Las películas animadas no es mi género favorito, pero esto no quiere decir que algunas producciones no me hayan gustado. Una de la trilogía que más me gustó de películas animadas fue Cars. La principal razón es que si alguna vez has visitado mi blog, sabrás que soy muy fanáticos de los deportes de carreras de autos, ya sea NASCAR, Fórmula 1, competencias de resistencia, Rallies, es decir, el deporte motor en general. Hace unos días estuve revisando mis redes sociales tradiciones y vi un vídeo sobre el resumen de la película animada Cars 3, que para ser sincero ni me había enterado que había salido hace muchos años, específicamente en el 2017. Decidí verla y la verla que me gustó, fue bastante interesante la historia, así que decidí compartir hoy una opinión no solo de la tercera entrega, sino de las tres presentaciones que hasta el momento han sacado. Además de al final dar una opinión de cual de la tres es mi favorita.
La primera película de Cars salió en el año 2006. Esta película fue producida por Pixar Animation Studios y lanzada por Walt Disney Pictures, además que fue realizada bajo la dirección de John Lasseter. La historia de esta primera película nos cuenta como un joven coche de carrera llamado Rayo McQueen, está a punto de hacer historia al coronarse campeón de la copa Pistón, un campeonato que emula las competiciones de NASCAR, ya que McQueen es eso, un auto de carrera de la serie de autos stock más famosa de los Estados Unidos, pero cuando debe disputar la última carrera donde todo se definirá, pero este de repente desaparece en un misterioso y desolado pueblo de la Ruta 66. En un principio Rayo mostraba un actitud muy pedante, era un personaje muy arrogante, pero poco a poco al ir avanzando la historia esto va cambiando, todo gracias a los personajes que van apareciendo y que poco a poco van cambiando la forma de pensar de nuestra protagonista de la historia.
Lo primero que quiero comentar es que me pareció la historia. En lo personal pienso que es interesante, tiene una gran profundidad, aunque estas historia también las podemos ver en las películas que no son animadas, una persona arrogante que llega a un pueblo, se enamora de una chica, conoce a varias personas humildes y de buen corazón, por lo cual nuestro protagonista cambia la forma de ver las cosas. Cars era un auto joven, por decirlo de esta manera, tenía obviamente la actitud de un chico pedante que era muy bueno en lo que hacía y tenía un gran futuro por delante. La historia en general me gustó, la disfruté mucho, pase un gran rato y más cuando se trata de una producción animada de autos de carreras. No soy mucho de analizar la parte técnica de las películas, me centró más en la historia, pero desde el punto de vista de consumir normal creo que el trabajo fue destacado, muy bien realizado, tal vez con algunos detalles, pero nada que haya arruinado mi experiencia. Esta película animada de comedia deportiva fue genial y me quedé con muchas ganas de seguir viendo más sobre Cars y sus aventuras sobre ruedas.

Animated movies are not my favorite genre, but this doesn't mean that I didn't like some productions. One of the trilogy of animated movies I liked the most was Cars. The main reason is that if you have ever visited my blog, you will know that I am a big fan of car racing sports, be it NASCAR, Formula 1, endurance competitions, Rallies, in other words, motorsports in general. A few days ago I was checking my social networks traditions and I saw a video about the summary of the animated movie Cars 3, which to be honest I had not even heard that it had come out many years ago, specifically in 2017. I decided to watch it and the see it I liked it, it was quite interesting the story, so I decided to share today an opinion not only of the third installment, but of the three presentations that so far have been released. In addition to at the end give an opinion of which of the three is my favorite.
The first Cars movie was released in 2006. This movie was produced by Pixar Animation Studios and released by Walt Disney Pictures, and was directed by John Lasseter. The story of this first movie tells us how a young race car named Lightning McQueen, is about to make history by being crowned champion of the Piston Cup, a championship that emulates NASCAR competitions, as McQueen is just that, a race car of the most famous stock car series in the United States, but when he must compete in the last race where everything will be defined, but he suddenly disappears in a mysterious and desolate town on Route 66. At first Rayo showed a very pedantic attitude, he was a very arrogant character, but little by little as the story progresses this is changing, all thanks to the characters that are appearing and that little by little are changing the way of thinking of our protagonist of the story.
The first thing I want to comment on is what I thought of the story. Personally I think it is interesting, it has a great depth, although we can also see these stories in movies that are not animated, an arrogant person who comes to a town, falls in love with a girl, meets several humble and kind-hearted people, so our protagonist changes the way of seeing things. Cars was a young car to say the least, he obviously had the attitude of a pedantic kid who was very good at what he did and had a great future ahead of him. The story overall I liked it, I enjoyed it a lot, I had a great time and even more so when it's an animated production of racing cars. I'm not much for analyzing the technical side of movies, I focused more on the story, but from a normal consuming point of view I think the work was outstanding, very well done, maybe with some details, but nothing that ruined my experience. This animated sports comedy movie was great and I was left wanting to see more of Cars and its adventures on wheels.

