Superhero movies for me will always be very entertaining and fun, in this case we can include all DC superheroes, with great characters where each one has ability or that superpower that characterizes them and when they unite they are indestructible, unstoppable, and no one can stop them. I have had the opportunity to see many movies of this league of superheroes and the truth is that they are very good and impressive. However, a few days ago I found out that they had released a new DC movie, but in mascot version and I really called my attention and see what they were going to surprise us with, this time I was expecting some action, blows, and what I found was little animals where I could laugh and enjoy each of them.

Las películas de superhéroes para mí siempre serán muy entretenidas y divertidas, en este caso podemos incluir a todos los superhéroes de DC, con grandes personajes donde cada uno tiene habilidad o ese superpoder que los caracteriza y cuando se unen son indestructibles, imparables, y nadie los puede detener. He tenido la oportunidad de ver muchas películas de esta liga de superhéroes y la verdad que son muy buenas e impactantes. Sin embargo, hace unos días me enteré de que habían sacado una nueva película de DC, pero en versión mascota y de verdad que me llamo mucho la atención y ver con que nos iban a sorprender, en esta oportunidad yo esperaba algo de acción, golpes, y lo que me encontré fue animalitos donde pude reírme y disfrutar de cada una de ellos.

This movie is known as DC league of superpets, a fairly short movie and from the first moment I really couldn't stop laughing, because seeing a group of superhero animals is crazy and especially trying to hide their personality and be able to walk like ordinary animals, as pets is something that will be a somewhat complicated task. Something that caught my attention is the friendship that is created between Superman and the dog, it really is something impressive and they get along so perfectly and as they face great challenges and adventures, their scenes are characterized with a lot of action and that is what is sought in this type of film and of course could not miss their antics with good friends.

Esta película la cual les cometo es conocida como DC liga de supermascotas, una película bastante corta y desde el primer momento de verdad que no paraba de reírme, ya que ver a un grupo de animales superhéroes es todo una locura y sobre todo tratar de ocultar su personalidad y poder andar como animales comunes y corriente, como mascotas es algo que será una tarea un poco complicada. Algo que me llamo mucho la atención es la relación de amistad que se crea entre Superman y el perro, de verdad que es algo impresionante y se llevan de una manera tan perfecta y como enfrentan grandes desafíos y aventuras, sus escenas están caracterizadas con mucha acción y eso es lo que se busca en este tipo de películas y por supuesto no podía faltar sus travesuras con buenos amigos.

We can also notice the presence of other DC superheroes, something that I liked a lot, this combination of characters, because I thought it would only be focused on the animals so they could save the world, but the presence of these superheroes was perfect to give a unique and entertaining touch to this movie and be a great team. We can see scenes where we notice each of these animals or the team of superpets doing an excellent job, always supporting each other in good times and bad, in order to protect and defend each other and achieve their goals. As well as the existence of enemies that will make things not easy for them, this is where the real adventure of this animated film begins.

También podemos notar la presencia de otros de los superhéroes de DC, algo que me gusto bastante, esa combinación de personajes, ya que pensé que solo estaría enfocada en los animales para que ellos pudieran salvar al mundo, pero la presencia de estos superhéroes fue perfecta para darle un toque único y entretenida a esta película y así ser un gran equipo. Podemos ver escenas donde notamos a cada uno de estos animales o al equipo de supermascotas realizando un excelente trabajo, siempre apoyándose en las buenas y en las malas, para así protegerse y defenderse entre todos y lograr sus objetivos. Así como la existencia de enemigos que harán que las cosas no sean nada fácil para ellos, es aquí donde comienza la verdadera aventura de esta película animada.

They could not miss those scenes that are a little exaggerated from my point of view, but they are perfect to give that magical touch and thus capture much more the attention of people, also the music they chose for this movie are very good and go according to the moment, situation, I was also impressed by each of the powers given to each animal and how they do it and especially choose the ideal animal for that, something that must have been quite a job. A movie that may be very similar to other DC movies and have the same objective of confronting the enemy and defend the world and be undefeated, winners and see them as heroes, but having the animals as the main actors, I liked it a lot, it is something surprising.

No podían faltar esas escenas que son un poco exageradas desde mi punto de vista, pero son perfectas para darle ese toque mágico y así captar mucho más la atención de las personas, además las músicas que escogieron para esta película son muy buenas y van acorde al momento, situación, también quede impresionado por cada uno de los poderes que le dan a cada animal y como lo hacen y sobre todo escoger al animal ideal para eso, algo que debió ser todo un trabajo. Una película que quizás sea muy parecida a otras de DC y van con el mismo objetivo de enfrentar al enemigo y defender al mundo y quedar ellos invictos, ganadores y verlos como héroes, pero está al tener a los animales como principales actores, me gustó mucho, es algo sorprendente.

