What's the plot about?...

The story follows Jack Frost, a rebellious and invisible winter spirit whom no child has ever believed in. When they speak of him, it's more like a myth than a fervent belief. Personal opinion

Personally, as I said, this movie is one of my favorites. I love the story it presents, offering different perspectives on characters from various holidays that we had previously imagined differently. In this case, we have a very burly Santa Claus who, in addition to wielding swords, also has tattoos, or a rather tough Easter Bunny, and things like that. The whole story is beautifully constructed, although it's not a perfect adaptation of the book, or rather, it was adapted differently. I know from a girl on Facebook who shared some details that the myths surrounding children's icons are explored in greater depth. However, I think Dreamworks did a very good job, especially for the target audience. It was dynamic, visually appealing, and had beautiful messages that, of course, not only children learn from, but also adults, who are responsible for, or should be responsible for, showing children good things, letting them experience them, and demonstrating how others can help them. In short, just like guardians, adults can be a source of hope, values, fun, and wonder for those who do not yet know the world.

Overall, the animation is spectacular, appealing in many ways, with a beautiful and distinctive visual design. The characters' shapes are original and unique; I could recognize each one's silhouette from a distance, which speaks to their excellent construction. Jack Frost's story feels quite relatable; you empathize with the character because the scenes and his reactions evoke significant emotions in the audience—at least, that's how I felt, like when he's overjoyed when a child finally sees him—definitely a touching scene.

Why did I choose this film this month? As I said, it's not entirely a Christmas movie. Since it focuses on belief and hope, themes that resonate deeply during this time of year, it seemed like a good opportunity to talk about it. ¿De qué va la trama?…

Opinión personal

En lo personal, esta película como dije, es una de mis favoritas, amo la historia que se nos presenta con otros puntos de vista de aquellos personajes de distintas celebraciones que, teníamos visualizados de otra manera, en este caso tenemos a un Santa Claus todo corpulento que, además de manejar espadas, también lleva tatuajes, o un conejo de Pascua bastante rudo y cosas así. Toda la historia se construye hermosamente, aunque no está bien adaptada al libro en su totalidad, o más bien, fue adaptada de otra manera, porque sé por una chica de Facebook que conto un poco de los mismos, donde se exploran los mitos de los íconos infantiles a más profundidad, sin embargo, creo que Dreamworks hizo un muy buen trabajo, sobre todo para el publico que fue dirigida, fue dinámica, atractiva visualmente y con mensajes hermosos, que por su puesto, no solo aprende los niños, también los adultos, quienes nos encargamos o deberíamos ser los encargados de mostrar a los niños cosas buenas, que lo experimenten, demostrándole que le puede ayudar los demás; en pocas palabras, así como los guardianes, los adultos pueden ser la fuente de esperanza, de valores, de diversión, de asombro en los que aun no conocen el mundo.

¿Por qué esta película la elegí este mes? Como dije, no es navideña completamente, al centrarse en la creencia y la esperanza, algo que se toca con mucha profundidad en estas fechas, se me hizo oportuna hablar de ella. Hola mis queridos lectores de Hive y amantes del mundo cinematográfico ❤️ está vez dejando a un lado las clásicas navideñas les quiero compartir una película animada que creo viene muy bien en estás fechas, aportando ese aire de historia nueva, diferente y emocionante que a los niños seguramente les encantará. Está recomendación es muy curiosa porque viene precisamente de parte de un niño a quien le encantan este tipo de historias de fantasía, en dónde involucra sobre todo a santa Claus, y a todos esos personajes o en este caso, guardianes que en la mayoría de veces incentivamos a los niños a creer en algo que hace de sus tareas un logro muy bonito y especial.

Curiosamente esta película aunque no la ví en sus primeros años de estreno, aproximadamente en el año 2012 donde se predijo que se acabaría el mundo 😅, fue de mucha sorpresa años después al verla acompañada de mi prima con una historia bastante interesante y por su puesto muy atractiva a para los niños quienes siempre tienen su mente abierta a la imaginación.

