   Lately, I've been hearing and reading a lot of destructive reviews and disparaging comments about this movie. I decided to see for myself if it was as bad as they said and they were right. Megamind 2 is a bad sequel and I consider it to be disrespectful to the first movie.

   

   
   

   Últimamente, estuve escuchando y leyendo muchas críticas destructivas y comentarios despectivos hacia esta película. Decidí comprobar por mi propia cuenta si era tan mala como decían y tenían razón. Megamente 2 es una secuela mala y considero que es una falta de respeto a la primera película.

   We are set a few days after the events of the first movie. The mayor decides to award Megamind with the key to the city, for defeating Titan and saving Metro City.

   In parallel we are introduced to "The Doom Syndicate". An ancient group formed and led by Megamind in his past as a villain. Formed by Lady Doppler, a girl who has the power to control the weather. Pierre Pressure, a mime with hypnotic powers. Behemoth, a giant of rock and lava with superhuman strength. And Lord Nighty-Knigth, a being capable of controlling shadows at will.

   En paralelo se nos presenta “el sindicato de la perdición”. Un antiguo grupo formado y liderado por Megamente en su pasado de villano. Conformado por Dama Climática, una chica que tiene el poder de controlar el clima. Pierre Presión, un mimo con poderes hipnóticos. Mastodonte, un gigante de roca y lava con fuerza sobrehumana. Y Caballero Nocturno, un ser capaz de controlar las sombras a voluntad.

   The syndicate, seeing their former leader on TV, believe he is pretending to be a hero to take over the city. So they decide to visit him to execute "phase 2". A plan made and organized by Megamind in his time as a villain and which is revealed to us in the future. Basically, our protagonist has to pretend and prove that he is still a villain to buy time and so that the syndicate does not turn against him.

   El sindicato, al ver a su antiguo líder por televisión, creen que está fingiendo ser un héroe para apoderarse de la ciudad. A lo que deciden visitarlo para ejecutar la “fase 2”. Un plan hecho y organizado por Megamente en su época de villano y que se nos revela en el futuro. Básicamente, nuestro protagonista tiene que fingir y demostrar que sigue siendo un villano para ganar tiempo y para que el sindicato no se ponga en su contra.

   • I find the animation to be straight up disrespectful. I find it hard to believe that the sequel to a movie as beloved and successful as Megamind, has such a pitiful animation. Honestly, I know of several play station 3 games that look better, no exaggeration at all.

   • La animación me parece una falta de respeto directamente. Me cuesta creer que la secuela de una película tan querida y exitosa como Megamente, tenga una animación tan lamentable. Honestamente, conozco varios juegos de play station 3 que se ven mejor, sin exagerar para nada.

   • They don't respect the original work. This bothered me a lot because it seems that the writers at times forgot about the first movie. For example, we already had a conflict between Megamind and Minion, why repeat it? In the first movie we are shown regret from Megamente for treating him badly. And literally 2 days later he makes the same mistake again. Really, it's just stupid. There are more contradictions, but I don't want to make an endless blog.

   • No respetan la obra original. Esto me molestó bastante porque parece que los escritores por momentos se olvidaban de la primera película. Por ejemplo, ya habíamos tenido un conflicto entre Megamente y Servil ¿por qué repetirlo? En la primera película se nos muestra arrepentimiento de Megamente por haberlo tratado mal. Y literalmente, 2 días después vuelve a cometer el mismo error. Realmente, es una estupidez. Hay más contradicciones, pero no quiero hacer un blog infinito.

   • The soundtrack is practically non-existent. In the first film, this was a remarkable aspect. In this one it goes largely unnoticed. I don't remember a standout song or music. The soundtrack went by without a hint of glory.

   • La banda sonora es, prácticamente, inexistente. En la primera película, esto era un aspecto destacable. En esta pasa muy desapercibido. No recuerdo una canción o una música llamativa. La banda sonora pasó sin pena ni gloria.

   This movie should never have seen the light of day. It sucks and it's disgusting to see what they did with this title. Personally, I think there is a gulf in quality between the first and second movie. It's true that second parts are usually worse, but I've never seen a difference this big.

   Esta película nunca debió ver la luz. Es un asco y es repugnante ver lo que hicieron con este título. En lo personal, creo que hay un abismo de calidad entre la primera y segunda película. Es verdad que las segundas partes suelen ser peores, pero nunca vi una diferencia así de grande.

   They made a movie with as little effort and budget as possible to make as much money as possible. They made a movie with the bare minimum in everything believing that because it had the name "Megamind" it was going to do well. Honestly, I recommend you not to see this movie. And if you did see it, it's best to pretend it never existed.

