Algo que realmente no me gusta de la película, es que desde el principio te dicen que Percy es el ladrón del rayo, lo cuál no tiene sentido, porque Percy primero es caído de la mata (Distraído) y segundo no cree que existan semidioses, ni nada de eso. O sea Zeus el Dios del rayo prácticamente dice: “Percy es el ladrón, porque un semi dios se robó el rayo y yo creo que es el hijo de mi hermano”, pero señor, existe un campamento para semidioses, dónde están muchos hijos de dioses, como Percy le va a robar el rayo, no ve que ni sabe que su padre es un Dios. Quizás en el libro expliquen eso mejor, pero en la película es una información que queda al aire y te deja pensando en cómo lo van a inculpar si no sabe ni sus verdaderos orígenes.

Si hablamos del vestuario realmente es genial, es muy bueno excepto cuando están batallando en el campamento con sus cascos de gladiadores, eso no me gustó solo porque los cascos se veían muy falsos y parecía que tuviesen una escoba de barrer en la cabeza, a eso creo que le faltó producción. Pero no me puedo quejar porque es algo mínimo y realmente no es que estén usando cascos durante toda la película, así que básicamente no afecta en nada y se puede ignorar. Pero algo que si me encanta de la película son los efectos especiales te dejan enamorado de la película, ya lo mencioné pero son muy buenos.

Realmente está película tiene muy pocas cosas de las que uno se pueda quejar. Algo grande de lo que si me puedo quejar, es que la segunda película quedó inconclusa, faltaba una tercera entrega y no la sacaron nunca, aunque no sé si saben, pero Disney va a sacar una serie de Percy Jackson inspirada 100% en los libros, aunque claramente no tendrá el mismo elenco, no estoy tan feliz por eso, pero que se le hace, igual me gustaría verla. De hecho mientras hacía este post estaba buscando una información de Percy Jackson y descubrí que en la primera película eliminaron unas escenas que hubiesen quedado genial en la historia, es decir según lo que leí hay dos escenas eliminadas, pero la que ayuda a entender cuál será la segunda película es en la cual nos dicen que cuándo están manejando hacia Nashville, Grover se siente culpable por el secuestro de la madre de Percy, a lo que Percy le dice que no se sienta culpable. Pero Grover le dice que él ha fallado antes con una hija de Zeus, Thalia. Esa escena hubiera quedado muy genial ya que la segunda película tiene mucho que ver con Thalia. Realmente estoy esperando por leer los libros porque estás películas fueron muy buenas así que seguramente los libros son mejores y eso me emociona.

Sinceramente les puedo decir que está película se lleva 9/10⭐ No le doy el 10 porque la historia quedó inconclusa y por lo que anteriormente les mencioné que no me gusto. Pero fuera de se las recomiendo muchísimo.

It’s actually a lot of fun. The young cast is charming and funny. They are surrounded by some great veteran actors. The story moves and the effects aren’t half bad.
