It’s true that there’s action; however, the real purpose of the events is to make us, the audience, understand whether we’ve truly internalized what we’re seeing. If you’ve understood it, you’ll see that the next step will be even more interesting.

Definitely; Rage of Stars is a movie whose theme goes beyond the feeling that we’re at the mercy of the end of the world; because if you get into the plot, you’ll realize that carrying such a huge trauma and being misunderstood completely changes your life. Simply put, the plot reflects a desperate search to make sense of what’s happening—to figure out whether you’re dreaming or if this is truly the harsh reality the world is about to face. Naturally, you feel frustrated because you’re surrounded by people who don’t believe you; in other words, you’re alone even though you’re right. A film that freezes the action to delve into a person’s dilemma, with the sole mission of deciphering what they’re perceiving; this makes us active participants throughout the entire plot.

At the heart of this whole dilemma is Jemma (Andrea Tivadar), a member of an international special operations unit—supposedly the best. She’s a young woman who not only faces an external force but must also battle everything she’s experiencing on a sensory level; her dreams, her premonitions—everything affects her. She has no trouble facing any enemy; the problem arises when she has to face herself.

Alongside her are Luk (Jord Knotter), Kriss (Jack McEvoy), Tom (Elijah Rowen), and La Comandante (Małgorzata Klara) as Commander. These well-crafted images depict places shaped by a future that is far from pleasant, at least according to what one can infer from Jemma’s visions. Will the future of this world be one of light and happiness, or are we simply waiting for total chaos? Because if you stop to analyze what the title says—looking up at the sky in search of a star to guide us—it could be a sign of a cosmic threat; that is fury.

I certainly love movies where you have to piece together the puzzle through in-depth analysis; however, this often isn’t necessary to prove that a plot is really good. What matters is that the story sparks a healthy discussion among viewers about the subject—and even better, that everyone has a valid point, meaning the discussion is endless. Many theories will emerge, along with plenty of reasoning and debate, making it clear that the movie was worth watching. “Rage of Stars” delivers all of this; because if you think it’s just explosions and gunfire, you’re wrong—the underlying drama is massive and worthy of discussion. En lo que respecta al tema de la ambientación, las acciones ocurren en diferentes escenarios; campos, ciudades, centros deportivos, lugares donde todo es aparentemente acogedor, funcionan perfectamente como centros de trauma y caos. Imágenes bien logradas, donde esos sitios están condicionados por un futuro que está lejos de ser placentero, eso según lo que uno analiza con las visiones de Jemma. ¿El futuro de este ambiente será de luz y felicidad, o simplemente estamos a la espera del caos total?. When I watch the thriller of the mongoose before downloading it, I thought it's going to be a very high action movie because the actor that did this mongoose happens to be someone that like to shoot action movie alot, and sometimes I don't even watch or read documentaries about movies once I know the actors and he's someone I like to see their movies.

One thing about the mongoose movie is about the car chasing for more than a day, it's all started with a flash back of what has happened to captain Flanagan, formal united states American army and his team mates. They were soldiers and they carry out operations which they are so good at. One particular day, they were on operation in Afghanistan and they entered the enemy zones just as usual, but this time around things goes south for them as their helicopter was shot down by RPG.

They were caught and captured by the enemy of Afghanistan, they were tortured, and do all sort of things to them, meanwhile their country is yet to come and safe them. The Afghanistan enemy took one of them, the one among them all and he's name is Wiz , the enemy use a poisonous snake to bite him and he was unconscious, it was the time of Flanagan, and was able to killed them and get away from the poisonous snake, he rescued all his remaining friends but when they were waiting for the air support to come and take them home, that was when Wiz lost his life. This happens to break Flanagan and the rest of the team because he was so loved.

When they got back to the states, that was when Flanagan was accused of murder, and he claimed he didn't do it. But no one could believe him only his ex wife and his friends. They were chasing him and for days Flanagan was on chase by the police, both air and land. At the point he wanted to be captured, his friends then took an helicopter to support him. Even the citizens were supporting him because he's a man of honor in his country.

