Cardcaptor Sakura is one of those series I'd recommend revisiting, at least the anime, because the manga is a different story altogether. While the anime has a simple plot about a girl with magical powers who grows stronger as the episodes progress, the manga contains some aspects that some critics find quite questionable. Nevertheless, the artists at CLAMP knew how to bring to life one of Japan's most famous and beloved characters to this day. The story unfolds with drama and mystery, gradually revealing itself until its conclusion.
Sakura Card Captors es una de las series que actualmente invitaría a volver a ver, al menos en el anime porque su manga es otra historia. Si bien la serie tiene una historia sencilla sobre una chica que posee poderes mágicos y va aumentando su magia conforme avanzan los episodios, en el manga hay algunos aspectos que resultan bastante cuestionables para algunos críticos. Sin embargo, las chicas CLAMP supieron cómo darle vida a uno de los personajes más famosos de Japón y también uno de los más queridos hasta la actualidad. Desde drama a misterio que poco a poco se va desvelando hasta concluir la historia.
What makes Sakura Card Captors and its plot one of those stories you never want to end, a story you can watch endlessly, is that CLAMP knew how to envelop you in this magical universe, just as they did with the acclaimed Sailor Moon (which, by the way, I also owe a review of). This series marked my childhood, allowing me to believe in magic and the power of friendship and love. It taught me so much, and even now, when I rewatch certain episodes, it takes me back to those happy times when life hadn't been so hard on me, and it allowed me to believe that everything would be alright no matter what.
Lo que convierte a Sakura Card Captors y su trama en una de esas historias que no deseas que termine nunca y se vuelva infinita de ver, porque las CLAMP supieron cómo envolverte en este universo mágico, así como ocurrió con la tan aclamada historia de Sailor Moon (que por cierto, también les debo una reseña sobre ello). Esta serie marcó mi infancia, me permitió creer en la magia y en el poder de la amistad y el amor. Me enseñó mucho y actualmente cuando repito algunos capítulos, me remonta a esos momentos felices donde la vida no había sido tan dura conmigo y me permitía creer en que todo estaría bien pasara lo que pasara.
One of the aspects I loved most about this story is that week after week, Sakura had the duty of capturing a Clow Card to prevent misfortunes from occurring in her hometown. I also enjoyed seeing how the relationships between the characters evolved and grew as the chapters progressed. From the outright hatred between Syaoran and Sakura to pure and true love at the end of the story. This brings me to another highlight of the series: Cardcaptor Sakura can also be characterized and categorized as a true love story, not only between its protagonists but on a general level, and I believe this is the message that the CLAMP team wanted to convey to the world.
Uno de los aspectos que más me gustaba de esta historia es que semana tras semana Sakura tenía el deber de capturar una Carta Clow para evitar que desgracias ocurrieran en el lugar donde vivía. También me agradó ver cómo las relaciones entre los personajes fueron evolucionando y creciendo conforme pasaban los capítulos. De un odio rotundo en Syaoran y Sakura a un amor puro y verdadero al final de la historia. Lo que me lleva a otro aspecto resaltante de la serie, Sakura Card Captors también se puede caracterizar y catalogar como una historia de amor verdadero, no sólo entre sus protagnistas sino a nivel general y creo que este es el mensaje que las chicas de CLAMP quisieron mostrar en el mundo.
In this series, we see more than romantic relationships, more than reciprocated love; we see the authentic love between siblings, between friends, between parents and children, and even between characters who at that time were considered neither feminine nor masculine, but non-binary. This leads me to believe that CLAMP was ahead of their time and always offered a love story in all its forms without any intention of promoting hatred, prejudice, or discrimination for showing your love for someone or something.
En esta serie vemos más que relaciones de pareja, más que amores correspondidos, vemos el auténtico amor entre hermanos, entre amigos, entre padres e hijos e incluso entre personajes que para aquel entonces no se consideraban ni femeninos ni masculinos sino no binarios. Esto me da a entender que las CLAMP estaban adelantadas a su época y siempre brindaron una historia de amor en todas sus formas sin ánimos de fomentar el odio, los prejuicios ni la discriminación por demostrar tu amor hacia alguien o algo.
