that time he meets the girl who's name is Kaori Miyazono and then Kōdei Arima's life began to change, and how it began to change ? For that you have to watch the anime.

    credits

I love the the intro and outro which was truly soothing and displayed very well as my expectations. Now if I talk about the animations then I would say the characters eyes are slightly big but it's perfectly matching to the art style. As this not an action anime there's not much of animations to talk about, but I would say the animation of this anime is outstanding. The most attractive thing was how piano was played realistically in the animation, also the music has left an impactful impression on me. I believe that your lie in April's music is considered as one of the best of all the time. The music of the anime is mainly focused on Piano and strings which does justice to the anime theme.

I would give lots of appreciation to the animator who made the flawless animation because it is not a easy thing to express a musicians music through animation also the beautiful voice artists made it seem more natural. credits To be honest this anime was very saddening and depressing. It doesn't mean that it will leave a bad effect if someone watches. It's so good that it can make you cry and the reason behind this is because of it's animation, music, storyline, characters and the amazing studio execution.

    credits

My favorite scene from this anime was, when Kōsei Arima saw the girl under the full-bloomed cherry blossoms and the girls name is Kaori Miyazono. He saw her there for the first time. They met under the cherry blossom tree as Kaori Miyazono was playing music, her hair was swaying in the wind and the cherry blossoms were falling off. This scenario of their first meet got me overwhelmed. This was the best scene in my point of view. I really love cherry blossoms and the animation for this scene was done very smoothly. For this reason I can never forget those good memories of Kaori Miyazono under the cherry blossom.

In the end I would like to let you know that if you want to cry and have a good time then you must watch this anime. You are gonna cry a lot so keep your tissue box near.

My ratings for this anime would be 10 out of 10.

    Thanks for Reading 🌷

  5. Anime Review~Your Lie in April- A Heartwarming Story of Music and Emotion.@psyberkid505d

Hello everyone, today I am going to share with you a romantic emotional anime called Your Lie in April. It is a musical drama anime that depicts a remarkable story of love, friendship, childhood passion, and self-discovery.

    Source

    Story

At the center of the story is Arima Kousei a talented pianist known to all as the Human Metronome. Since childhood, he has been trained under the strict discipline of his mother Saki Arima, who wanted her son to be the best pianist in the world. But after his mother's death, Kousei experiences a traumatic experience - he can no longer hear the music he plays! As a result, he withdraws from music and begins to live like an ordinary teenager.

    Source

But his lifeless life changes when Kaori Miyazono a lively and free-thinking violinist, enters his life. Kaori loves music, but she doesn't want to follow the rules. She wants people to enjoy her music, cry, and feel emotions. Her unique playing style surprises Kousei.

With Kaori's encouragement, Kousei returns to the world of music, but not easily. He repeatedly breaks down emotionally, makes mistakes on stage, and cannot overcome his fear. But Kaori constantly gives him courage, convincing him that music is not just a bond of rules it is a reflection of feelings.

    Source

But the story takes a terrible turn when it is revealed that Kaori is seriously ill. Her body was weak from the beginning, but she endured everything with a smile. She wanted Kousei to return to music, to reawaken her inner talent. Kaori's dream was to one day perform on stage with Kousei, but her illness prevented her from doing so.

At the end of the story, Kousei realizes that he has fallen in love with Kaori, but Kaori's time is running out. For the last time, Kousei takes the stage at a music competition and performs in Kaori's honor. When he plays, it seems as if Kaori is by his side, playing the violin with him. But in reality, he is playing alone and Kaori is walking to the altar.

    Source

In the final scene, Kaori receives a letter from Kaori, in which she confesses that she loved Kousei at first sight. She lied that she liked Watari (their friend) because she wanted Kousei to build his own life. After reading the letter, Kousei is overcome with emotion, but his love for music is rekindled.

The story is both sad and inspiring. It shows how music can be a means of expressing people's inner feelings and how love can change our lives, even if it is fleeting.

    My Review

The strongest aspect of "Your Lie in April" is its characters. Kousei's emotional struggle, Kaori's lively and inspiring presence, and the chemistry between them are unique. Supporting characters Tsubaki (Kousei's childhood friend) and Watari (Kaori's best friend) play important roles in the story. Each character is very realistic and their own emotions and perspectives touch the audience.

