I remember having seen the first movie a few years ago, without many memories about the story but that didn't stop the movie to be at least entertaining for what it should be in the basics and that taking into account that after this movie, the current DC universe will be rebooted...so it's not even clear if what you see here would have importance later so the story itself might not end up very transcendental... ...…
