[Introduction]
Despite high expectations and demanding source material, the first season of Fallout was universally praised. From experienced gamers, newbies who know the series from other people's experiences (me), people who have been playing various games since childhood, but less than the above (my partner), and even regulars who have nothing to do with games. Well, aside from the knowledge that Doom, GTA, and Mortal Kombat are the work of Satan himself. The adaptation was praised for almost everything, and if there were any complaints, they were mostly for trivialities of little consequence. Sure, not all the storylines were interesting, some were embarrassing, but they remained consistent with the universe. It's like someone trying to adapt Warcraft into a film while avoiding the technology of the Goblins, Trolls, or Dwarves (especially the latter—steam tanks, miniature steam helicopters) because they clash tonally with Tolkien's fantasy. Yes, this sense of humor was mainly the domain of the second part and players criticized the differences between the first and second part, but the quality of the game and the passage of time and emotions made the differences blur.
The second season is a bit of a different story. I think it repeats the typical mistakes of the middle part of a trilogy. The point is, some series have an interesting introduction in the form of volume 1/season 1, a boring middle (because most of the best ideas ended up in parts 1 and 3), and an intriguing ending. Judging by what's been shown, it seems to me that the show's creators also have an idea for a trilogy, which suggests an ending for season 2. At least, that's how I interpret it. Although I liked some of the ideas (House's character, showing his origin story) and didn't want to criticize them initially, when I sat down to revise this text, I had to rewrite this paragraph. I even abandoned the revisions for 24 hours to reconsider my arguments, which ultimately didn't survive this internal confrontation. I don't care what the creators' intentions were, they don't save the execution. It was simply bad in almost every respect. It was so boring that people were overwhelmed by the episodes (not just me, people outside my bubble as well). Nothing important happened; the episodes were generally unnecessary. After that, things improve a bit, but not enough to make me remember this season for long. Aside from the last two masterful episodes.
The second season picks up roughly where the first left off. And even if I'm slightly mistaken, we're not starting a completely new story. We still have three characters whose fates intertwine: Maximus, a soldier of the Brotherhood of Steel; Lucy, the daughter of one of the main villains, formerly a vault dweller; and Ghoul, formerly an actor, now a mercenary. Each of them has their own goal to pursue. As for the plot, it can be summed up with a saying from video games: War, war never changes. Rich and powerful people are terrible beasts who change the world for their own gain, while ordinary people try to find their place in it. The story tells the story of a world after a nuclear war and people trying to navigate the new circumstances. Resource problems, battles with overgrown insects, mutants, super-mutants, other people—just the mundane. Since I'm ending the spoiler-free section here, I'll say this.

The series has its flaws, but the first three episodes are worth experiencing. Very good acting, a successful script, and a relatively high budget make up for most of the flaws. As an added bonus, the creators once again managed to convey the "difficulty level" through the characters. Maximus is a complete newbie (say, my partner, if we were to relocate her to the Fallout universe XD). Lucy is a noob who, due to her stupidity/arrogance/shortsightedness (pick one), would have died minutes after leaving the vault, but she's very lucky (like me XD). Ghoul, aka Cooper Howard, is a seasoned veteran who cut his teeth on this game. I'll elaborate on that later. Is it worth watching? If you're looking for an original production that respects the game's interesting world and expands on it, I recommend it. The same goes for other aspects. Similar to Season 1, the main strength of Season 2 is the Ghoul himself and his human past. I can't believe actor Walton Goggins never played a Fallout game! Perhaps someone explained to him how this world works, because his performance is perfect in every way. On the other hand, the concept of living in a post-nuclear world is nothing new. Looking at his past, I don't see an actor, but a character set in the era of "America's nuclear family." He speaks like an enemy of communists, and his body language reflects how many cinematic works depict people from that time. Observing his present, I see an expert in his field.
Thanks to his role, I can recommend this series to everyone – children and teenagers often adore such confident, edgy men. Even if our parents aren't familiar with the content on this topic, they at least had a theoretical opportunity to learn about it. According to Google AI, the creators of Fallout 1 drew inspiration from literature and films from the 1950s and '60s. From what I've read, the actor doesn't want to play games so as not to distort his vision. I'm not surprised by this attitude; apparently, many lines and scenes were originally intended to be slightly different, but Walton said his character wouldn't have acted that way. I don't know if this is my overinterpretation, but apparently he was like Taylor Sheridan, saying, "No, fuck it, I'll have it my way!"