I don't mean to imply that I condone pedophilia, homosexuality, or identifying as non-binary, but as a child back then, I innocently viewed these topics without understanding what they meant, and CLAMP subtly and respectfully presented them to everyone who watched. However, the manga is more explicit about these themes, so if your son, nephew, or grandson is interested in watching this series, recommend that they only watch the anime and skip the manga, as the anime has several censored scenes that are now considered illegal.
No con esto quiero decir que estoy de acuerdo con la pedofilia, la homosexualidad o que te identifiques como no binario, pero uno como niño en aquel entonces veía con inocencia estos temas sin saber de qué trataba y CLAMP se encargó de mostrarlos sutil y respetuosamente a todo el que la veía, pero en su manga si es más explícito con estos temas que mencioné, por lo que si tu hijo, sobrino o nieto se interesa por ver esta serie, recomiendale que se vea sólo el animé y omita el manga, ya que el animé tiene unas cuantas escenas censuradas que actualmente son consideradas ilegales.

Saludos mis Otakus favoritos de @theanimerealm. Desde hace tiempo que le estaba dando largas a la serie de Cardcaptor Sakura Clear Card. Y luego de verla, pienso que no debí haberlo hecho. Créanme que soy muy fan de las historias de CLAMP, pero esta es la segunda vez que me decepcionan y me dolió en el alma.
Déjenme explicarme mejor. Honestamente no entiendo por qué CLAMP decidió lanzar o continuar la serie más majestuosa y bien hecha que han elaborado hasta el día de hoy. Al darle una oportunidad a Sakura Clear Card, entendí que lo hicieron para celebrar y homenajear los 20 aniversario de su estreno.
Entiendo que quisieron hacer algo sumamente especial para los fans, sobre todo los que crecieron con Sakura Card Captors, como yo, quien seguía las aventuras de esta chica con poderes mágicos semana tras semana, en parte se los agradezco por tener tal consideración, pero lamentablemente es más grande mi decepción que mi alegría.
Hay un par de cosas que me molestaron bastante de esta versión, una de ellas es el brillo o gloss que estuvo presente en todos y cada uno de los episodios, además de un efecto de luz innecesario cuando Sakura invocaba su báculo y hacía su típica pose antes de la batalla. Esto la verdad es que lo odié, le quitó esencia a mi serie favorita en muchos sentidos.
Lo otro que me molestó bastante es el hecho de haber mantenido a Sakura tan tonta, a tal punto como si fuese una bebita que no supiera cuidarse sola. Los primeros 6 capítulos me resultaron mega aburridos y totalmente diferentes a lo que conocí de esta chica en mi niñez.
Y lo que odié y me decepcionó por completo de esta versión aniversaria es que no tiene continuación en el animé, sólo en el manga. Es decir, ¿por qué la gente de CLAMP está tan llena de maldad para ver a sus millones de fans esperar algo que ni siquiera han anunciado que llegará? ¿Por qué no dejaron la serie hasta la primera parte y ya?
Este hecho me trajo muy malos recuerdos y un sabor agridulce cuando estrenaron la serie de Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles, para más adelante anunciar que descontinuarían el animé porque su trama era "muy oscura". ¿Oscura? Oscura es Made in Abyss y todo el mundo la ha visto, incluso niños, además de ser mundialmente famosa.
Bien, luego de desahogarme un poco con lo que no me gusta, ahora si debo hablar de lo que me gustó. Syaoran fue mi favorito desde que lo vi en el primer capítulo y luego al ver cómo sacaba su espada mágicamente, DIOS MIO! vi un Syaoran replicado de Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles! hasta creí que esta nueva versión tendría alguna relación con aquella historia.