As for the characters of this animated film, we have the presence of great actors very good and important for the DC world, where each one plays a superhero or even an animal with superpower. One of the main characters is Krypto, Superman's dog, for me he is one of the best and he really did great doing that role, since he had to play a normal dog and at the same time a dog with superpowers, where he was always willing to help his team, despite being a little mischievous. In addition, his partner and friend Superman has a unique personality, super strength and many other powers that characterize this character, where they both make the best team.

Another animal with superpowers that I liked, is the squirrel known as Chip, he really breaks it in the team and has a power that is perfect, at first I laughed a lot because he is so small, but once he gains confidence and discovers what he can do no one will stop him.

En cuanto a los personajes de esta película animada, tenemos la presencia de grandes actores muy buenos e importantes para el mundo de DC, donde cada uno interpreta a un superhéroe o aún animal con súperpoder. Uno de los personajes principales es Krypto, el perro de Superman, para mí es uno de los mejores y verdad que lo hizo de maravilla haciendo ese papel, ya que tenía que hacer un perro normal y al mismo tiempo un perro con superpoderes, donde siempre estaba dispuesto a ayudar a todo su equipo, a pesar de ser poco travieso. Además, su compañero y amigo Superman tiene una personalidad única, una superfuerza y muchos otros poderes que caracterizan a este personaje, donde ambos hacen el mejor equipo.

Otro de los animales con superpoderes que me gusto, es la ardilla conocida como Chip, de verdad que lo rompe en el equipo y cuenta con un poder que es perfecto, al principio me dio mucha risa por ser tan pequeño, pero una vez que agarra confianza y descubre lo que puede hacer nadie lo detendrá.

A movie that was totally different from the ones we are used to see, it is entertaining and beyond seeing each super pets, it leaves us a great motivational and inspiring message for many, it also has a lot of values such as friendship, solidarity, teamwork, overcoming each of the fears that one has and above all the importance and respect that should be given to animals, since they are also living beings who feel and need our affection. If you have the opportunity to see it, I recommend it.

Una película que fue totalmente distinta a las que estamos acostumbrados a ver, es entretenida y más allá de ver cada supermascotas, nos deja un gran mensaje motivador e inspirador para muchos, además tiene gran cantidad de valores como la amistad, solidaridad, el trabajo en equipo, la superación de cada uno de los miedos que uno tenga y sobre todo la importancia y el respeto que se le debe dar a los animales, ya que ellos también son seres vivos que sienten y necesitan de nuestro cariño. Si tienes la oportunidad de verla te la recomiendo.

Are you looking for some new, fresh animation that will clearly stand out from Disney and Pixar productions, and at the same time will be based on a well-known brand, will be fun and family friendly? I have something for you! I wasn't interested in it at first, but after reading some positive reviews, I decided to add this movie to my plan 2 watch list. I keep there the titles we watch when we can't agree on what we want to watch together. I thought it would be another good animation, with which we would spend a nice time, but I will forget about it in six months (i.e. I will remember it like "Well, I saw it, it was cool, but I can't say much about this fairy tale anymore." It turned out that it's different. It's not a "Soul" level, but we had a lot of fun! We often laughed, commented on the creative ideas of the creators, I praised them a lot for clever easter-eggs and references to comics or DC characters and the whole "wholesome" atmosphere. I rarely say this, but this movie is universally good (and it works in favor of this production)! For both comics fans, people who know something about them, but not much (that is me), children and older audience - both fathers and young grandparents who are familiar with such titles (i.e. they were too old for these fairy tales, but they know something about them, just like our parents almost several decades ago, they knew DBZ quite well, even though they know anime).Girls and boys, men and k promise Maybe these are too strong words, but for me it is one of the best and most original (in a way) animations from the last dozen or so years.