Or maybe it's a synergy effect: great creators who know the game and what works and how to translate it to TV screens (I know from fans who played it in '97, '98, and '99 that this is true. Reviews of the series reminded me of stories from friends or articles from the gaming industry). The budget is appropriate (neither too small nor too large), without making the work difficult. The point is that too low a budget imposes too many constraints, while too large a budget makes the creators lazy. His role is perfect. There are no weak moments. Some would point to his relationship with a Black actress, but heh heh, not this time. Many people complain, rightly so, that Black and white relationships come off as artificial on screen. It's very rare for me to feel that two actors could even be in a relationship on a FWB basis, let alone survive for several years with a small child. Not all casting directors can find two actors who are on the same wavelength. It's different here – I feel sexual tension, deeper feelings, mutual interest, genuine sadness, anger, and, much less frequently, joy. Their relationship is intensely emotional and romantic, yet at the same time, it exudes a naturalness. You can sense that they are also serious people who love each other in a mature, not adolescent, way.
It's not exactly the best example of chemistry, i.e., I know better examples (I prefer the relationships from, say, Gilded Age), but that's a minor detail. Frances Turner and Walton Goggins played their roles so well that I can overlook this minor imperfection. Especially since, supposedly, chemistry loses its intensity in a long-term relationship, but other things gain, such as mutual understanding. Although the couple argues quite often (and these sometimes turn into... well, they did, given the flashbacks, arguments), they never lose respect for each other. It's clear that in controversial situations, they try to understand the other's motivations. They both want to save their family, but in a way they feel is right. Sometimes the words are too strong, but I'm no longer a teenager and I know that's what adult life is like. Sometimes we yell at each other using vulgar language because that's the emotional intensity of a relationship. When I saw "their finale," I felt similar feelings to the sad ending of the Yellowstone spin-off. It resonated more strongly there, but that's due to the greater coherence of Taylor Sheridan's series. I won't comment on that finale to avoid spoilers. I'll say this: Absolute cinema.
And right in the middle is Walton Goggings, who plays so fucking brilliantly that you can't even see Ghoul looking at him. No, you see a fucking game master who's been to every vault, knows every Fallout pattern by heart (I don't know how much randomness there is in Fallout games), and shoots every weapon with equal skill. When the action begins and Ghoul enters the arena, all eyes are on him. A few reviewers and I got the sense during the screening that he's the type of guy who plays at a VERY HARD level and literally blows everything in his path away.
This is most evident when he and Lucy are walking through the wasteland. I cry with laughter every time I see a comedic scene involving them. For example, a conversation about drugs, during which Cooper Howard acts like an older friend. One who saw his brave friend "hit herself" and doesn't yet know that as soon as the phase wears off, she'll be faced with a giant hangover. Or a lesson about why humans, as a species, so often act selfishly and hurtfully towards others. They have amazing chemistry – the old and strong veteran, a true legend, and the lucky noob with a charming face. The relationship is like Hisoka and Gon from the anime, in a sense. An explanation for those unfamiliar with the HxH anime – Gon is a talented but naive and sometimes foolish young man. Hisoka is like Cooper – a cynical man with his own agenda, who appreciates his naivety. Ghoul simply looks at the situation like a car mechanic with 50 years of experience who knows everything about vehicle problems. His sarcastic comments or expressions with an unspoken, "Okay, off you go, brave little girl."
The Brotherhood of Steel storyline wasn't very interesting to me. Some cool things were happening (a really well-executed storyline with the children that expanded Maximus's character), the war began, we got world development, and there were plenty of funny moments, but for me, the most important part of it all was the development of Maximus's character. In Season 1, he was such a nice boy, and here we see a mature (mentally) young man. I'd love for him to accompany Ghoul on his journey next season. While I prefer the Ghoul x Lucy pairing, the actor and Maximus also have the potential for a great relationship. This was beautifully evident before the finale, when they embarked on a shared quest. Both were probing each other, not believing the other's assurances. Each for a different reason. Cooper Howard is a son of a bitch trying to be good, and a member of the Brotherhood of Steel is a good man who has to become a son of a bitch, at least partially. As for the war... It's an interesting, but rather clichéd, trope. Aside from one sequence, nothing surprised me, but at least I wasn't complaining.