Pero no, esto sólo ocurrió en mi mente y en la de muchos otros fans. Hubiera sido la Gloria ver que estas dos historias se relacionaran magistralmente a través de una dimensión paralela. Además las nuevas cartas si están geniales, al igual que el báculo, todo en estos aspectos fue hermoso y lo amé. Realmente amé todos estos detalles.
Amé ver nuevos personajes, nuevas intrigas, aunque con parecido casi idéntico de principio a fin. Amé ver personajes viejos con su personalidad tan única y divertida, pero sobre todo amé ver la evolución tan linda y especial entre Syaoran y Sakura.
También amé todos y cada uno de los trajes nuevos hechos por Tomoyo para Sakura, cada uno era más lindo que el otro. Y bueno, luego de verlo ahora tengo que repetir toda la primera serie de los 90 más la de Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles mientras me decido si me leo el manga de Sakura Clear Card entre una cosa y otra. Por mi decepción tan grande con CLAMP le asignaré solamente:

Greetings, my favorite otakus from @theanimerealm. I've been putting off the Cardcaptor Sakura Clear Card series for a while now. And after watching it, I think I shouldn't have. Believe me, I'm a huge fan of CLAMP's stories, but this is the second time they've disappointed me, and it hurts.
Let me explain. I honestly don't understand why CLAMP decided to release or continue the most majestic and well-crafted series they've ever produced. When I gave Sakura Clear Card a chance, I understood they did it to celebrate and honor the 20th anniversary of its release.
I understand they wanted to do something extremely special for the fans, especially those who grew up with Sakura Cardcaptors, like me, who followed the adventures of this girl with magical powers week after week. I'm partly grateful for their thoughtfulness, but unfortunately, my disappointment outweighs my joy.
There are a couple of things that bothered me a lot about this version. One of them is the gloss that was present in every single episode, as well as an unnecessary lighting effect when Sakura summoned her staff and struck her signature pre-battle pose. I honestly hated this; it took away the essence of my favorite series in many ways.
The other thing that bothered me a lot is the fact that they kept Sakura so silly, to the point of making her seem like a baby who couldn't take care of herself. I found the first six episodes incredibly boring and different from what I knew of this girl as a child.
And what I hated and was completely disappointed by about this anniversary version is that it doesn't have a sequel in the anime, only in the manga. I mean, why are the people at CLAMP so full of malice, only to have their millions of fans waiting for something they haven't even announced is coming? Why didn't they leave the series until the first part?
This fact brought back very bad memories and a bittersweet taste when they premiered the Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles series, only to later announce that they would discontinue the anime because its plot was "too dark." Dark? Dark is Made in Abyss, and everyone has seen it, even children, and it's also world-famous.
Okay, after venting a little about what I don't like, now I must talk about what I liked. Syaoran was my favorite ever since I saw him in the first episode, and then seeing him magically draw his sword—OH MY GOD! I saw a Syaoran replicated from Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles! I even thought this new version would have some connection to that story.
But no, this only happened in my mind and in the minds of many other fans. It would have been glorious to see these two stories masterfully connected through a parallel dimension. Plus, the new cards are amazing, as is the staff. Everything about these aspects was beautiful, and I loved it. I loved all those details.
I loved seeing new characters, new plot twists, even though they were almost identical from beginning to end. I loved seeing old characters with their unique and fun personalities, but most of all, I loved seeing the cute and special evolution between Syaoran and Sakura.
I also loved each one of the new outfits Tomoyo made for Sakura; each one was cuter than the last. And well, after watching it, I now have to rewatch the entire first '90s series, plus the Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles, while I decide whether to read the Sakura Clear Card manga. Due to my huge disappointment with CLAMP, I'll only give it:

Hola a todos los fans del buen animé que dan vida a la increíble Comunidad de @theanimerealm. La semana pasada no alcancé a compartir con ustedes, por eso hoy les traigo un post #EdicionEspecial sobre una serie que marcó mi infancia y me hizo creer en el amor verdadero. Se trata de Cardcaptor Sakura, una serie que lidera mi lista de animés favoritos.