The plot initially focuses on the relationship between Clark Kent and his dog named Krypto. Or basically, primarily on the dog, his problems and perceiving the world from his perspective. It is almost a textbook cliche for many family films or animations. And what's original here? For me, this is due to the focus on animals and putting the Justice League on the second, and maybe even third plan (in terms of some of its members - that is, those outside of Superman and Batman, especially Clark Kent). There is also one of the reasons (although this seems to me to be less original, because in various cartoons, both cheap and expensive, I came across such an idea) - animal heroes have at least one feature that makes them connect with heroes of the League. Maybe these are too bold words and when you read them, you are surprised at my words, but during the screening, such a thought appeared in my head at least several times. And yes, I know about the existence of "Zootopia" and similar movies and cartoons. Continuing, one of JL's archenemies, along with his hamster, have come up with a way to capture the most powerful hero in the DC universe and take over the world. Only Krypto and his newfound friends can stop them! I won't reveal the details, because there's no point - I've already told enough, and the rest you can easily fill in your head. Yes, it's not complicated, but it's very well written. There are no boring parts, the pace is well-balanced, there is quite a lot of good humor (Marvel, you can learn from them) ... Admittedly, some of the characters may surprise you (and I don't mean the change of skin color or a slightly different design in in a few cases), but their role is so small that you can turn a blind eye to it IMO. When it comes to references to comics, as I said, you can see that the creators have done their homework or know the comics well. What I liked the most was how the characters mock some of the texts of Batman and Ace (the dog who is the equivalent of Batman). It's not about making fun of his personal trauma, but about the fact that screenwriters so often remind of them as if no one knew the origin of this hero. I do not know how it is in the case of comics, but the creators of live-action productions exaggerate with frequent reminders of them. There were also funny jokes about the rest of the comic book heritage - the relationship between Batman and Superman, Luthor and Clark Kent, or other references, such as Lex Luthor and his hamster going bald due to kryptonite. I suspect if you know the comics better you'll get a lot more out of it than me and my girlfriend.

As for the characters, they have a simple design and character. I would even say that they are too simplistic, but IMO not enough to call them crude creations. In fact, there was enough room to add a few extra character traits to them, develop dialogue, and even if they were limited by pacing (I mean, they could slightly disrupt the pace of the action by having too many important scenes or texts that they have to include), they could spend an extra 5 or 10 minutes. This is a flaw, even if we are talking about a children's film, although I don't see it as a big mistake. I felt it only after the screening, when I was thinking about what I will write in the review. During the screening, I didn't feel it too much, because there was always something going on, the characters were talking to each other, generally there was almost always something distracting my attention, but in a good context. It didn't feel like it was forcibly added to distract me from the failing elements on a "don't look at what we failed...Look over there, there's cool stuff out there." As for the characters, at first I was a little disturbed by the small amount of human characters and the fact that Clark Kent is extremely polite, even a doll, but the film itself gives us a clear indication that it focuses on other characters, not to mention its contents. It's different with these smaller super-heroes. Each of them is charming in its own way. Yes, the gloomy Ace also pales in comparison to the turtle, but he is also cute. Hmm... And it's hard for me to write anything more about them, because I don't see much point in describing each character as if it were school homework. They are likeable, I accepted them as heroes from the beginning, they have a cool design and I like them (except for the squirrel, which didn't get a single cool joke, it didn't really stand out with anything, it was 100% cliché without its own character), but I can't do anything interesting to say about them.

As for the animation and music, it will be an extremely short paragraph. In terms of graphics and CGI, it looks good, but... that's all I can say. I think Warner could have made a nicer animation and what we got looks like a second-class product, but I didn't mind at all. What I got met the minimum standards, so I'm satisfied. The music is random. If it wasn't for a few songs referring to classic Batman and Superman musical themes, then, for me, Steve Jablonsky's work would be equally well suited to several hundred other films. As long as this climate would suit. Listening to it while writing this review, I didn't hear anything really cool about it. It was ok, it fit the scenes, but there wasn't much creativity or tracks clearly associated with the DC universe.

I realize that my review may be unconvincing. I'm telling you that this is one of the best animations for children, but that's not what this review says. Well, maybe I can't put my thoughts into words... Anyway, we had a lot of fun and I hope we get a sequel. Reportedly, Warner gave the go-ahead for the next part, even though BoxOffice's results were not very high (in the end, the film either recouped its production costs or earned little, although the forecasts were worse at the beginning). Well, I'd love to see a sequel. It's been a long time since I've been waiting for a sequel to an animated film as much as in this case. 8/10 from me.