Although there are a few more things I wanted to mention, I decided against it during the writing process. The storylines I didn't mention can be divided into two groups: boring and those that might foreshadow something interesting... Or not, it's hard to say at this stage. The idea of a new Roman Empire mainly amused my partner and ultimately led us nowhere. Although it's nice to see Kevin on the small screen, just... a little older.
The Vault storylines are generally boring and repeat themes from the first season. In Season 1 and at the beginning of this piece, I defended these elements because they were part of the worldbuilding. Season 2 repeats them too much and doesn't expand on them enough. If it weren't for the one-eye (and related elements) and the crew on the surface, I would have rated it much lower. Perhaps I would have changed my rating if this segment had been shortened, limiting it to only the most interesting themes. In this format, they only take up space for truly intriguing storylines. I know a series needs to continue its storylines, sometimes add a bit of filler (just like we sometimes add a bit more pasta, groats, rice, or potatoes to dinner as fillers so the plate doesn't look too empty), but here it only bothered me. In fact, I'll go further – it was more noticeable than in lesser series, for which I have lower expectations.
In summary, while I don't have much reason to complain, the quality of the series and adaptation alone wouldn't have been enough to keep my attention. I agree with my partner and many internet users that if it weren't for Ghoul and his journey, Lucy and Maximus wouldn't have been able to maintain the series' high standard. I haven't mentioned the music, but a brief summary will suffice to describe my impressions – the soundtrack is just as excellent as in Season 1. The songs add additional layers of atmosphere and connect organically with the present, whether I'm talking about the desert, crypts, or other locations. I hope the main story concludes with Season 3. There's always room for a spin-off that tells a different story. The Fallout universe is exceptionally vast, as evidenced by its diversity – Fallout 1, Fallout 2, and Fallout: Tactics are vastly different from each other... Or at least that's what many players I've met have said. Their opinions differ in detail, sometimes minor, sometimes major, but they agree on many points.

Adaptacja była chwalona niemal za wszystko, a jeśli już zdarzały się narzekania, to głównie za pierdoły bez dużego znaczenia. Jasne, nie wszystkie wątki były ciekawe, niektóre żenowały, ale pozostawały zgodne z tym uniwersum. To tak jakby ktoś chciał zekranizować WarCrafta unikając technologii Goblinów, Trolli, czy Krasnoludów (zwłaszcza tych ostatnich - czołgi parowe, miniaturowe helikoptery parowe), bo gryzą się tonalnie z Tolkienowskim fantasy. Tak, takie poczucie humoru było domeną głównie drugiej części i gracze krytykowali różnice między 1, a 2 częścią, ale jakość gry oraz upływ czasu i emocji sprawiły, że różnice zatarły się.
Drugi sezon to trochę inna bajka. Wydaje mi się, że powiela typowe błędy dla środkowej części trylogii. Chodzi o to, że niektóre serie mają ciekawe wprowadzenie w postaci 1 tomu / 1 sezonu, nudny środek (bo większość najlepszych pomysłów trafiło do 1 i 3 części) i intrygujące zakończenie. Wydaje mi się po tym co pokazano, że twórcy serialu również mają pomysł na trylogię, sugeruje to zakończenie 2 sezonu. A przynajmniej ja to tak interpretuję. Choć podobały mi się niektóre pomysły (postać House'a, pokazanie jego genezy) i nie chciałem ich początkowo krytykować, to gdy zasiadłem do poprawy tego tekstu, musiałem przepisać ten akapit. Nawet porzuciłem poprawki na 24h, by przemyśleć swoje argumenty, które ostatecznie nie przetrwały tej wewnętrznej konfrontacji. Nie obchodzi mnie, jakie twórcy mieli intencje, one nie ratują wykonania. To wyszło po prostu źle pod prawie każdym względem. Było nudne do tego stopnia, że ludzie przysypali na odcinkach (nie tylko ja, ludzie spoza mojej bańki również). Nie działo się nic ważnego, generalnie zbędne odcinki. Potem sytuacja trochę się poprawia, ale nie na tyle, bym zapamiętał ten sezon na długo. Pomijając dwa ostatnie, mistrzowskie odcinki.