A decir verdad, esta serie la considero uno de los trabajos más exitosos de todo CLAMP. Es como el Hello Kitty de Sanrio por la popularidad y favoritismo de millones de personas que les encantan al igual que a mí, esta serie tan tierna.
Cardcaptor Sakura marcó mi infancia y ya he perdido la cuenta de cuántas veces la he visto, al igual que sus películas y lo mejor es que todas las veces que la veo me causa la misma impresión y emoción.
Es una serie que demuestra muy bien el sentido de la amistad duradera y sobre todo que te hace creer que el amor es la fuerza más poderosa del mundo. Sin importar la circunstancia, todo se puede resolver al confiar plenamente en este sentimiento.
Uno de los aspectos que más me gustó de esta adorable entrega fueron los múltiples atuendos que se crearon para darle vida a nuestra heroína juvenil. Más que un típico traje con capa usado de manera constante, fueron diseños de moda altamente elaborados de manera detallada por la talentosa mejor amiga, Tomoyo.
Y aunque toda la serie en general fue plasmada de manera super linda y tierna, cargada de magia, algo de locura y mucha diversión ante todo, es necesario tocar algunos enfoques algo confusos y tal vez oscuros en esta trama.
Tal es el caso de los diferentes romances que se desarrollan en la historia. Desde el hecho de que Tomoyo se enamorara de Sakura o que Yukito (Yue) sintiera atracción por Touya Kinomoto, lo que implica de manera muy sutil el tema de la homosexualidad dentro de la serie.
Y eso está bien, y en realidad es una de las cosas que más me agradan de las historias de animé, que los japoneses sepan plasmar historias de romance entre personajes del mismo sexo porque su cultura y estilo de vida lo aceptan como algo normal. Recuerdo que cuando vi esta serie por primera vez, yo tenía alrededor de 12 años y en ese momento pensé qué lindo, se quieren mucho, como si fueran pareja. Y ya, no hubo alarde ni drama por abordar dicho tema como lo hacen actualmente.
Por lo que esto me hace considerar a los japoneses como personas de mentes muy abiertas. Además también se deja ver a medio camino un amor prohibido entre una estudiante y un profesor (es decir, una menor de edad y un adulto). Y aunque en el animé no se desarrolla tanto esta historia, en el manga sí. Este es el caso entre los personajes de Rika y el profesor Terada.
Pero de todas las historias románticas que se plantean aquí, mi favorita es por mucho la clásica historia de amor entre Syaoran y Sakura. Que por cierto, como Dato Curioso me enteré por allí que el final de la historia que vemos en el animé es un final alterno donde estos dos personajes quedan emparejados, ya que con quien se quedaría Kinomoto al final sería con Yukito o en su defecto, el guardián de las cartas Yue como lo predijo el mago Clow.
Y aunque aún no me decido por ver la versión Clear Card porque me hicieron spoiler y el final de la serie quedó abierto a una segunda temporada, mientras que por su parte la gente de CLAMP no tiene pensado continuarla sino dejar la serie así como hizo con Tsubasa Reservoir Chornicles, a mitad de camino, le he dado largas a verla para evitar decepcionarme de esta increíble serie. Pero, ¿ustedes qué opinan al respecto? De mi parte le doy:

Hello to all the fans of good anime that give life to the incredible @theanimerealm Community. Last week I didn't get to share with you, so today I bring you a #SpecialEdition post about a series that marked my childhood and made me believe in true love. It's about Cardcaptor Sakura, a series that tops my list of favorite anime.
To tell you the truth, I consider this series one of the most successful works of all CLAMP. It's like the Hello Kitty of Sanrio because of the popularity and favoritism of millions who love this cute series as much as I do.
Cardcaptor Sakura marked my childhood, and I have already lost count of how many times I have seen it and its movies. The best thing is that every time I see it, it causes me the same impression and emotion.
