Hey everyone,
Maybe this has got to be the longest two weeks of my life.
Yeah, you heard that right, two weeks straight of no breaks, and who knows, maybe I am scheduled for the weekend again. I’m not complaining, tho, but I'm mostly running on fumes.
I was supposed to finish writing last night, but my best friend called me. She has this habit of checking on me during the full moon "just checking if you're on your period tantrums again" only to find out she's the one who needs to vent. Lol, good thing Ellie is surprisingly stable these days.
Talking about stability, as a woman, you have to make sure you find your rock. I mean, we are really a lot ...fun, yes, tender, yes, delicious, but way too emotional and unstable. Having a hot, intelligent partner with money is cool. I remember reading a couple of rants from some guys here complaining about "transactional relationship golddigger shit" (cackles), but overlooking a man's ability to handle you at your worst... and you know, handling a woman on her period is just a prequel, a trailer of what's about to come. Like a horror movie.
Women are always receptive. We absorb, we receive and men, with their masculine energy, give assurance, protection, comfort, love, and stability. Because imagine having a partner who is a diva, like what my bestie has? Haha... damn, girl is about to marry Beyonce for real (shakes head).
It's an ongoing series amongst us, actually. I remember gossiping about that before, you know, the podcast thing? Her problem with her boyfriend is already like a podcast series, and we are waiting for Season 2 when she finally gets married. But well, like what I always tell her, "She chose that battle" (eye roll).
As a woman, the kindest thing you can get yourself is a stable partner. You know, a genius once said, "A daddy has to be a rock." That's shit funny and very sweet, tho! But on a serious note, get yourself a stable man, not just a wealthy one, because honey, what are you gonna do with all that money if you're in a straightjacket, tell me? Maybe not even the hottest, but oh damn, I love my hottie. Intelligent? Men could have the highest IQs but still have the EQ of a pea, and you know I'm not lying. Honestly, men are way more emotional than women, they're just too stubborn to admit that. And that's a common problem. some men don't really know how to handle emotions simply because they arent taught to show them, since to them, it's a sign of weakness.
Anyway, enough of that love advice. People fall in love in the most silly, unexpected ways, and Im not really judging her for that. Also, I am no expert when it comes to it either. I think most of us aren't immune to heartbreak. But yeah, the only advice I can give, coz my father, uncles and cousins would always remind me, is to find a stable man, because his stability will anchor the relationship, especially if you're an unhinged girl like me.
So this week, I am going to talk about some random songs from The Beatles for my #ThreeTuneTuesday. "Here Comes the Sun" has been playing in my head. I just had a new student and her name is Sunny.. such a very sweet, bright little girl. I will share our class recording soon, I just have to ask permission from her parents.
Before we begin, let's mention @ablaze, as this was his initiative.
Here Comes the Sun
I'm not really a fan of The Beatles, but I think their songs are cool. They are famous for synth pop and rock and roll, I'm not sure, I did not do research, so I'm open to corrections.
Ob-La-Di, Ob-La-Da
You know I always hear my mom singing this to our lab, Skye. She likes annoying the dog, and the dog is so done with her. Her annoyed bark is the funniest, so cute.
Let It Be
This is the very first song I learned to play on the piano. My grandma likes it too, and Nigel, my cousin, he's a Beatles fan, too. Boy has got good music taste, quite the opposite of his gf, who likes Doja Cat and Cardi B. "Certified freak, seven days a week..." Damn, girl's music taste is so embarrassing. There you go! It's just a short chit chat again(was it short?) I'm glad to be catching up. I actually have lots of content I want to share.. my Halloween story, Resident Evil game walkthrough, class recordings... I just can't put all of these into words as my mind is on autopilot. If I have time, I'm mostly asleep.
I hope you're all having a great week, getting a good amount of sleep, making money, and staying healthy and happy!
Ellie 💕