Drugi sezon zaczyna się mniej więcej w tym momencie, gdzie pierwszy się skończył. A nawet jeśli trochę się mylę, to nie zaczynamy zupełnie nowej opowieści. Ciągle mamy 3 bohaterów, których losy przeplatają się. Maximus, żołnierz Bractwa Stali. Lucy, córka jednego z głównych złych, dawniej mieszkanka krypty. Ghoul, dawniej aktor, a obecnie najemnik. Każdy z nich ma swój cel do którego dąży. Jeśli chodzi o fabułę, to można ją podsumować maksymą znaną z gier: War, war never changes. Bogaci i wpływowi ludzie to straszne bestie, które zmieniają świat dla własnych korzyści, a zwykli ludzie próbują się w nim odnaleźć. Fabuła opowiada o świecie po wojnie nuklearnej i ludziach, którzy próbują ułożyć życie w nowych okolicznościach. Problemy z zasobami, walka z przerośniętymi owadami, mutantami, super-mutantami, innymi ludźmi, po prostu proza życia. Z racji, że tutaj kończę część bezspoilerową, powiem tak.

Serial ma swoje wady, ale warto przeżyć pierwsze trzy odcinki. Bardzo dobre aktorstwo, niemniej udany scenariusz i dość wysoki budżet wynagradzają nam większość wad. Jako dodatkową zaletę powiem to, że twórcom znowu udało się pokazać "poziom trudności" poprzez postacie. Maximus to kompletny newbie (powiedzmy moja partnerka, gdyby przenieść ją do świata Fallout XD). Lucy to noob, która przez swoją głupotę / arogancję / krótkowzroczność (wybierz jedno) zginęłaby parę minut po wyjściu z krypty, ale ma dużo szczęścia (np. ja XD). Ghoul vel Cooper Howard to natomiast wyjadacz, który zjadł własne zęby na tej grze. Rozwinę to później. Czy warto oglądać? Jeśli szukacie oryginalnej produkcji, która szanuje ciekawy świat gry i go rozbudowuje - polecam. To samo w przypadku innych aspektów. Nie jest bez wad, ale nawet mimo nieco słabszego 2 sezonu, to wg. mnie, jedna z najlepszych serialowych produkcji ostatniej dekady. UWAGA! Dalej są spoilery!

Podobnie jak w 1 sezonie, główną zaletą S2, jest Ghoul sam w sobie i jego ludzka przeszłość. Aż nie chce mi się wierzyć, że aktor Walton Goggins nigdy nie grał w Fallouta! Być może ktoś mu wyjaśnił, jak działa ten świat, bo jego rola jest doskonała pod każdym względem. Chociaż z drugiej strony, koncept życia w świecie post-nuklearnym nie jest niczym nowym. Oglądając jego przeszłość, nie widzę aktora, tylko postać osadzoną w erze "atomowej rodziny Ameryki". Wypowiada się jak wróg komunistów, jego mowa ciała odpowiada temu, jak wiele dzieł kinematografii przedstawia ludzi w tamtym czasie. Obserwując jego teraźniejszość, widzę eksperta w swojej dziedzinie.
Dzięki jego roli można polecić ten serial każdemu - dzieci i nastolatki często uwielbiają takich pewnych siebie, edgy mężczyzn. Nawet jeśli nasi rodzice nie znają treści o tej tematyce, to mieli przynajmniej teoretyczną możliwość poznania tego. Wg AI Google'a, twórcy Fallout 1 czerpali inspiracje z literatury i filmów z lat '50 i '60. Z tego co przeczytałem, aktor nie chce grać w gry, by nie zaburzać swojej wizji. Nie dziwię się tej postawie, podobno wiele tekstów i scen pierwotnie miało wyglądać nieco inaczej, ale Walton powiedział, że jego bohater tak by się nie zachował. Nie wiem, czy to moja nadinterpretacja, ale podobno stawiał się jak Taylor Sheridan, czyli: "Nie i chuj, będzie po mojemu!"