It is a series that demonstrates very well the meaning of lasting friendship and makes you believe that love is the most powerful force in the world. No matter the circumstance, everything can be solved by fully trusting in this feeling.
One of the aspects I enjoyed most about this adorable installment was the multiple outfits that were created to bring our youthful heroine to life. Rather than a typical cape outfit worn constantly, they were highly detailed fashion designs crafted by the talented best friend, Tomoyo.
And although the whole series, in general, was captured in a super cute and cuddly way, loaded with magic, some madness, and a lot of fun above all, it is necessary to touch on some somewhat confusing and perhaps dark approaches in this plot.
Such is the case of the different romances that develop in the story. From Tomoyo falling in love with Sakura or Yukito (Yue) feeling attraction for Touya Kinomoto, which very subtly implies the theme of homosexuality within the series.
And that's fine, and that's one of the things I like the most about anime stories, that the Japanese know how to capture stories of romance between characters of the same sex because their culture and lifestyle accepts it as something normal. I remember when I saw this series for the first time, I was around 12 years old and at that time I thought how cute, they love each other so much, as if they were a couple. And ya, there was no bragging or drama for addressing such a topic as they do nowadays.
So this makes me consider Japanese people to be very open-minded. In addition, a forbidden love between a student and a teacher (i.e., a minor and an adult) is also shown halfway through the story. And although this story is not so much developed in the anime, it is in the manga. This is the case between the characters of Rika and the teacher Terada.
But of all the romantic stories posed here, my favorite by far is the classic love story between Syaoran and Sakura. By the way, as a Curious Fact I found out over there that the ending of the story we see in the anime is an alternate ending where these two characters are paired up, since who Kinomoto would stay within the end would be Yukito or failing that, the guardian of the cards Yue as predicted by the magician Clow.
And although I still haven't decided to watch the Clear Card version because I got spoilers and the end of the series was left open to a second season, while the people of CLAMP don't plan to continue it but to leave the series as they did with Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles, halfway through, I have given it a miss to watch it to avoid being disappointed with this incredible series. When I read the guidelines for the monthly quest I must admit that it took me a bit to think of animes that were completely suitable for children since most of them contain things that are not so family friendly (or not at all). However, after a lot of thinking I remembered some that I watched as a child, but first I have decided to talk about Cardcaptor Sakura, a shōjo anime that I definitely liked very much as a child because it is full of magic, emotion and super cute characters 💖.
This time, it will be a spoiler-free review
Synopsis
Sakura Kinomoto is a very cheerful and outgoing little ten-year-old girl, good at sports and popular at school. One day she was looking through her father's books when suddenly in one of them she found some mysterious cards. At that moment, the cards are released, being distributed in various parts. When this happens, the guardian of the book called Keto warns Sakura that she must recover "the Clow cards" in order to avoid an imminent disaster.
This is how Sakura becomes a "cardcaptor" who, using special magical powers, must recover the Clow cards to save the world.
Love and magic
This anime aired in 1998, ending in 2000, so both the story and its animation style are quite typical of the time. The premise is simple, an ordinary girl who stops being ordinary when she suddenly obtains magical powers that will allow her to save the world, but who continues to be a little girl so it is a story full of simple and innocent comedy, many exaggerated situations, magic, romance and tenderness.
The way they describe how magic works in this world is simple and easy to understand because it really is not the central part of the story but magic is more the resource they use to generate emotion and entertainment. The central theme, in reality, is love.
Throughout all the chapters we see how the concepts of different types of love are explored since they not only represent romantic love, but also brotherly love, friendship and even self-love. All this from a very innocent perspective because in reality the story is not intended to be deep, but rather something light with a beautiful message that of course is aimed at the young audience, especially girls. But the truth is that this story can be enjoyed by anyone who wants to watch something light and endearing.