At the last minute he was about to be captured, an order was given he should be executed at the spot, but he's friends came him and fly him, the person that gave an order for his execution by air the officer in charge could not carry out the operation, she then pretended that she couldn't hear the command this is just because of the love she has for Flanagan as he has for once fought for the country . Flanagan was getting supported from the citizens during the chase as they are feeding him about what is going on in the city and where the police has blocked in fact some of the citizens carried him with is car in the truck to cross half of the country before helps comes around Flanagan and he's team mate then travelled to Mexico, after so many chase And was able to escape the high police chase.

If you are looking for a movie with high chase and intelligence driving, then mongoose is a movie you can watch and enjoy.

No hay duda, ese sentimiento de compartir una película de mi infancia con mi hija y ver que ella la disfruta tanto como yo recuerdo que lo hice, es oro puro. La primera vez que vi esta película recuerdo haber ido con mi papá a un club de video saben, de esos antiguos donde se alquilaban cualquier tipo de películas. Esta si no mal recuerdo la vi en el formato VHS claro que después la vi tantas veces por las trasmisiones de Tv que ya perdí la cuenta.

There’s no doubt about it: that feeling of sharing a film from my childhood with my daughter and seeing her enjoy it just as much as I remember doing is pure gold. The first time I saw this film, I remember going with my dad to a video club you know, one of those old-fashioned ones where you could hire all sorts of films. If I remember correctly, I watched it on VHS; of course, I’ve seen it so many times on TV since then that I’ve lost count.

Gandhari, is not your usual soft, gentle mother / daughter movie, this one comes in hot, the story centers on Bani, an ordinary mother whose entire world gets shattered in just a moment, she is at a crowded railway station, the kind of chaotic environment we all know too well, packed with people, noise, everybody minding their business, and in the middle of all that chaos, her little daughter gets kidnapped ,and just like that , snatched away in a place surrounded by hundreds of people, and nobody even notices in time, as if that alone is not terrifying enough, during the same attack tied to the kidnapping, Bani ends up losing her sight, temporarily blinded in the middle of the worst moment of her life.

Now picture that for a second, that not only has this woman lost her daughter, she can not even see the world around her anymore while trying to process what just happened, any normal person would collapse under that kind of weight, and honestly, who would blame her, but Bani does not fold,instead of drowning in her trauma, she picks herself back up and decides she is going to find her daughter herself, blindness and all, and that is where this movie stops being just another kidnapping drama and turns into something much bigger.

Her search for answers pulls her straight into this town called Joypurra, a fictional place soaked in old local lore and cultural mystery , and this is where the story gets really layered, because it's not a simple case of find the kidnapper, rescue the child, Bani's investigation leads her into a shadowy child trafficking network operating right under the towns nose, hidden and protected by people who clearly benefit from keeping it that way, on top of that, the town has these figures called Behrupiyas, traditional shape shifting performers woven deeply into the local culture, and their presence adds this eerie, almost mythical layer to everything happening around her. Nothing in this town feels straightforward, everyone seems to be hiding something, and Bani has to navigate all of it while physically unable to see the danger coming at her.

What makes this even more intense is watching a blind woman essentially transform into this fierce, unstoppable force of vengeance , she is not waiting around for the police or anyone to help save her daughter, she becomes the one doing the saving herself using every bit of instinct and desperation she has to outmaneuver people who clearly underestimate her because of her condition, and that underestimation becomes their mistake, because Bani is relentless, moving through danger with a kind of conviction that comes from having absolutely nothing left to lose.

As she gets deeper into this world, she is not just fighting for her own daughter anymore, she starts uncovering how many other children have disappeared into this same trafficking network, tucked away and forgotten by a town that would rather protect its secrets than protect its own people ...., so her mission slowly expands from personal rescue to something closer to reckoning, taking down an entire system built on silence and complicity.