Music This is a music-based anime, and it is unique in this regard. The use of classical music by Liszt, Chopin, and Beethoven deepens the emotions of the story. Each musical performance is not just for listening, but for feeling!

    Source

Animation The animation by A-1 Pictures Studio is outstanding. The use of colors, the play of light and shadow, and the expressions of the characters are very vivid. The scenes of the musical performance in particular are so beautiful that the viewer feels like a part of the atmosphere.

This anime is not just a love story, it also offers a new perspective on life. It teaches us how to move forward in life even after losing a loved one. The last scene is so emotional that it becomes difficult to hold back tears.

Weaknesses Some parts of the story are a little slow, especially the middle few episodes. It may seem a little long to some viewers, but the emotional moment at the end compensates for that slowness.

Final Word Your Lie in April is not just an anime, it is an emotional experience. It is a must-watch for those who want to experience the depth of music, love, and life. It will make you laugh, cry, and think about life in a new way.

  6. Reseña y Reflexión de Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso/Review and Reflection on Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso [ESP/ENG]@yasmarit709d

    ENGLISH

Hello dear friends of @theAnimeRealm a pleasure to spend today and tell you about this beautiful, sentimental and musical anime, that captivated me from the first chapter and I can not deny that in each one from the first to the last had me with a lump in my throat by the different emotions that emitted, in truth this type of anime although it can affect me emotionally speaking for what it transmits, it is a way to reflect and see how it would be applied in life. It is Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso, also known as Your Lie in April.

    MV5BZjE0N2FhZDMtZTM0OS00ZGMyLWFhODItOGVmYzU0Yjg4ZWFlXkEyXkFqcGdeQXVyMTMxODk2OTU@.V1.jpg

    [Source](https://m.imdb.com/title/tt3895150/mediaviewer/rm2606994433/)
It is an anime based on the story of a young girl named Kaori Miyazono who after discovering the state of her illness decides to live her life to the fullest and fulfill one of her dreams to know better and to be able to play along with her violin in the company of Kosei Arima, a young man who since childhood was focused by his mother to be a pianist, However, life was short for her and that made Kosei feel remorse for not being good enough to save his mother by playing the piano very well, which makes her leave him for two years, with no reason to follow him.

    MV5BNmFhZjkzZWEtN2Y5NC00YWIxLWI2ZTUtZTBiNTJkYWIxM2E5XkEyXkFqcGdeQXVyNjc3OTE4Nzk@.V1.jpg

    [Source](https://m.imdb.com/title/tt3895150/mediaviewer/rm511723264/)
That is why Kaori seeks to get closer to him, not only because she admired and loved him, but also because she sees him as a young man who should give more, who despite feeling guilty for feeling that he stopped listening to the piano and not helping his mother, shows him a different way, music is free and he has to be free, The suffering after losing a loved one can cloud you but can not prevent you from moving forward, at first Kosei does not see it that way even though he had the support of his friends Tsubaki who loved him as a brother or at least at first because as he grows up feelings change and Watari the gallant of the group who tries to support him in whatever he decides.

    MV5BZGFmN2Y3MDYtYThmNy00N2ExLWJkZmItYjY1YzJmYTUyZjg2XkEyXkFqcGdeQXVyNjc3OTE4Nzk@.V1.jpg Source

But one day when they manage to play together, Kaori will show him that he can become his old self again, not the pianist who plays the scores exactly like Bethoven, Morzart or Chopin, but the one who shows his feelings through it and paints the place in colors with his melody, certainly a little monkey inspiration, but as her name suggests, since they met in April, she will have to lie, for Kosei's sake, because she only wants him to emerge, not to depend on anyone and to have his way in music again, life is only one and it must be lived to the fullest, without regrets, her music is able to inspire others to motivate them.