So throughout 70 chapters we see how the interpersonal relationships of all the characters evolve, giving a broader perspective of how love can be shown. In fact, there is inclusion that is not forced at all and is not explicit either, but is implicit in the story, integrating it as something natural, without double meaning, which shows that even a simple story can be well done.
The changes between the manga and the anime are not really relevant, so the adaptation is quite faithful to the original. The animation is not the best there is, but the style does demonstrate the tenderness and innocence that the story is supposed to convey, so it turns out to be adequate.
Personally, it makes me nostalgic because it was part of my childhood and seeing the animation so sweet and beautiful only inspires me with a lot of tenderness.
It's definitely an anime I would recommend for kids and anyone who wants to watch something cute and yes, cheesy💖.

Cuando leí las pautas de la iniciativa del mes debo admitir que me costó un poco pensar en animes que fueran completamente aptos para niños puesto que la mayoría contiene cosas que no son del todo (o nada) family friendly. Sin embargo, después de mucho pensar recordé algunos que llegué a ver de pequeña, pero primero he decidido hablarles de Sakura Cardcaptor, un anime shōjo que definitivamente me gustó demasiado de pequeña porque está lleno de magia, emoción y personajes súper tiernos 💖.
En esta ocasión, será una reseña libre de spoilers
Sinopsis
Sakura Kinomoto es una pequeña niña de diez años muy alegre y extrovertida, buena para los deportes y popular en la escuela. Un día ella se encontraba revisando los libros de su padre cuando de repente en uno de ellos encuentra unas misteriosas cartas. En ese instante, las cartas son liberadas, siendo repartidas en diversas partes. Cuando ésto ocurre, el guardián del libro llamado Keto le advierte a Sakura que debe recuperar «las cartas Clow» para así evitar un inminente desastre.
Es así como Sakura se convierte en una «cardcaptor», que utilizando poderes mágicos especiales deberá recuperar las cartas Clow para salvar el mundo.
Amor y magia
Este anime tuvo su estreno en 1998, finalizando en el 2000, por lo que tanto el estilo de historia así como su animación es bastante típico de la época. La premisa es simple, una niña ordinaria que deja de serlo al repentinamente obtener poderes mágicos que le permitirán salvar el mundo, pero que continúa siendo una niña pequeña por lo que es una historia llena de comedia sencilla e inocente, muchas situaciones exageradas, magia, romance y ternura.
La manera en que describen el funcionamiento de la magia en este mundo es simple y fácil de entender porque realmente no es la parte central de la historia sino que la magia es más el recurso que utilizan para generar emoción y entretenimiento. El tema central, en realidad, es el amor.
A lo largo de todos los capítulos vemos cómo se exploran los conceptos de los distintos tipos de amor puesto que no sólo representan el amor romántico, sino también el amor fraternal, la amistad e incluso el amor propio. Todo esto desde una perspectiva muy inocente porque en realidad la historia no pretende ser profunda, sino más bien algo ligero con un mensaje bonito que por supuesto está dirigido a la audiencia joven, en especial niñas. Pero la verdad es que está historia puede ser disfrutada por cualquier persona que desee ver algo ligero y entrañable.
Así que a lo largo de 70 capítulos vemos cómo las relaciones interpersonales de todos los personajes evolucionan, dando una perspectiva más amplia de cómo puede demostrarse el amor. De hecho, hay inclusión que no resulta para nada forzada y no es explícita en lo absoluto, sino que está implícita en la historia intragrándola como algo natural, sin doble sentido, lo cual demuestra que hasta una historia simple puede estar bien hecha.
Los cambios entre el manga y el anime no son realmente relevantes, por lo que la adaptación resulta bastante fiel a la original. La animación no es la mejor que existe pero por el estilo sí demuestra la ternura e inocencia que se supone que transmite la historia, así que resulta ser adecuada.
En lo personal me transmite nostalgia porque fue parte de mi infancia y al ver la animación tan dulce y bonita solo me inspira mucha ternura.
