Movie Review:

In the beginning of the movie, our main character Om Prakash is seen trying to become a hero in various stages and always walks around dressed like a hero. Om Prakash is an ordinary family boy but dreams of becoming a big hero and his mother blesses him wholeheartedly. One day Om Prakash was standing in front of a poster of his favorite heroine Shantipriya expressing his thoughts and Om Prakash's mother heard these words and blessed him to meet and touch Shantipriya very soon. A few days later, the mother's words came true, allowing Om Prakash to meet and touch his favorite heroine.

Also, Shantipriya is happy to see a fan like Om Prakash and greets him from a distance. Om Prakash, on the other hand, gets a cameo in his favorite heroine's movie and risks his life to save Shantipriya from a terrible fire during the shoot. This leads to Om Prakash's good friendship with Shantipriya and it turns out that Om Prakash is a wonderful junior artist and shows all his works to Shantipriya. After that Om Prakash learns that Shantipriya and director Mukesh got married 2 years ago. The two of them are working on a movie keeping this marriage news a secret and in the meantime Shantipriya gets pregnant and kills Shantipriya with a movie set.

Om Prakash also dies trying to save Shantipriya and is reincarnated that night when the movie's superhero Rajesh Kapoor's child is born. As a result, the dream of the previous life is fulfilled in a wonderful way as Om Kapoor through reincarnation and on his birthday all the fans give him lots of love. After that, Om Kapoor visits a location for the shooting of his new movie and that location is the place where Om Prakash and Shantipriya were killed in their previous lives.

Apparently, as soon as Om Kapoor goes to that old place, his previous memories come back and once upon a time Om Kapoor can remember all the events of that day and night. Om Kapoor realizes that he has been reincarnated and Mukesh brutally kills Shantipriya by setting him on fire in his previous life. Later, at an award ceremony, Om Kapoor is seen holding the award for Best Actor, telling everyone about his previous birth, which surprises his friend Pappu from the previous birth.

Soon after, Om Kapoor meets his previous birth mother and friend. Along with that they plan to make a movie called Om Shanti Om to punish a famous director Mukesh who killed Shantipriya and accordingly find a heroine for the movie where Shantipriya is also reincarnated. As a result, Om Kapoor starts his movie brilliantly and scares Mukesh tremendously. In the next plane scene, Om Kapoor brilliantly portrays Shantipriya's murder in the movie and while punishing Mukesh, Shantipriya's spirit comes and kills Mukesh in the same way.