La historia nos cuenta, al principio una parte muy interesante y el origen de cierto guardián quien resaltará más que los demás (y no precisamente por buenas razones), ya que al ser nuevo en este mundo de guardianes, le cuesta mucho adaptarse y cumplir con las obligaciones, entre ellas la más importante, no dejarse ver por los niños y que estos no conozcan su identidad, sin embargo, aún así ellos deben mantener viva la ilusión. Este personaje que le hablo se llama Jack Frost, un chico que maneja el hielo, algo extraño para ser un guardián?, sin embargo él tendrá un gran poder más fuerte que todos en el consejo y será la clave para derrotar al villano....por qué en toda historia debe haber uno 😄. El culpable de causar las pesadillas en los niños y no dejar que estos crean en la existencia de los guardianes entre ellos conformados por Santa Claus, el conejo de pascua, el ada de los dientes y el hombre arena (del tiempo), todos ellos se unirán para derrotarlo mientras que Jack luchará a su vez con sus demonios internos al descubrir su verdadera fortaleza y el origen por el cual se convirtió en guardián.

Esta película, aunque es animada y ya ya varios años, la disfruté mucho junto con mi pequeña prima, me pareció muy interesante sobre todo como manejaron la historia dejando una gran sorpresa reveladora al final con respecto al personaje principal. Mi puntuación para esta película sería un 7 de 10 porque me hubiera gustado ver a los icónicos guardianes como el conejo de pascua y el ada de los dientes con una apariencia más atractiva por así decirlo 😅 pero entiendo que la animación y el diseño gráfico de los personajes que manejaron los directores lo hizo más llamativo al diferentes a lo convencional. Aquí les comparto el tráiler para que la disfruten y se animen a verla si es que aún no lo han hecho.. y ya luego me cuentan que tal les pareció 😸.

To be honest this is one of the ever first DreamWorks film I watched, (around 2013) and since then it's been animations first for me. To be honest, I don't think you can see a film better than this😭😭. Watching it again after so many years really moved me. The film has so many good aspects for real, from the animation that I think was sway ahead of it's time. To the depth of the story, character developments, comedy and action and that all around winter feel good vibes.

The film goes around the guardians of children. You know all the good things that children love, Santa, Easter, the tooth fairy, good dreams. So there's the antagonist, Pitch. A being of fear and darkness. He is back and now the guardians have to fight him. Although he's stronger and they need help... So get help from the most mischievous spirit around 😂😂✨❄️.

That's all I'm going to say for now. This is a film that I think is good enough to uproot that Frozen cage y'all are in😂. I recommend this film to everyone who has a sense of wonder, hope, dream and fun. This is a new year so start on a new note. One of the movies that although it does not represent exclusively at Christmas, but without doubt it is one of the best animated movies I have seen. Starring 4 of the figures of the most popular legends: Santa Claus, Easter Rabbit, Teeth Fairy and Sandman (creator of dreams), each of them has the mission to take care of children and do their work every night Like the fairy of the teeth and sandman or once a year like Santa Claus and the Easter Rabbit. However, a villain appears, this is Pitch in charge of bringing nightmares to children.

The moon recruits Jack Frost (Winter Spirit) an entity that nobody believes to join the team. The team at the beginning does not like the idea that Jack is one to his team, but they must necessarily work together so as not to allow children to stop believing in them and help Jack Frost to be recognized and clear, save everyone from Pitch .

The story in general deals with a group of powerful entities that must protect children from the fearsome villain and in turn explain Jack Frost's past. Although the story is simple and quite used, the difference is the worlds of each of the characters, its history and many original details that gives them a different touch to each character, such as Sandman's powers. Also the characters are each charismatic in their style, making them different from their characters that are based.

Why I don't give it a 10/10 grade?, simply because I would have liked to know what happened to Jack Frost's family, I was left with the doubt, if they tell that the film would not only give it a 10/10, in my personal opinion it would be a 100/10.
