Judas Iscariot is a character in the film Jesus Christ SuperStar in which this review will be focused on which is played by Carl Anderson who I think lived the greatest moment of inspiration in his life to film this movie and give life to this character because what I have seen of his interpretation is something universal that transcends in the stars of the celestial firmament.

Praise to his performance, when I see things like this either in real life or in movies, are experiences that are on another level, I had not seen this movie until yesterday but I remember very well that my dad named it in life, I was very small when I heard that phrase SUPERSTAR so striking haha, what an experience it must have been to see and live this in the cinema to see that Judas Iscariot who sings tempests in the insanity of his impure devotion.

I think you can tell how much I love this character in general, it is Easter and the best time to dedicate this review to him is a Resurrection Sunday where the echo of his message, morals and betrayal are of great value in the narrative of our real world as well as the one raised in the film since this work is inspired by this holy story.

Judas Iscariote es un personaje del film Jesus Christ SuperStar en el que va a estar enfocada esta reseña el cual esta interpretado por Carl Anderson que pienso vivió el mayor momento de inspiración en su vida al filmarse esta película y darle vida a este personaje porque lo que he visto de su interpretación es algo universal que trasciende en las estrellas del firmamento celestial.

Alabanzas a su performance, cuando veo cosas así ya sea en la vida real o en películas, son experiencias que están a otro nivel, no había visto esta película hasta ayer pero si recuerdo muy bien que mi papa la nombro en vida, estaba muy pequeño cuando escuche esa frase SUPERSTAR tan llamativa jaja, que experiencia debe haber sido ver y vivir esto en el cine al ver ese Judas Iscariote que canta tempestades en la demencia de su devoción impura.

Pienso se nota lo mucho que quiero a este personaje a nivel general, es Semana Santa y el mejor momento para dedicarle esta reseña es un Domingo de Resurrección donde el eco de su mensaje, moralejas y traición son de mucho valor en la narrativa de nuestro mundo real así como también el planteado en la película ya que esta obra esta inspirada en es relato santo.

En el video de un canal verificado de youtube les comparto una de las canciones del personaje Judas en esta película como un ejemplo de lo que vas a conseguir en el film y animarte a verlo si no lo haz visto y para aquellos que ya han visto el film, ustedes saben que ese momento es Glorioso, Magnifico y la Fe en su estado mas puro.

Desde pequeño me ha llamado mucho la atención el personaje de Judas por lo castigado que es pero es uno que cumple su misión, este tipo de personajes que se pasean como un Péndulo entre el bien y el mal son muy atractivos y divertidos de analizar para mi, por eso le dedico esta Reseña a ese buen Judas.

Soy católico pero el concepto religión como tal nunca ha sido de mi interés, lo que si ha sido de mi interés es tener la Fe de que hay algo mas después de la muerte para que mi existencia al menos en alma continué y no se pierda.

This I say is not only in that scene, it remains constant throughout the film with a Judas Titan that I consider the best actor in the film.

There are many things to highlight about this work but Carl Anderson, what he did here in this film is unmatched and unique.

Cuando veo este tipo de performance como la realizada por Carl Anderson cantando Heaven on Their Minds.... creo aun mas en que si existirá algo mas después de la muerte porque la Fe que veo en su forma de cantar, el enfoque de cámara, ese vestuario de color Rojo Sangre Santa junto a su rostro convencido de lo que canta.... son cosas que impresionan.

Es como si viera parte del alma de este actor depositada en el personaje de Judas, el como camina, como se expresa hacía Jesús desde la lejanía en la piedra que esta sentado meditando para luego explotar diciendo todo lo que siente su ser. Esto que digo no es solo en esa escena, se mantiene constante durante toda la película con un Judas Titan que considero es el mejor actor del film.

Son muchas cosas a resaltar de esta obra pero Carl Anderson, lo que él hizo aquí en este film es inigualable y único.

That scene I felt petrified when I saw it because I hear again his powerful song but with the abrupt interruption of repentance and I see there the body of Judas hanging, it's crazy, in fact it left me wondering how they filmed that specific part, it left me traumatized but positive haha, I really liked what I saw there because it was an entertaining repentance to the sound of his song.

All Humans are traitors in essence and soul, some stand out more than others, others enjoy them more than others but there will always be the regret and concern that may not weigh much in the balance to be judged because in the end we are imperfect, this is the biggest reflection that leaves me JUDAS ISCARIOT SUPERSTAR.

Una de sus escenas que quiero resaltar es cuando Judas se ahorca luego de traicionar a Jesus con un Beso en La mejilla, momento del cual esto último lo pueden ver como una representación en el poster que les comparto al final de esta reseña.

Esa escena me sentí petrificado al verla porque vuelvo a escuchar su potente canción pero con la interrupción abrupta del arrepentimiento y veo allí el cuerpo de Judas colgado, es una locura, de hecho me dejo pensando como filmaron esa parte en específico, me dejo traumado pero a positivo jaja, me gusto mucho lo que vi allí porque fue un arrepentimiento entretenido al sonido de su canción.

Todos los Humanos son traidores en esencia y alma, algunos se destacan mas que otros, otros los disfrutan mas que otros pero siempre estará el arrepentimiento y la preocupación que tal vez no pese mucho en la balanza al ser juzgados porque a la final somos imperfectos, esta es la mayor reflexión que me deja JUDAS ISCARIOTE SUPERSTAR.