La segunda entrega Cars 2 estaba centrada principalmente en Rayo McQueen y su amigo, la grúa Mate, quienes estos hacen un largo viaje para un campeonato mundial donde deben competir con autos de otras categorías como de F1, autos de resistencia (prototipos) y coches deportivos, con la finalidad de probar cual es el auto más rápido del mundo. Pero la historia en realidad no está totalmente centrada en la competencia, sino que además tiene un toque de misterio, con algo de acción también, ya que los autos sufren algunos desperfectos, incluso si mal no recuerdo llegan a explotar, donde después se descubre que es por la gasolina, tramado por uno nuevo personaje que aparece en esta segunda entrega.
Al ver esta película me di cuenta que no era lo mismo, realmente la historia tuve un retroceso, siento que la faltaba consistencia, me gustaba más que se enfocarán en la 1 en lo que era la comedia deportiva y los diferentes mensajes que nos querían dar. Realmente la película fue tediosa cuando la vi, se me hizo un poco aburrida, pero al ser una película animada de autos de carreras y donde se mostraba un gran variedad de estos coches, siendo una de las mejores cosas de la producción, fue una de las cosas que salvó este film, al menos para aquellos que amamos el deporte motor. Aun así Pixel quedó a deber, tenía grandes expectativas por la vista en la primera entrega de Cars.

The second installment Cars 2 was mainly focused on Lightning McQueen and his friend, the crane Mate, who make a long journey for a world championship where they must compete with cars from other categories such as F1, endurance cars (prototypes) and sports cars, in order to prove which is the fastest car in the world. But the story is not really totally focused on the competition, but also has a touch of mystery, with some action as well, since the cars suffer some damage, even if I remember correctly they explode, where it is later discovered that it is because of the gasoline, plotted by a new character that appears in this second installment.
When I saw this movie I realized that it was not the same, really the story had a setback, I feel that it lacked consistency, I liked more to focus on the 1 in what was the sports comedy and the different messages they wanted to give us. Really the movie was tedious when I saw it, it was a little boring, but being an animated racing car movie and where a great variety of these cars were shown, being one of the best things of the production, was one of the things that saved this film, at least for those who love motorsports. Even so Pixel was left to owe, I had great expectations from the first Cars installment.

En Cars 3 la historia nuevamente se centra en la Copa Pistón, pero como es bien sabido todo tiene su final, nada es para siempre más allá de contar con el talento, pero siempre todo evoluciona, llegan nuevas tecnologías que de un momento a otro pueden cambiar las cosas. Esto fue lo que le paso al legendario Rayo McQueen, quien se ve abrumado al darse cuenta que está casi cerca del retiro, que han llegado nuevos autos muchos más rápidos que él y al principio este de desmotiva y se dirige al pueblo de la RUTA 66, para luego darse cuenta que aún puede dar el todo y desmostar que aún es que le queda gasolina y que su legado nunca va a terminar.
La trama de esta tercera entrega de la saga de Cars realmente tuvo una mejora con respecto a la anterior producción, aunque aún puede que posea sus carencias, pero en general la disfruté bastante. Lo que más me gusta de la historia es que muestran algo que siempre suele pasar en la vida real, los autos de carreras siempre son evolucionados, tienen cambios técnicos y esto es lo que nos muestran en Cars 3. Vemos nuevos autos de la copa Pistón (NASCAR) con alerones que son muchos más rápidos, muy parecidos al auto de mañana que vimos en NASCAR entre el 2007 y 2012, aunque en ese tiempo pasó también de alerones a spoilers como vimos en la primera película de Cars, un auto más o menos clásico de los 2000 a próximamente. En esta tercera parte, Rayo nos enseña que no debemos rendirnos y que siempre debemos luchar por lo que amamos hacer. Visualmente la película animada es genial y como no, si la primera película fue en 2006, la segunda en 2011 y la tercera en 2017, muchos años pasaron entre producciones, así que para esta última tuvieron mejores herramientas para realizarla.
Otro punto a favor de esta tercera entrega es que nos muestra el cambio de la tecnología, el uso de los simuladores de carreras que es un gran salto para la mejorar notablemente en las competencias. Cada vez el uso de la tecnología es mayor y Cars nos muestra que si queremos mantenernos, pues debemos actualizarnos, pero sin dejar atrás nuestra esencia. Algo que también me causó mucha nostalgia es el hecho que en esta nueva producción se dan competencias en pistas inspiradas en los óvalos reales de NASCAR del desierto de Phoenix y Bristol, algo que realmente me gustó y lo disfrute. Pienso que estos dos aspectos son realmente positivos.