   Hicieron una película con el menor esfuerzo y presupuesto posible para ganar el mayor dinero posible. Hicieron una película con lo mínimo en todo creyendo que por tener el nombre “Megamente” les iba a salir bien. Honestamente, les recomiendo no ver esta película. Y si la vieron, lo mejor es fingir que nunca existió.

   Animated movies for me will always be the best and watching each one of them is a moment of joy, happiness and I am sure that they will make us laugh, either by any occurrence, gesture that happens, plus each of the effects, animations, everything is a great job, in order to draw our attention and convey a great story. When they cover the subject of superheroes, villains, immediately in my head go through thousands of things for the fact that perhaps a bad action or a plan that is not effective can affect other people, as they can occur a lot of conflicts, wars, fights to see who will be the best and who will get the victory.

   The movie I am talking about is Megamente, released a couple of years ago, even so I had not had the opportunity to see it, so this week I downloaded it and I could enjoy this great movie and see a lot of actors together that give life to this movie, it is something incredible, where I was surprised. I could realize many things that I did not expect, see them from another perspective, because when you want something or seek revenge for anything that has happened always brings consequences and yet people do not stop until they accomplish what they propose and feel proud to achieve something because if not there will always be that grudge. In addition, it shows us that nothing in life is perfect, that sometimes we have to sacrifice things to get something, that we can all go through a failure, but the only thing left is to continue.

   Las películas animadas para mí siempre serán lo máximo y ver cada una de ella es un momento de alegría, felicidad y estoy seguro de que una risa nos van a sacar, ya sea por cualquier ocurrencia, gesto que suceda, además cada uno de los efectos, animaciones, todo es un gran trabajo, para así poder llamar nuestra atención y transmitir una gran historia. Cuando abarcan el tema de superhéroes, villanos, de inmediato por mi cabeza pasan miles de cosas por el hecho de quizás una mala acción o un plan que no resulte eficaz puede afectar a las demás personas, ya que pueden ocurrir una gran cantidad de conflictos, guerras, peleas para así ver quien será el mejor y quien obtendrá la victoria.

   La película de cuál les hablo es Megamente, estrenada ya hace un par de años, aun así yo no había tenido la oportunidad verla, así que esta semana la descargue y pude disfrutar de esta gran película y ver un gran cantidad de actores juntos que le dan vida a esta película, es algo increíble, donde quede sorprendido. Puede darme cuenta de muchas cosas que no me las esperabas, verlas desde otra perspectiva, ya que cuando uno quiere algo o busca una venganza por cualquier cosa que haya sucedido siempre trae consecuencias y aun así las personas no se detienen hasta cumplir lo que se proponen y sentirse orgullosos de lograr algo porque si no siempre va a quedar ese rencor. Además, nos presenta que en la vida nada es perfecto, que a veces tenemos que sacrificar cosas para obtener algo, que todos podemos pasar por un fracaso, pero lo único que queda es continuar.

   A film that from the beginning to the end keeps us attentive to any situation that may occur, and other things that I liked is how they cover the theme of superheroes, villains, because for some this is something that makes no sense, it is unreal, but for others they are passionate and believe that without them life and security of the cities would not be quiet, knowing that they have someone who can defend them. That is why the message of this film is excellent, I did a good job in that aspect, because perhaps many may find this boring, however, a film that will give you a lot of laughter.

   Una película que desde un principio hasta el final nos mantiene atento ante cualquier situación que pueda ocurrir, además otras de las cosas que me gusto es como abarcan el tema de superhéroes, villanos, ya que para algunos esto es algo que no tiene sentido, es irreal, pero para otros les apasiona y creen que sin ellos la vida y la seguridad de las ciudades no estarían tranquilas, saber que cuentan con alguien que los puede defender. Por eso el mensaje de esta película es excelente, realizo un buen trabajo en ese aspecto, ya que quizás a muchos les parezca aburrido esto, sin embargo, una película que les dará mucha risa.

   When I saw this movie and each of the themes it presents, I was surprised because sometimes it doesn't matter how many times we stop to do something to achieve it, because sooner or later you can get it, as long as you keep the constancy, the dedication. Besides, who would not always like to be the best and be the most recognized by everyone, despite each of the things that have to be done and even more so when a lot of people support you and trust you. It is worth noting that as the movie develops there will be many more questions and questions about these superheroes and villains.