Poszukujecie jakiejś nowej, świeżej animacji, która będzie wyraźnie odstawała od Disney'owskich i Pixarowych produkcji, a jednocześnie będzie się opierać na znanej marce, będzie fajna i family friendly? Mam coś dla Was! Początkowo nie byłem nią zainteresowany, ale po przeczytaniu kilku pozytywnych recenzji, stwierdziłem że dodam ten film do listy plan 2 watch. Trzymam tam tytuły, które oglądamy, gdy nie możemy się dogadać, co chcemy wspólnie obejrzeć. Myślałem, że będzie to kolejna dobra animacja, przy której spędzimy miło czas, ale zapomnę o niej za pół roku (tzn. będę pamiętał na zasadzie "No, widziałem, fajne było, ale niewiele już mogę powiedzieć o tej bajce". Okazało się że jest inaczej. Nie jest to poziom "Soul", ale bawiliśmy się bardzo dobrze! Często śmialiśmy się, komentowaliśmy kreatywne pomysły twórców, ja bardzo chwaliłem ich za mądre easter-eggi i nawiązania do komiksów, czy postaci DC oraz cały "wholesome" klimat. Rzadko kiedy to mówię, ale ten film jest uniwersalnie dobry (i działa ona na korzyść tej produkcji)! Zarówno dla fanów komiksów, ludzi którzy coś tam o nich wiedzą, ale niezbyt wiele (czyli ja), dzieci, jak i starszych odbiorców - zarówno ojców, jak i młodych dziadków, którym nie obce są tego typu tytuły (tzn. co prawda byli za starzy na te bajki, ale coś tam o nich wiedzą, tak jak nasi rodzice prawie kilkadziesiąt lat temu, nie najgorzej znali DBZ, mimo że nie znają anime). Dziewczyn i chłopców, mężczyzn i kobiet. Może to są zbyt mocne słowa, ale jak dla mnie to jedna z lepszych i oryginalniejszych (w pewnym sensie) animacji z ostatnich kilkunastu lat.

Fabuła początkowo skupia się na przedstawieniu relacji między Clarkiem Kentem, a jego psem o imieniu Krypto. Czy w zasadzie, przede wszystkim na psie, jego problemach i postrzeganiu świata z jego perspektywy. Jest to wręcz podręcznikowa klisza wielu filmów familijnych, czy animacji. I co tu jest oryginalnego? Jak dla mnie wynika to ze skupienia się na zwierzętach i odstawieniu Ligi Sprawiedliwości na drugi, a może nawet trzeci plan (w kwestii niektórych jej członków - czyli tych poza Supermanem i Batmanem, zwłaszcza Clarkiem Kentem). Jest też jeden z powodów (choć ten wydaje mi się być już mniej oryginalny, bo w różnych kreskówkach, zarówno tych tanich, jak i drogich, spotkałem się z takim pomysłem) - zwierzęcy bohaterowie mają co najmniej jedną cechę, dzięki której można ich połączyć z bohaterami Ligi. Może są to zbyt odważne słowa i jak je czytacie, to się dziwicie moim słowom, ale w trakcie seansu taka myśl pojawiła się w mojej głowie przynajmniej kilka razy. I tak, wiem o istnieniu "Zootopia" i podobnych do nich filmów oraz kreskówek. Kontynuując, jeden z arcywrogów JL, wraz ze swoim chomikiem, wymyślili sposób na schwytanie najpotężniejszego bohatera w świecie DC i przejęcie władzy nad światem. Tylko Krypto i jego nowo poznani koledzy mogą ich powstrzymać! Szczegółów nie będę zdradzał, bo nie ma to sensu - już i tak opowiedziałem dostatecznie dużo, a resztę możecie sobie łatwo uzupełnić w głowie. Tak, nie jest ona skomplikowana, ale została bardzo dobrze napisana. Nie ma nudnych fragmentów, tempo jest odpowiednio wyważone, jest dość dużo dobrego humoru (Marvel, możecie się od nich uczyć)... Co prawda niektórzy bohaterowie mogą Was zdziwić (i nie mam tu na myśli zmiany koloru skóry, czy nieco innego designu w paru przypadkach), ale ich rola jest na tyle niewielka, że można IMO przymknąć na to oko. Jeśli chodzi o nawiązania do komiksów, to jak już mówiłem, widać że twórcy odrobili lekcje lub dobrze znają komiksy. Najbardziej mi się podobało to, jak bohaterowie kpią z niektórych tekstów Batmana i Ace'a (psa, który jest odpowiednikiem Batmana). Nie chodzi o naśmiewanie się z jego osobistej traumy, tylko tego, że scenarzyści tak często o nich przypominają tak, jakby nikt nie znał genezy tego bohatera. Nie wiem, jak jest w przypadku komiksów, ale twórcy produkcji aktorskich przesadzają z częstym przypominaniem o nich. Zabawne były też żarty odnoszące się do reszty komiksowego dziedzictwa - relacji między Batmanem, a Supermanem, Luthorem i Clarkiem Kentem, czy inne nawiązania, jak np. to, że Lex Luthor i jego chomik wyłysieli z powodu kryptonitu. Podejrzewam, że jeżeli lepiej znacie komiksy, to wyciągnięcie z tego dużo więcej niż ja i moja dziewczyna.