    MV5BZTA1MTY5ZTctZTZlNS00YWMyLThhOTgtNzdiYTRiNTMyMDVlXkEyXkFqcGdeQXVyNjc2NjA5MTU@.V1.jpg Source

In each chapter you feel the excitement and nerves of playing in a contest, of seeing what the others will do, of playing and staying still or continuing, demonstrating what you are capable of doing, Kosei shows that every professional is capable of having its ups and downs, that you can succeed, fall and be in the depths, but emerge again, and that music is a language capable of transmitting everything you feel. Kaori is the kind of person who comes to change your life, to inspire you, to fill your path with light, but also shows you that sometimes it is only for an instant. This anime has 23 chapters in a single season. For those who don't mind crying a little, I invite you to watch it and fill yourselves with music and young love.

  7. Your Lie In April Review [Eng/Esp]@seki1809d

When I first took a look at the @theanimerealm's April Monthly Quest my eyes slid to the line that said

    3 School anime shows...

And immediately I regretted posting my Classroom of The Elite S3 Review a month earlier😂 Regardless, I saw this as a challenge to watch a school anime which is a genre that I don't usually check... And since it was April, there was no other show that fits the category than...

    Your Lie In April 🎻🌸

*** ### Plot > Arika Kousei, a young piano prodigy, who after the loss of his mother suffered from a psychological breakdown and gives up playing the piano comes across a girl, Kaori Miyazono, who drags him back to the spotlight and brings color to his world which was previously filled with shades of grey. *** This is one show that I've always heard of and it has always been on my watchlist, I guess I just needed a good enough reason to start it. Well so many TikTok and Instagram videos of the show coupled with the monthly quest finally gave me a reason to. Although I seriously doubted I'll be able to finish the quest this month😂. I still need to review this amazing anime! ![untitled.gif](https://media.tenor.com/vpTyM1q0OtAAAAAC/your-lie-in-april-tsubaki.gif) *** ####

    What I Liked 💯

*** ##### - The Storytelling ![untitled.gif](https://media.tenor.com/mKe29Jq1dcMAAAAC/your-lie-in-april-your-lie-in-april-op.gif) The story in itself isn't a new, strange or unique one. It's a simple love story in middle school, at least that's the main plot when one goes to the root of it. Despite this simple, well worn out plot. The way of telling the story was unique. The writer made sure to see it from everyone's point of view. Showing how the budding relationship affected all members involved, even those who weren't involved directly. This really made one feel and appreciate the fullness of the emotions, and it helped in truly comprehending the loss of it. ![untitled.gif](https://media.tenor.com/pqw4IqVgOZYAAAAC/your-lie-in-april-kosei-arima.gif) *** ##### - The Art Style ![untitled.gif](https://media.tenor.com/6VJldkd3beMAAAAC/kaori-miyazono-kousei-arima.gif) Now this is something that was truly new to me in anime. The art style was something that looked like it was rushed, drawn and colored in watercolor, giving the colors a certain magical glow, such which I haven't noticed in any show. These colors really made the animation stand out, creating beautiful visuals during the musical scenes and making ghastly tearjerking images in the traumatic ones. ![untitled.gif](https://media.tenor.com/44_7GxLJbigAAAAC/your-lie-in-april-your-lie-in-april-mother.gif) The art style really carried the animation, a truly great show of visual prowess from the animating company. ![untitled.gif](https://media.tenor.com/5WB32BYLx_EAAAAC/your-lie-in-april.gif) *** ##### - The Musical Pieces. ![untitled.gif](https://media.tenor.com/cwVpDgJTmCkAAAAC/kaori-miyazono-your-lie-in-april.gif) Now I'm not really a great fan of classical pieces... > *that's is more of my friend, @agmoore's forte*

...yet when the pieces were played, I found myself humming enjoyably to it. The soothing sound of Chopin is really something, at least from what I've heard on here. The pieces played as part of the show and the music played during different scenes were all masterfully selected as they help one truly feel all there is to feel from the scene. We feel what the character is feeling, such huge swells of emotion is so moving that one falls in love with the show numerous times. untitled.gif

    - A Lovely Ending.

untitled.gif The last three episodes of the show were truly shocking. This show can be easily described as a rollercoaster of emotions and the last three episodes are the final long climb high and then the steep descent that leaves of the rollercoaster which leaves it's riders crying in fearful delight. The show was a solid 9 for the last nineteen episodes, then episode twenty, twenty-one and twenty-two was a 12 star rating. untitled.gif