Since I started reviewing a few years ago, I am encouraged every year at Easter to see a new film in what I consider is the genre of the passages of Jesus in his crucifixion, there are several films of this topic that focus only on that narrative or are inspired to give their own version of that story of power that is celebrated on these dates.

This film called Jesus Christ SuperStar is psychedelia of the most exotic and high in purity that dopes the senses of religion and reflection in an extremely entertaining way, I never expected to get what I saw in this film.

The greatest feeling I can write is that it was another way to live Easter watching this movie haha, usually we are used to the heaviness in the seriousness of this type of films that focus on this story and how not to be so by the tone of the date that includes the death of a being that for many is one of the greatest representations of their spirituality in one of the worst sufferings that can live and in the representation of what this event means.

Desde que empece a Reseñar hace algunos años, me estoy animando a cada año en Semana Santa ver una nueva película en lo que considero es el genero de los pasajes de Jesus en su crucifixión, hay variadas películas de este tópico que se enfocan solo en esa narración o se inspiran para dar su propia versión de ese relato de poder que se celebra en estas fechas.

Este film llamado Jesus Christ SuperStar es psicodelia de la mas exótica y alta en pureza que dopa los sentidos de religión y reflexión de una forma en extremo entretenida, nunca de la vida me espere conseguir lo que vi en esta película.

La mayor sensación que puedo escribir es que fue otra forma de vivir la Semana Santa el ver esta película jaja, generalmente estamos acostumbrados a la pesadez en la seriedad de este tipo de películas que se enfocan en esta historia y como no ser así por el tono de la fecha que incluye la muerte de un ser que para muchos es de las mas grandes representaciones de su espiritualidad en uno de los peores sufrimientos que se puede vivir y en la representación de lo que ese evento significa.

Usually when I see this kind of movies, the feeling that should rule is reflective sadness but in this one I was almost left dancing haha, you have to see that trailer to grasp what I write because it is a 180 degree turn to the way of telling this story that so many know keeping the message or the morals of what it wants to convey.

Es un Film Musical muy bueno, de los mejores que he visto, las canciones se quedaron en mi mente, claro esta no todas están al mismo nivel pero por mencionar una, la canción de Judas no me canso de escucharla, es grato ver un film y que sucedan este tipo de cosas que felizmente me acompañaran hasta que mi alma deje mi cuerpo y le toque pagar por sus pecados jaja.

Estoy como un niño contento con lo que he visto porque es una sensación y película que me acompañara por décadas y la recordare felizmente cada semana santa.

Generalmente cuando veo este tipo de películas, el sentimiento que debe gobernar es tristeza reflexiva pero en esta casi que quede bailando jaja, tienes que ver ese trailer para captar lo que escribo porque es un giro de 180 grados a la forma de contar esta historia que tantos conocen manteniendo el mensaje o las moralejas de lo que se quiere transmitir.

In fact you can notice it in the image in which they happily see Jesus walking with his flock but there are elements of that image that do not fit in time, that I found the most striking haha, it was very entertaining to see those Apostles represented in such a drastic and radically different way both in costumes and facial expressions.

El elemento Religión esta presente por tanto cualquiera que me lea y no crea en Jesus, de igual manera puede ver esta película porque es lo suficientemente libre en la forma de expresar su idea que conecta con la Modernidad actual.

Es un film de la década de los 70 pero como idea se mantiene vigente, por eso pienso todos la podemos ver y disfrutar independientemente de la creencia religiosa que cada uno tenga.

De hecho lo pueden notar en la imagen en la que felizmente ven a Jesus pasear junto a su rebaño pero hay elementos de esa imagen que no encajan en tiempo, eso me ha parecido de lo mas llamativo jaja, era muy entretenido ver a esos Apóstoles representados de una forma tan drástica y radicalmente diferente tanto en vestuarios como en expresiones faciales.

Comparto con ustedes que uno de los personajes de la narrativa que inspira este tipo de películas el cual siempre ha llamado mi atención es Judas pero nunca había podido ver un film que de mucho mas de él.... hasta ahora.

Con este film felizmente puedo decir que he visto al Judas Iscariote PERFECTO, la versión definitiva de este personaje maldito y condenado por la humanidad en lo que considero es injusto y es allí la razón de que me encante tanto este personaje en la narrativa.

De hecho a su momento le dedicare un post exclusivamente a él en detalle con sus escenas, en esta reseña solo quiero que sepas es mi personaje favorito del film, es que coloca a todo el resto de personajes en su puño y los tritura como polvo.

Caifás es potente cuando canta, mucha atención a este personaje porque si que transmite maldad y villanía.

En el caso de María Magdalena me encanto que se enfocaran en ella y no en la madre de Jesús, se que la mama es importante pero Magdalena es una mujer de mucha enseñanza, fue otra perspectiva de la que ya estoy acostumbrado a ver de la típica madre en sufrimiento, entonces poder escuchar mas de lo que piensa esa Mujer que también fue importante en la vida de Jesús me agrado mucho porque es un personaje que se lo merece.

Te invito a ver este film de culto, créeme que quedaras con ganas de bailar y cantar Hosanna in The Sky.