   Another thing that I liked and I was really impressed for being the first time I saw this animated film, is each of the effects that they put to it, they have a lot of realism, colorful scenes and above all a language that was very easy to understand, knowing what they wanted to say and do these characters, it is adapted for all ages. It was something that I liked, since in most animated films they leave us a message of reflection or some words that are of great help, so we have a great advantage, as well as this villain and superhero, his life is full of moments of laughter and sadness, they are human beings like us.

   Al ver esta película y cada uno de los temas que nos presenta, quede sorprendido porque a veces no importa todas las veces que nos detengamos en hacer algo para lograrlo, puesto que tarde o temprano se puede conseguir, siempre y cuando se mantenga la constancia, la dedicación. Además, a quien no le gustaría siempre ser el mejor y ser el más reconocido por todos, a pesar de cada una de las cosas que se tengan que hacer y más aún cuando una gran cantidad de personas te apoyan y confían en ti. Cabe de destacar que a medida que se va desarrollando la película parecerán muchas más interrogantes y preguntas sobre estos superhéroes y villanos.

   Otra de las cosas que me gusto y de verdad quede impresionado para ser la primera vez que veía esta película animada, es cada una de los efectos que le ponen a la misma, tienen mucho realismo, escenas de mucho color y sobre todo un lenguaje que se me hizo muy fácil entender, saber lo que querían decir y hacer estos personajes, es adaptado para todas las edades. Fue algo que me gusto, ya que en la mayoría de las películas animadas nos dejan un mensaje de reflexión o unas palabras que son de gran ayuda, por eso tenemos una gran ventaja, como también este villano y superhéroe, su vida está llena de momentos de mucha risa y tristeza, son seres humanos como nosotros.

   Seeing so many actors in a single movie where each one plays an important role, many of them influenced the lives of our main characters, plus they are always there, each of their motivational words add up to do an incredible job in this Megamente movie, and it is great.

   Where we have our supervillain megamind known as Will Ferrell, he really is one of my favorites, as he had to go through a lot during the movie, he never gave up, as well as each of his witticisms and his jokes he makes in the movie are amazing. Excellent acting and he earned my respect for his performance, each of his inventions and machines he makes are great, even though sometimes they didn't work as he expected them to.

   On the other hand, we have the presence of Brad Pitt, being the favorite and the most appreciated by all, for being the superhero of our movie, and best of all, the relationship between superhero and villain, was one of the things that I liked and something that I did not expect, that's why this movie is unique and has something different from the others. This character knew how to handle things.

   Ver tantos actores en una sola película donde cada uno realiza un papel importante, muchos de ellos influyeron en la vida de nuestros personajes principales, además siempre están ahí presente, cada una de sus palabras de motivación van sumando para hacer un trabajo increíble en esta película de Megamente, y sea estupenda.

   Donde tenemos a nuestro supervillano megamind conocido como Will Ferrell, de verdad que es uno de mis preferidos, ya que tuvo que pasar por muchas cosas durante la película, nunca se dio por vencido, como también cada una de sus ocurrencias y sus chistes que hace en la película son increíbles. Excelente actuación y se ganó mi respeto por su actuación, cada uno de sus inventos y máquinas que hace son geniales, a pesar de que a veces no funcionaban como él se los esperaba.

   Por otro lado, contamos con la presencia de Brad Pitt, siendo el favorito y el más apreciado por todos, por ser el superhéroe de nuestra película, y lo mejor de todo, la relación entre superhéroe y villano, fue una de las cosas que me agrado y algo que no me lo esperaba, por eso esta película es única y tiene algo distinto a las demás. Este personaje supo cómo llevar las cosas.

   Una película muy bonita, graciosa, te aseguro que te vas a reír y sobre todo un mensaje reflexivo y de gran aprendizaje, ya que cuando uno termina cualquiera tarea, objetivo, siempre vamos a tener una alegría y una satisfacción por haberlo hecho, sin embargo, si lo vemos desde otra perspectiva, al terminar algo siempre queremos empezar otra cosa, bueno eso me pasa mucho, pero no sabemos qué hacer y quedamos un poco corto. Además, en esta película, un villano siempre estará feliz y contento cuando tenga que destruir, ya que si no, no fuera un villano, así es como yo lo veo, ¿Qué pasaría si no tiene más rival?. No existirían entonces los superhéroes.

   Hola hive, muchas veces solemos menospreciar algunas películas por el simple hecho de ser animadas, y aunque es cierto que existe un gran porcentaje de películas animadas que son bastante vacías, también hay un gran porcentaje que utiliza este estilo como herramienta para así contar una gran historia, por eso hoy les quiero hablar de Megamind

   Megamind es una película animada lanzada en el 2010, producida por Dreamworks Animation, dirigida por Tom McGrath y cuenta con la voces de grandes actores como Will Ferrell, Jonah hill, Ben Stiller, Tina Fey y Brad Pitt. Ahora si después de dar un poco de contexto comencemos.