Albo to efekt synergii: świetni twórcy, którzy znają grę i wiedzą, co w niej działa i jak to przenieść na ekrany telewizorów (wiem od fanów gier, którzy grali w nie w '97, '98 i '99 roku, że tak jest. Recenzje serialu przypomniały mi opowieści kolegów, czy teksty z branży gamingowej). Budżet jest odpowiedni (ani za mały ani za duży), nie utrudniając tym samym pracy. Chodzi o to, że zbyt niski budżet wiąże się ze zbyt dużymi ograniczeniami, a zbyt duży rozleniwia twórców. Jego rola jest perfekcyjna. Nie ma w niej słabych momentów. Niektórzy by wskazali na jego związek z Czarnoskórą aktorką, ale he he he, not this time. Wielu ludzi narzeka, skądinąd słusznie, że związki Czarnoskórych i Białych wypadają sztucznie na ekranie. Bardzo rzadko czuję, by dwójka aktorów mogłaby być ze sobą choćby na zasadzie FWB, a co dopiero przetrwać ze sobą kilka lat z małym dzieckiem. Nie wszyscy specjaliści od castingu potrafią dobrać dwóch aktorów nadających na podobnych falach. Tutaj jest inaczej - czuję napięcie seksualne, głębsze uczucie, obustronne zainteresowanie, autentyczny smutek, gniew i znacznie rzadziej, radość. Ich relacja jest bardzo emocjonalna i romantyczna, a jednocześnie, epatuje naturalnością. Czuć, że są też poważnymi ludźmi, którzy kochają się w dojrzały, a nie nastoletni sposób.
Nie jest to przykład najlepszej chemii, tj. znam lepsze przykłady (preferuję relacje z np. Gilded Age), ale to detal. Frances Turner i Walton Goggins tak dobrze wcielili się w swoje role, że mogę przymknąć oczy na tę drobną niedoskonałość. Tym bardziej, że podobno w dłuższej relacji chemia traci na intensywności, ale za to zyskują inne kwestie. Np. wzajemne zrozumienie. Choć para dość często sprzecza się (a te czasem przeradzają... no, przeradzały z uwagi na to, że obserwujemy retrospekcje, w kłótnie), to nigdy nie tracą wobec siebie szacunku. Widać, że w spornych sytuacjach, starają się zrozumieć motywacje drugiej strony. Oboje chcą zadbać o ratunek dla swojej rodziny, ale w taki sposób, jaki wydaje im się słuszny. Czasem padną zbyt mocne słowa, ale nie jestem już nastolatkiem i wiem, że tak wygląda życie dorosłych. Czasem wrzeszczymy na siebie używając wulgarnych słów, bo taka jest siła emocji w relacji. Gdy zobaczyłem "ich finał", to czułem podobne uczucia, co przy smutnym zakończeniu spin-offu Yellowstone. Tam mocniej to wybrzmiało, ale to zasługa większej koherentności serialu Taylora Sheridana. Nie będę komentował tego finału, by nie zaspoilerować. Powiem tak: Absolute cinema.
A w samym środku jest Walton Goggings, który gra tak kurwa doskonale, że patrząc na niego nie widzisz Ghoula. Nie, widzisz pierdolonego mistrza gry, który był w każdej krypcie, zna na pamięć każdy schemat w Fallout (nie wiem, jak wiele losowości jest w grach z tej serii), a każdą bronią strzela równie wybornie. Gdy zaczyna się akcja i Ghoul wchodzi na arenę, to wszystkie oczy są skierowane na niego. Wraz z kilkoma recenzentami, poczuliśmy w trakcie seansu że to typ, który gra na poziomie VERY HARD i dosłownie rozpierdala wszystko na swojej drodze.
Najlepiej to widać, gdy spacerują z Lucy po pustkowiach. Płaczę ze śmiechu za każdym razem, gdy widzę scenę komediową z ich udziałem. Np. rozmowa o narkotykach, podczas której Cooper Howard zachowuje się jak starszy kolega. Taki który zobaczył, jak jego odważna koleżanka "dała sobie w żyłę" i jeszcze nie wie, że jak tylko faza zacznie schodzić, to czeka ją spotkanie z kacem-gigantem. Albo lekcja opowiadająca o tym, dlaczego ludzie jako gatunek tak często postępują egoistycznie i krzywdząco względem innych. Mają zajebistą chemię między sobą - stary i mocny wyjadacz, legenda wręcz i n00b-ka mająca dużo szczęścia i uroczą buźkę. Relacja jak Hisoka i Gon z anime, w pewnym sensie. Wyjaśnienie dla tych, co nie znają anime HxH - Gon to utalentowany, ale naiwny i czasem głupiutki młodzieniec. Hisoka to taki Cooper - cyniczny, mający swoje cele mężczyzna, który lubi jego naiwność. Ghoul po prostu patrzy na sytuację, jak mechanik samochodowy z 50-letnim doświadczeniem i wie wszystko o problemach pojazdu. Te jego kąśliwe komentarze albo minki z niewypowiedzianym: Okay, off you go, brave little girl.