By the time everything builds toward its climax, you are not just watching a mother trying to get her child back you are watching someone rise completely transformed by her grief, turning her darkest moment into raw, unstoppable strength, and this is one of those stories that just reminds you never to underestimate what a mother is capable of doing when everything she loves is on the line.

If you’re a lover of mystery and horror movies, then you’ll definitely love to watch this movie. Weapons is a movie that makes you curious from the beginning of opening scene till the very end. Yeah, I’m not exaggerating. What I love about the movie is that each character has a different story, and each character story will give you another little piece of puzzle to think about. I love the fact that the movie is unpredictable, and I think that’s what kept the mystery alive.

Imagine 17 children from one classroom ran away from their home in a day at exactly 2:17 a.m., that’s too early for a child to be outside at that time. But there’s only one boy remaining named Alex. I kept wondering why the children ran away and why Alex is the only one who stayed behind.

The teacher of the missing children was Justine, she the one with them before the incident, so all the parents were suspecting that she’s responsible for their children disappearance. Personally, I can understand how those parents will feel without seeing their children, but honestly, I feel so bad for Justine, because everyone was blaming her. She too was trying to unravel the mystery behind the children disappearance. She even woke up one day and saw what someone wrote on her car, boldly written “WITCH.” She tried cleaning it, but the paint did not remove, she has to use the car like that. Justine situation made me understand how quickly people can turn against you, when they are searching for answers.

Justine was trying to unravel the mystery when he met Archer. Archer was the father of one of the boy who got missing. At first, he was suspicious of Justin too because she believed she knew what happened. He was confused and desperate to find his son, and his search for answers becomes another important part of the movie. As Archer begins his investigating, he got to realize that the situation is more complicated than he thought. Eventually, both Archer and Justin worked together in discovering what happened to the missing children.

The big shocker is when the missing children was traced to an old woman named Gladys. The old woman is part of Alex’s family. She’s a witch who has turned Alex parents into something else, they no longer behave like humans. Imagine a child getting home one day and saw that his parents are no longer okay the way he left them, they were just like dummies. Alex was traumatized with the whole situation. He would watch her own parents harming themselves, and that’s what Gladys used to create fear in him. She warned him not to tell anyone. She even used Alex to collect the things that belonged to those missing children, and that what she used in controlling them.

Gladys kept the missing children in her basement, and that’s one of the creepiest discoveries in the movie, because I thought they are gone forever, or probably unalive. They are not dead, Gladys kept them there to make her live longer. Well, you might think that Alex is not innocent, but I believe he’s just a child who was manipulated by Gladys, and was afraid to open up to anyone. Even Justin, her teacher, notice that Alex was behaving strangely, she confronted him, but he told Justin to leave him alone, then he ran away.

Back to Gladys, Gladys was basically turning people into weapons that she could control and use then against each other. Once she take what belong to you, she can use it to control or even kill the person. She nearly succeed in killing Justin, but was helped by Archer, and even Archer that saved Justin was also used as weapon to kill Justin too, but I’m glad he didn’t succeed. Gladys has been the responsible for all the strange things happening around the town.

I love the way the movie ended, because Alex was able to overcome his fear, he discovered that he can use Gladys magic against her. Alex carried out his plan and surprisingly, all the children turned against Gladys and tore her apart. The scene look satisfying and disturbing at the same time. It satisfying because Gladys actually deserves what she got. The movie gives me a bittersweet feeling, in the sense that Gladys was gone but the children were still traumatized, they could not even talk, including Alex.

This is the kind of movie you can finish watching and still find yourself thinking about the story afterwards. Some part of the movie were confusing, but you’ll still get along while watching.

I watched this movie about a month ago, and one of the things that made me curious to watch it was how it was hyped; it was almost everywhere on social media.

I didn't want to be left behind, so I gave it a shot, and I am glad that I did.

Peaky Blinders: The Immortal Man was directed by Tom Harper and written by Steven Knight starring Cillian Murphy, Rebecca Ferguson, and Tim Roth.

The genres are: crime, drama, history, and war. The movie runs for 1 hr 52 mins.