Definitivamente es un anime que recomendaría para niños y para cualquiera que desee ver algo lindo y sí, cursi💖.

Bueno imagino que muchos de nosotros crecimos viendo series anime, yo recuerdo que desde que tenía como 6 años pasaba mis tardes viendo alguna en compañía de mi mamá y nunca me las quería perder por lo que cada vez que llegaba de clases, hacía rápido mis tareas para que me quedara toda la tarde disponible y la que más me gustaba en aquel entonces era Cardcaptor Sakura, la cual disfruté no solamente en aquellos años, sino también la volví a ver durante mi adolescencia y la disfruté como si fuese la primera vez. Como olvidar las aventuras de Sakura Kinomoto, una niña muy alegre y algo despistada la cual tuvo que reunir las cartas de Clow luego de accidentalmente liberarlas al abrir el libro del Mago Clow que estaba dentro de la biblioteca de su padre, despertando también a Cerberous, el guardián del sello del libro el cual vivirá con ella mientras reúnen todas las cartas. A sus aventuras se unirán Tomoyo Daidouji, la mejor amiga de Sakura y más adelante, Li Shaoran el cual es un joven chino que también quería reunir las cartas. La serie se compone de tres temporadas y cuenta con un total de setenta episodios, de los cuales no pudiera escoger uno favorito ya que me gustaron muchísimos, todavía guardo el recuerdo de lo mucho que me reía con cada capitulo ya que no solamente ka trama era enganchante, también recuerdo que los personajes eran muy graciosos, en especial el que era muy inteligente y cuando estaba pequeña recuerdo que lo llamaba "enciclopedia ambulante"🤣Well, I imagine that many of us grew up watching anime series, I remember that since I was about 6 years old, I spent my afternoons watching some with my mom and I never wanted to miss them, so every time I got home from school, I did my homework quickly. so that I could stay the whole afternoon available and the one I liked the most at that time was Cardcaptor Sakura, which I enjoyed not only in those years, but I also saw it again during my adolescence and I enjoyed it as if it were the first time. Cuando volví a verla recuerdo que me gustó mucho más, tuve la oportunidad de comprar toda la serie en formato DVD así que pude disfrutarla varias veces más y esta vez me encanté también con muchas de las canciones de la serie, tanto los openings como los endings, y también una que otra que se escuchaban durante los capítulos. De hecho todavía conservo algunas cositas que compré en aquella época de la serie en un centro comercial que quedaba cerca de mi casa y todavía conservo. Recuerdo que compré un peluche de Kero, las cartas de Sakura y el tomo 1 del manga los cuales tengo guardados en mi clóset y también tuve la oportunidad de comprar por amazon un CD de japón con todas las canciones principales de la serie y haber podido adquirir todo esto me hizo realmente feliz ya que desde niña siempre me ha gustado y lo que mas me dio gusto adquirir fue el peluche. Cardcaptor Sakura: Clear Card episode to also screen
Crunchyroll announced with a video on Friday that it will screen the Cardcaptor Sakura: The Sealed Card anime film in United States theaters on January 31, February 3, and February 4. The screening will be accompanied by the "prologue" episode of Cardcaptor Sakura: Clear Card.
Tickets are available on Crunchyroll's "movie night" website. Attendees will receive a limited edition postcard while supplies last.
Crunchyroll did not confirm if the screenings will be in Japanese with English subtitles or English-dubbed, but at least one theater is listing its screening as English-subtitled.
Cardcaptor Sakura: The Sealed Card, the franchise's second film, debuted in Japan in 2000, and Geneon released the film on DVD with an English dub in 2003. The film also began rescreening in Japan this past weekend. Crunchyroll describes the story:

The television anime adaptation of CLAMP's Cardcaptor Sakura: Clear Card sequel manga premiered on Sunday in Japan. Crunchyroll is streaming the series as it airs in Japan, and Funimation will stream the dub beginning on January 24. NHK reported earlier this month that the series will have 26 episodes.