    Overall Rating

*** Now I know so many people would describe this show as one of the saddest anime's of all time, but to me it wasn't. I admit, it does have its tearful moments. Moments that'll leave your hearts in dread and some that would try their very best to break you. Yet to me the overall anime wasn't sad, I saw the anime as a journey for our young Kousei, finding love in April, a month of spring, change and new beginnings. With the love taking him on a journey he had long given up on. I'm so glad I managed to watch him take this journey, nevertheless I watched it in April. > At least that's the season - *so I've been told😂*

I give it a stunning 9.5/10 and I urge you all who haven't watched it to do so quickly!! April would soon be over!!

    ESPANOL

I have always been a big fan of romance and drama animes, these animes where despite having funny and funny moments the end always ends up leaving a feeling of melancholy or a somewhat bittersweet ending between sad and happy, being a fan of this style of anime one of the anime that I had heard the most and that is considered one of the most emblematic in this genre is Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso or simply known as Kimi No Uso and the truth ended up turning out as I expected and I ended up considering it as a very good anime and that every fan of this genre of anime should watch at least once.

    Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso 01.mp4 - Reproductor multimedia VLC 23_1_2024 8_19_22 a. m..png

    Separador Kuronokenshi.jpg

    Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso 02.mp4 - Reproductor multimedia VLC 23_1_2024 8_20_57 a. m..png

Kimi No Uso presents us with a pair of very special protagonists and that although they seem very different at first end up being very important in each other's lives and managing to impact in a very special way in each other, on the one hand we have Miyazona Kaori, the famous violinist of this anime and has a very extroverted personality, has no problem is express and say everything you feel and even ends up having really funny moments with his personality so extravagant where without any problem ends up chasing and annoying his fellow musician.

    Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso 02.mp4 - Reproductor multimedia VLC 23_1_2024 8_22_41 a. m..png

On the other hand we have Kaori's contrast with Arima Kousei, a piano prodigy but with a rather introverted personality, someone who prefers to always keep his thoughts to himself, avoid conflicts or uncomfortable situations and who prefers to isolate himself from others, At the same time he has a strong trauma with his past that has a direct impact on his music and prevents him from playing the piano with the great talent he had as a child, much of these traumas will be due to his mother and this will be a key piece in the development of the story and will lead to some of the strongest scenes in terms of background.

    Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso 02.mp4 - Reproductor multimedia VLC 23_1_2024 8_23_25 a. m..png

Something that I didn't expect and that I hadn't really looked into so as not to ruin the experience of watching this anime was the background and problems of the main characters, in my opinion this anime ends up being so emotional because it chooses backgrounds that by themselves become quite intense and it knows how to develop them in a great way, although it could be considered as a spoiler but it is very important to clarify to understand my opinion of this anime, is Arima's past, from the first chapter we are introduced how he lives alone and how he seems to have a problem when it comes to playing the piano and all this is due to his late mother who forced him to practice until exhaustion and at the time of death her relationship with Arima was far from being the healthiest so it caused him this trauma when trying to play the piano.

    Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso 04.mp4 - Reproductor multimedia VLC 23_1_2024 8_27_55 a. m..png

    Separador Kuronokenshi.jpg

    Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso 04.mp4 - Reproductor multimedia VLC 23_1_2024 8_32_38 a. m..png

In each chapter we see how the reason for Arima's trauma is explained more and more and how, despite being on the verge of collapse, thanks to Kaori's constant reproaches he manages to focus on overcoming his trauma and return to doing what he is most passionate about, being a pianist and in this case accompanied by Kaori, Another aspect that Kimi no uso develops very well is the use of the other characters, we are shown how each one has their own problems and although they could not be considered at the same level as those of Arima and Kaori, they still serve to complement the story very well, generating empathy with them and supporting the protagonists in a great way.

    Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso 05.mp4 - Reproductor multimedia VLC 23_1_2024 8_35_10 a. m..png

Despite having several funny moments and with an animation style in these moments much more simple and exaggerated to emphasize the comedy, in the end each chapter manages to be more dramatic and sentimental than the previous one, little by little it is shown how Kaori also has great difficulties in her life and how she manages to generate a mutual support with Arima to be the support that the other needed, although the ending will not be the happy ending that we expect.

Despite having a rather sad and melancholic approach, something very interesting about Kimi No Uso is how it manages to mix in a great way the difficulties and problems of its protagonists with their personal growth, how they manage to achieve a sense of satisfaction and relief when they manage to overcome problems or achieve goals and more importantly how it manages to give that message that the most important thing in your life will always be to give the best of yourself, overcome difficulties no matter if you can win or not, and make a mark in the lives of others with your way of being and with what you are most passionate about in life, no matter the dramatic ending that awaits you, if you manage to achieve what you are passionate about everything will end up being worth the effort.

I really didn't expect Kimi No Uso to have such an emotional story and to combine so many elements and feelings in its development, this anime is relatively long since it has 22 chapters plus an OVA chapter but despite this it doesn't end up having chapters that can feel like filler and the feeling after watching each chapter is very special, now I understand why whenever we talk about dramatic or sad anime this anime is usually mentioned and although its ending leaves you that feeling between sadness and happiness, it is an anime that is definitely worth watching at least once, now that I finally finish this anime so iconic, I will continue with some movies also very popular in this genre of anime such as Silent Voice and Your Name.

    Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso 02.mp4 - Reproductor multimedia VLC 23_1_2024 8_22_41 a. m..png

    Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso 02.mp4 - Reproductor multimedia VLC 23_1_2024 8_23_25 a. m..png

    Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso 04.mp4 - Reproductor multimedia VLC 23_1_2024 8_32_38 a. m..png

    Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso 05.mp4 - Reproductor multimedia VLC 23_1_2024 8_35_10 a. m..png

    Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso 05.mp4 - Reproductor multimedia VLC 23_1_2024 8_34_17 a. m..png

    Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso 09.mp4 - Reproductor multimedia VLC 23_1_2024 8_37_48 a. m..png

  9. Your lie in April / suggestion@pompoko1455d

    (SPOILER FREE!!)

I am a very sensitive type of person! When you see the tears of others, why do you start shedding tears even with your own eyes, why is it like this ! I don't even know that! My friendship with the anime is so old, I know it well . I would get lost in the grip of a severe depression when I see Slice of Life type anime, which is why I always try to ignore this type of anime. This is because most of their endings are very shaded.

After watching this anime, I noticed that while crying, I soaked half of the pillow, it was just a slice of life anime, on the other hand, you hear a lot of anime, in this case, no less! For example, I think Naruto's example is the most logical, (I mentioned the name here because I dared to complete it in the Long Shonen anime). It has power, and it has something (OST) that, once heard, will melt your heart like a stone. After watching Naruto, I couldn't get up while watching such a big type of listening anime, which is why I started to complete it after watching some of the comparative short episodes. when I heard that its ending is very sad, I immediately canceled my desire to watch it, because there is no shortage of suffering in our human life. I say there is no need to increase it a little ..

A few days later, I heard a lot of praise from my friend , but I still struggled to stop myself from seeing it, and there was only one reason! And that is its sad ending !! I didn't want to ruin my pillowcases by soaking them again !! A few days later, a YouTuber gave a very nice review of this anime. Since everyone is saying it is so good, I should also look at it for the reason that there is something in this anime? Which is why everyone is saying it is so good ?

Finally overcoming many ups and downs! Even after realizing that it has a sad ending, I started watching this anime with my own heart. Honestly, I didn't decide at the beginning of watching this anime that, anyway! I will not cry after seeing this !!!! But when I finish watching this anime, I notice that tears are still rolling down my cheeks. I realize that,

I didn't think the ending was as tragic as I thought it would be, but the only thing that came to my mind after watching it was that there could be no better ending than this in this anime, (but the director could not have killed the girl at last).

The biggest lesson of this anime was that just having a good reason to succeed in human life is enough! If you can find that reason once! Then no one can stand in the way of your success.