   Cabe destacar que me gusta ver películas animadas que tengan propuestas diferentes y que realmente nos transmitan algo más que un conjunto de contenido audiovisual carente de contenido, ya que el mundo del cine Animado suele tener el prejuicio de carecer de calidad (en cuanto a historias, premisas, guion…) sin embargo con películas como Spiderman Into The spider verse vemos como si se pueden hacer cosas distintivas, con películas como Ratatouille nos muestran que si se puede desarrollar una gran historia en este formato y es más en Mitchell vs the machines nos dejan claro que se puede ser una comedia de cierto punto infantil pero manteniendo una calidad bastante elevada.

   A veces me sucede que revisito películas animadas y me doy cuenta que son películas vacías, pero otras veces me encuentro con auténticas joyitas y obviamente este es el caso. Megamind fue lanzada en un momento donde aún el mundo de los superhéroes no había sido tan explotado y aún así está películas sigue siendo mucho más arriesgada que cualquier película de superhéroes actual y claramente esto tiene que reconocerse.

   Comúnmente cuando hablo de estas películas suele hacer mucho énfasis en la animación porque lo más normal es que estos grandes estudios tengan películas hermosas visualmente, y obviamente megamind es una de ellas, pero hay un factor que hace que esta película sea genial y por supuesto que es su historia. Megamind tiene una trama increíble y un arco de personajes bastante completo, toda acción de los personajes está sustentada en alguna situación que explica el porqué actúan así y esto hace que no solo logremos empatizar con los personajes sino que ademas hace que la trama de la película tenga un ritmo bastante orgánico.

   Como ya dije anteriormente la animación de este película es bastante atractiva visualmente además de que la palate de colores es muy llamativa haciendo que sea súper enganchante y aunque no parezca este tipo de cosas son importante porque hacen que la experiencia total de la película sea agradable, por lo que ya por este lado tiene un gran punto positivo.

   Aunque pocas veces he visto esta película en su audio original (porque el doblaje latino es bastante bueno) hay que admitir que el cast es increíble, es difícil de creer que hayan tantos grandes actores en una sola película y el trabajo que hace cada uno de ellos es increíble, esas pequeñas cosas son las que se van sumando y hacen que Megamind sea una gran película.

   En cuanto a la banda sonora no tengo ninguna queja, tiene momentos increíbles acompañados por clásicos musicales que genuinamente le suman mucho a cada escena, o como olvidar cuando megamind va destruyendo la ciudad en un robot gigante sondando de fondo Back In Black De ACDC, un gran momento!

   Pero si todos los puntos anteriores no te han sido suficientes para considerar que Megamind es una gran película, entonces tenemos que detenernos a hablar sobre su mensaje, y es que a todos nos ha pasado que tenemos un objetivo y al cumplirlo sentimos una alegría inmensa, pero automáticamente nos cuestionamos ¿…y que continúa?, en esta caso podemos ver como nuestro personaje principal entra en una crisis de identidad al ver que al no tener quien lo detenga ya no tiene sentido seguir siendo un villano, la película intenta tocar cada tema de forma meticulosa, pero la evolución y desarrollo de nuestro personaje principal es simplemente excelente.

   En conclusión considero que Megamind es una muy buena película, tiene muchos aspectos buenos y el ritmo de la película es increíble, realmente me cuesta encontrarle un punto malo a esta película, Tal vez en su momento cuando era más pequeño sentí que esta película era bastante nula, pero actualmente al verla de una forma objetiva, me di cuenta que en realidad es una joyita.

   Commonly when I talk about these movies I usually put a lot of emphasis on the animation because the most normal thing is that these big studios have visually beautiful movies, and obviously megamind is one of them, but there is one factor that makes this movie great and of course that is its story. Megamind has an incredible plot and a very complete character arc, every action of the characters is supported by a situation that explains why they act that way and this makes us not only empathize with the characters but also makes the plot of the film has a very organic rhythm.

   As I said before the animation of this movie is quite visually appealing and the color palate is very striking making it super engaging and although it may not seem this kind of things are important because they make the overall experience of the film is enjoyable, so already on this side it has a big plus point.

   Although I have rarely seen this movie in its original audio (because the Latin dubbing is pretty good) you have to admit that the cast is incredible, it is hard to believe that there are so many great actors in one movie and the work that each one of them does is incredible, those little things are the ones that add up and make Megamind a great movie.