Wątek Bractwa Stali nie był dla mnie zbyt interesujący. Niby działy się fajne rzeczy (naprawdę dobrze poprowadzony wątek z dziećmi, który rozbudował charakter Maximusa), rozpoczęła się wojna, dostaliśmy rozwój świata, było dużo zabawnych momentów, ale dla mnie najważniejsze z tego wszystkiego, był rozwój charakteru Maximusa. W 1 sezonie był takim miłym chłopcem, a tutaj widzimy dojrzałego (mentalnie) młodego mężczyznę. Chciałbym by w kolejnym sezonie towarzyszył Ghoulowi w jego podróży. Choć preferuję pairing Ghoul x Lucy, to aktor i Maximus również mają potencjał na fajną relację. Pięknie to było widać przed finałem, jak ruszyli na wspólnego questa. Obaj sondowali się nawzajem, nie wierząc w zapewnienia drugiej strony. Każdy z innego powodu xD. Cooper Howard to skurwysyn, który próbuje być dobry, a członek Bractwa Stali to dobry człowiek, który musi stać się skurwysynem, przynajmniej częściowo. Jeśli chodzi o wojnę... Ciekawy, ale dość kliszowy motyw. Pomijając jedną sekwencję, nic mnie nie zdziwiło, no ale przynajmniej nie narzekałem.
Choć jest jeszcze kilka rzeczy, o których chciałem coś powiedzieć, zrezygnowałem na etapie pisania. Niewymienione przeze mnie wątki można podzielić na dwie grupy. Nudne i zapowiadające może coś ciekawego... Albo i nie, trudno powiedzieć na tym etapie. Pomysł z nowym Cesarstwem Rzymskim rozbawił głównie moją partnerkę i ostatecznie nie zaprowadził nas do niczego. Aczkolwiek miło zobaczyć Kevina na małym ekranie, tylko... Trochę starszego.
Wątki Krypt co do zasady są nudne i powtarzają motywy z pierwszego sezonu. W S1 oraz na początku tego tekstu, broniłem tych elementów, bo stanowiły element worldbuildingu. S2 za bardzo je powtarza, a za mało rozbudowuje. Gdyby nie jednooka (i związane z nią elementy) i ekipa znajdująca się na powierzchni, oceniłbym go zdecydowanie niżej. Może zmieniłbym swoją ocenę, gdyby skrócono ten segment, ograniczając się wyłącznie do najciekawszych motywów. W tej formie jedynie zabierają miejsce naprawdę intrygującym wątkom. Wiem, że serial musi kontynuować rozpoczęte wątki, czasem dodać trochę fillerów (tak jak do obiadu dodajemy czasem trochę więcej makaronu, kaszy, ryżu, ziemniaków jako zapychacze, by talerz nie wyglądał zbyt pusto), ale tutaj to jedynie przeszkadzało. Ba, powiem więcej - rzucało mi się to bardziej w oczy niż w gorszych serialach, wobec których mam niższe oczekiwania.
Podsumowując, choć zasadniczo nie mam dużych powodów do narzekań, to sama jakość serialu i adaptacji nie wystarczyłaby do utrzymania mojej uwagi. Zgadzam się z moją partnerką i wieloma internautami, że gdyby nie Ghoul i jego droga, Lucy i Maximus nie zdołaliby utrzymać poziomu tego serialu. Nie wspomniałem ani słowem o muzyce, ale do opisu moich wrażeń wystarczy krótkie podsumowanie - soundtrack jest równie wyborny, co w S1. Utwory nadają dodatkowe warstwy klimatu oraz łączą się w organiczny sposób z teraźniejszością, nieważne czy mówię o pustyni, kryptach, czy innych lokacjach. Mam nadzieję, że główna historia zakończy się na 3 sezonie. Zawsze można zrobić spin-off, który będzie opowiadał o czym innym. Uniwersum Fallouta jest wyjątkowo pojemne, czego dowodzi jego różnorodność - Fallout 1, Fallout 2 i Fallout: Tactics mocno różnią się od siebie... A przynajmniej tak mówiło wielu graczy, których spotkałem na swojej drodze. Ich opinie różnią się detalami, czasem mniejszymi, czasem większymi, ale w wielu sprawach są zgodni.