In Cars 3 the story focuses again on the Piston Cup, but as is well known everything has its end, nothing is forever beyond having the talent, but everything always evolves, new technologies arrive that from one moment to another can change things. This is what happened to the legendary Lightning McQueen, who is overwhelmed to realize that he is almost close to retirement, that new cars have arrived much faster than him and at first he is discouraged and heads to the town of ROUTE 66, but then he realizes that he can still give his all and prove that he still has gas left and that his legacy will never end.
The plot of this third installment of the Cars saga really had an improvement over the previous production, although it may still have its shortcomings, but overall I enjoyed it quite a lot. What I like most about the story is that they show something that always happens in real life, racing cars are always evolving, they have technical changes and this is what they show us in Cars 3. We see new Piston Cup (NASCAR) cars with spoilers that are much faster, very similar to the car of tomorrow that we saw in NASCAR between 2007 and 2012, although in that time it also went from spoilers to spoilers as we saw in the first Cars movie, a more or less classic car from the 2000s to soon. In this third part, Lightning teaches us that we should not give up and that we should always fight for what we love to do. Visually the animated movie is great and of course, if the first movie was in 2006, the second in 2011 and the third in 2017, many years passed between productions, so for this last one they had better tools to make it.
Another point in favor of this third installment is that it shows us the change in technology, the use of racing simulators, which is a great leap to improve notably in the competitions. Every time the use of technology is greater and Cars shows us that if we want to keep up, we must update ourselves, but without leaving behind our essence. Something that also caused me a lot of nostalgia is the fact that in this new production there are competitions on tracks inspired by the real NASCAR ovals of the Phoenix and Bristol desert, something that I really liked and enjoyed. I think these two aspects are really positive.

**Opinión Final**
La saga de Cars se me hizo bastante divertida, sobre todo la primera y tercera película animada, fue las que más disfrute, la segunda me decepcionó mucho, tuvo sus cosas interesantes pero la mayor parte la historia muy tediosa. Dar un veredicto final de cuál es mi favorita entre Cars 1 y Cars 3 es bastante complicada para mí. La uno fue la primera y ciertamente me encantó y más tomando en cuenta que la vi en los primeros años cuando estaba completamente enviciado con todo referente a NASCAR, así que este es un punto a favor. Pero analizando un poco la dicho me quedó con la primera entrega, sobre todo porque nos muestra el cambio real que puede tener un personaje, además de también mostrar el cambio que puede tener, de pasar de ser alguien arrogante a una personaje más amable y a valorar más lo que nos rodea, sobre todo a las personas positivas. Recomiendo que veas esta saga y nos cuentes cuál es tu favorita.

Final Opinion
The Cars saga was quite fun for me, especially the first and third animated movie, was the one I enjoyed the most, the second one disappointed me a lot, it had some interesting things but most of the story was very tedious. Giving a final verdict on which one is my favorite between Cars 1 and Cars 3 is quite complicated for me. The first one was the first one and I certainly loved it and more taking into account that I saw it in the early years when I was completely involved with everything related to NASCAR, so this is a point in favor. But analyzing it a little bit, I stayed with the first installment, especially because it shows us the real change that a character can have, and also shows the change he can have, from being someone arrogant to a kinder character and to value more what surrounds us, especially the positive people. I recommend that you watch this saga and tell us which one is your favorite.