   As for the soundtrack I have no complaints, it has incredible moments accompanied by musical classics that genuinely add a lot to each scene, or how to forget when Megamind is destroying the city in a giant robot playing ACDC's Back In Black in the background, a great moment!

   But if all the previous points have not been enough for you to consider that Megamind is a great movie, then we have to stop and talk about its message, and it has happened to all of us that we have a goal and when we accomplish it we feel a great joy, but automatically we question ourselves ... and what continues, in this case we can see how our main character enters an identity crisis to see that having no one to stop him no longer makes sense to remain a villain, the film tries to touch each topic meticulously, but the evolution and development of our main character is simply excellent.

   In conclusion I consider that Megamind is a very good movie, it has many good aspects and the rhythm of the movie is incredible, it is really hard for me to find a bad point to this movie, maybe at the time when I was younger I felt that this movie was quite null, but now when I see it in an objective way, I realized that it is really a jewel.

   This film begins with Megamind falling, telling his own story of how he got to that situation, it begins by telling that eight days after his birth his planet was going to be destroyed by a black hole, his parents to save him they sent him in a ship to planet earth , but at the same time another baby was also sending to earth this belonged from the quadrant planet Glaupom, both children saw each other, but one had a large equipped ship, Megamind no, from there their rivalry was born.    This is a film that did not have much fame, but it is entertaining, it was released in 2010, produced by DreamWorks Animation, and distributed by Paramount Pictures, 20th Century Fox and Universal Pictures. Children and adults can see it in an understandable language, apart from leaving good teaching for children.

   Its plot focuses on a character who for life reasons becomes evil, does not have super powers, but his great intelligence, the determination to do things, uses it to defeat his arch enemy, for only being jealous from the day he met, see the better things. While he had the rejection, despite having a noble heart.

   The protagonists who were in this film by voice are Tina Fey, Jonah Hill, David Cross and Brad Pitt.

   This is one that has as its plot the fight between the supervillain and the hero, as this supervillain tells his story as it took everything to make a supervillain and change.

Love transforms everything: This part of the film is detailed, in how Megamente after meeting Roxanne Ritchi, starts a relationship, feels the acceptance of a person, but pretending to be a common human just to be with her, hiding his true identity that of the villain, but the love towards this woman made Megamind no longer bad, but changed.
   2. Evil always loses: It is detailed in which the hero defeats the bad guy and sent him to jail, when Megamind decides to be good and defeat the new villain in the city. You should not cling to the bad: Not because life hits you, things do not turn out the way they are, you must cling to them, you must get ahead, always look for the good things in things, analyze. In the film we saw how a child for not being accepted among his peers, feeling jealous preferred to be a villain. But despite the fact that once you are bad you can choose to change, each one of us has the power to choose.

   "Megamind" is one of those movies that should fight negativity months before you watch them. The reason for this was the similarity with Pixar's "The Incredibles" and "Despicable Me)", for which "DreamWorks" made a lot of criticism that they almost steal ideas. Of course, the similarities are present, but for the most part the film is based on Superman - from where he develops the story in the familiar manner, "each hero needs a villain", but turned to "every villain needs a hero "- than the two titles mentioned.

   

   Megamind and Metro Men arrive at Earth at the same time sent by their parents moments before a black hole to destroy their native worlds. But while Metro Men falls into a wealthy family where he immediately becomes a hero to everyone, Megamind is raised by criminals in a local prison. Megamind initially tries to be good, but he quickly discovers that he does not like it. So he becomes a real villain, vowing to destroy Metro Men and conquer Metro City. And one day he succeeds. The problem is that this is no purpose in life. The only way to find yourself again is by creating a new opponent - Titan superhero, bigger and stronger than Metro Men. Titan, however, decides that it is much more fun than a hero to be a villain who not only wants to rule the world but destroy it. What I can say is that Megamind did not quite prove the tragedy that everyone was predicting. It certainly will not go after my favorite animations, not as the Americans say "not by a long shot," but it will not be among my unpleasant experiences. The sad thing is that almost every element of the film can be placed in this middle territory, which can sometimes be so disappointing.

   The story and the messages are mostly child-centered, although children will hardly notice part of the superhero references and for this reason it feels like not very inspirational. Another very important element, the animation was decent, but unfortunately I can only distinguish one or two moments that stand out, and in general DreamWorks animations always have stunning moments. The same applies to the 3D effect. Finally, because of the child's direction, most of the jokes in the movie are too obvious and elementary, and for that reason I personally did not have fun. And on the basis that I did not hear anyone in the hall entertaining sincerely, I can assume I'm not alone in that opinion.