During world war II, Tommy Shelby left Birmingham to isolate himself from the world and his past.

His son Duke Shelby, became an instrument fashioned against his new life as he runs the Peaky Blinders, known for diverse crimes.

He ignorantly got involved in a deal with a very dangerous enemy of his father, which became a way for the enemy to get to Tommy, his Dad.

As a father, Tommy had to return to Birmingham to save his son but he had to confront his former enemies and also face the poor relationship with his family that he had been avoiding.

Peaky Blinders was well filmed. I am really impressed with the old-fashioned outfits. Maybe this appeals to me because I love anything that sparks the memory of those good old days our ancestors enjoyed.

The background and the soundtrack were fine for me. I think everything blended just well.

Cillian Murphy played the role of Tommy Petty well. I have watched some of his movies, and I realized that he is versatile; he can fit into any role and do the job perfectly.

The character Tommy was a cold, nonchalant, and almost emotionless person; Cillian was able to nail it well.

To me, the character Tommy was well-arranged; a balance was created to make him human despite being cold-hearted and a criminal.

Coming back for his son means that regardless of how his heart is, family is still a priority, and he can go to any lengths for it.

Overall, the emotional part of the movie stood out. In fact, it's what made the movie great. Despite Duke's atrocities, Tommy loved him and even gave his life for him. That's the greatest form of love.

There was not much action in the movie, and I understand, but I expected the movie to at least give us a taste of the war going on so that we could enjoy a little side of history.

I enjoyed the movie, but the hype didn't match it. So much exaggeration was made, and I don't even know why.

The ending was very okay; Duke realized his mistakes and repented, but his sins cost the life of his father. It's such a lesson: the seed you sow will always be waiting for you to reap someday.

I will recommend this movie to anyone who likes crime movies that are mixed with emotions. But don't expect a lot of action; Peaky Blinders: The Immortal Man won't give you that, but you will enjoy it.

I'll say I'm one of the weird ones to have seen this franchise backwards, you'd know how weird that is if you've seen a franchise before. Honestly, I didn't know it had sequels until I was done with the first sequel of the first release. Even though, I saw the story backwards, the experience is still worth sharing and it's because I had it different.

Before I finally saw "To All The Boys Always And Forever" and then to "To All The Boys P.S I Still Love You", I saw the latest of the franchise first "XO Kitty". It was that series, the lead character made statements that got me curious to find the last movie she starred in because it was related to the story in "XO Kitty" and I found the previous.

Just like that, the story kept taking me backwards until I finally saw the first part of the franchise "To All The Boys I've Loved Before" which I am choosing to review first and I'll share my thoughts on the other two but I'll skip reviewing "XO Kitty" again since I've wrote reviews about the series here on Hive, maybe I'll share it later.

"To All The Boys I've Loved Before" is a franchise movie, it's first release was in 2018 starring Lana Condor as Lara Jane and Noah Centineo as Peter, both as main characters with Anna Cathcart as Kitty, Andrew Bachelor, Israel Broussard, John Corbett and other supporting characters with good presence in the main story.

It's a movie in the genres of teen romance and romantic comedy, an adaptation from a book. The movie is 1hr plus, written by Sofia Alvarez and Jenny Han and directed by Susan Johnson.

Lara Jean is a high school girl who is almost invisible as she thinks people around don't notice her. She writes letters to the boys she is infatuated with but keeps them in her closet instead of mailing them without realizing how crazy and risky it is. Things changes for her when her sister, Kitty discovers the letters and actually sends them to all the boys they were written to.

She got to pretend to date her first crush, who had rejected her after reading the letter sent to him, to keep safe and be able to remove people's mind from her secret that have gotten out. The pretending date begins to get real as they both realized they feel something deeper than just a crush and just rejecting a letter written to you.

Like I said, I saw this one last after I had seen what happened between the two in the sequels but it still felt good to see how they got to know each other and experience the "fall in love" phase. It's a good franchise and I'll recommend you see it, starting from this one ofcourse. I'll review the other two and maybe the series after.