If I was asked how I like the opening and ending song of this anime! I would say, to be honest, I haven't heard of its opening and ending song, so I can't say anything about it, but its (OST) is awesome. The main attraction of this anime was its amazing visual graphics and impeccably beautiful storytelling, which further enhanced the look of this anime.

In the end I will say - If anyone wants to spend their time seeing something good, I recommend it to them.

And if anyone has a good comedy anime name, I suggest you to suggest it to me.

The story revolves around Kousei Arima, a young pianist who is considered a prodigy, who loses his passion after losing his mother, this after having a collapse in a recital because for some reason he could not hear the piano even though he had good hearing. After a few years he makes friends who are Tsubaki and Watari, and although his life is gray (so he sees it, literally), he arrives at a park and meets a girl named Kaori Miyazono, who is an incredible violinist with an extroverted personality that shows every time she plays her instrument. This girl teaches Kousei how to be more free since he was used to a strictly academic musical life and Kaori gave him back the passion to play.

    6.gif

Since that moment Kousei is self-discovering along with Kaori, developing a beautiful story of love and heartbreak where we know the insecurities not only of the protagonists, but of the other characters around them, along with good music and the power of love (sounds cliché, but it is so). Here we are shown how love doesn't only have to be romantic, but also that the friendship of those who love you is a great impulse to move forward. It also contains drama and comedy that will cushion certain moments.

    Animación | Animation

    7.gif

    8.gif

The animation was commissioned by A-1 Pictures, a production company that makes tremendous animations since they were the ones who made extremely successful anime in Japan as Nanatsu no Taizai, Sword Art Online and Fairy Tail, and as a fact that nobody asked me, many of the anime animated by this production house I don't like hahaha, but I must admit that they have good animation. In the case of the anime we are talking about today they did an exceptional job in my opinion, since it is clear that they were inspired by real musicians to make the movements of the characters, since seeing the hands playing the keys and the violinists with a good posture of the bow and violin is something really sublime to see for those who are musicians. The color palette is very important here, as it is very warm in happy moments and very cold in sad moments, we see how there is a lot of light among Kousei Kaori, but at the same time some gray colors when everything turns bad. The movements are very fluid and the truth is that they did an excellent visual work.

    Opening & Ending

This anime consists of 2 openings, the first one is the most characteristic of this series and the best known, it is called "Hikaru nara" performed by Goose House, with a cheerful harmony and a very beautiful lyric where it narrates that there will always be a star that will illuminate us, that there is always color after a gray day and a series of things that if I keep saying them I will cry hahaha. The second opening is called "Nanairo Symphony" by Coalamode, just as beautiful as the first song, the melody is extremely beautiful and the lyrics are about how it is difficult to heal the wounds of the past and that two people can make a beautiful symphony of colors. The truth is that the songs of this anime are beautiful and always makes me cry.

This anime also has 2 endings, the first one is called "Kirameki" performed by Wacci, a slow and melancholic song that deals with the love of the person who performs the song towards another, being extremely precious. The second ending is called "Orange" performed by Seven Oops (or "7!!"), another love song that shows us how the company of the person we love is coloring us in our gray moments. All the songs tell us how love brightens our days and if it is the right person, it makes us see everything in a more positive way.

    Conclusion

    11.gif

    12.gif

This anime contains many important aspects for a good love story, comedy and drama, since it not only builds romantic love, but we see how it all comes from a friendship. I'm not going to lie to you, I warn you that it is a sad story that in spite of everything, teaches us how to move forward even though there are difficulties. The story that surrounds Kousei and Kaori touches our hearts, as well as the development of the friends that accompany them, everything is really nice and enjoyable to watch. The music is extremely good, as they are classics of academic music and also, they also have a very good own musical production that makes everything a more enjoyable journey. It shows us many things, like how sometimes love is not always reciprocated even though it is very real and deep, how to move on after the loss of a loved one, how there will still be people with us even if a person we love leaves our side, everything touches the heart as it is something that could happen to all of us and it is really beautiful. I recommend it 100%, although if you are sensitive, I am extremely sure that you will cry a lot.

  11. Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso (Tu mentira en abril) | Review Otaku@laloretoyya2630d

¡Saludos Otakus!