Jeśli chodzi o postacie, to te mają prosty design i charakter. Powiedziałbym nawet, że są za bardzo uproszczeni, ale IMO nie na tyle, by nazwać ich prostackimi kreacjami. Fakt, było dość dużo przestrzeni, by dodać im kilka dodatkowych cech charakteru, rozwinąć dialogi i nawet jeśli ograniczał ich pacing (chodzi mi o to, że mogliby nieco zaburzyć tempo akcji przez nadmiar ważnych scen lub tekstów, które muszą uwzględnić), to mogli poświęcić na to dodatkowych 5, czy 10 minut. Jest to wada, nawet jeżeli mówimy o filmie dla dzieci, aczkolwiek nie postrzegam tego jako duży błąd. Odczułem to dopiero po seansie, gdy myślałem o tym, co napiszę w recenzji. W trakcie seansu nie odczuwałem tego zbyt mocno, bo ciągle coś się działo, bohaterowie rozmawiali między sobą, generalnie prawie zawsze coś odciągało moją uwagę, ale w dobrym kontekście. Nie czułem się, jakby to było dodane na siłę, by odciągnąć moją uwagę od nieudanych elementów na zasadzie "nie patrz na to, co nam się nie udało... Patrz tam, tam są fajne rzeczy." Jeśli chodzi o bohaterów, to na początku trochę mi przeszkadzał niewielki udział ludzkich bohaterów oraz fakt, że Clark Kent jest wybitnie ugrzeczniony, wręcz jest lalusiem, ale film samym swoim tytułem daje nam wyraźny znak, że skupia się on na innych postaciach, nie wspominając o jego treści. Co innego w przypadku tych mniejszych super-herosów. Każdy z nich jest uroczy na swój sposób. Tak, posępny Ace również, co prawda blado wypada przy żółwicy, ale też jest uroczy. Hm... No i trudno mi cokolwiek więcej o nich napisać, bo nie widzę większego sensu w opisywaniu każdego bohatera, jakby to było zadanie domowe ze szkoły. Są sympatyczni, zaakceptowałem ich jako bohaterów już na początku, mają fajny design i lubię ich (poza wiewiórką, który nie dostał ani jednego fajnego żartu, nie wyróżniał się praktycznie niczym, był 100% kliszą bez własnego charakteru), ale nie jestem w stanie nic ciekawego o nich powiedzieć.

Jeśli chodzi o animację i muzykę, to będzie wyjątkowo krótki akapit. W kwestii oprawy graficznej i CGI, to wygląda to nieźle, ale... to tyle, co mogę powiedzieć. Wydaje mi się, że Warner mógł zrobić ładniejszą animację i to co dostaliśmy wygląda jak produkt drugiej ligi, ale kompletnie mi to nie przeszkadzało. To co dostałem spełniło minimalne standardy, więc jestem usatysfakcjonowany. Muzyka jest randomowa. Gdyby nie kilka piosenek nawiązujących do klasycznych motywów muzycznych Batmana i Supermana, to jak dla mnie robota Steve'a Jablonsky'ego nadawałaby się równie dobrze do kilkuset innych filmów. O ile pasowałby ten klimat. Słuchając go podczas pisania tej recenzji, nie usłyszałem w nim nic naprawdę fajnego. Było ok, pasowało do scen, ale niewiele w tym było kreatywności lub utworów ewidentnie kojarzących się z uniwersum DC.

Zdaję sobie sprawę, że moja recenzja może być nieprzekonywująca. Mówię Wam, że to jedna z najlepszych animacji dla dzieci, ale to nie wynika z tej recenzji. Cóż, może nie umiem zmienić moich myśli w słowa... Tak czy inaczej, bawiliśmy się bardzo dobrze i mam nadzieję, że dostaniemy sequel. Podobno Warner dał zielone światło na tworzenie kolejnej części, mimo że wyniki BoxOffice nie były zbyt wysokie (ostatecznie film albo zwrócił koszty produkcji albo niewiele zarobił, choć na początku prognozy były gorsze). I dobrze, chętnie obejrzę kontynuację. Już od dawna nie czekałem na sequel jakiegoś filmu animowanego tak bardzo, jak w tym przypadku. Ode mnie 8/10.
